About: Hi! My name is Rosie and I have been caring for pets for friends, neighbors, and families for many years. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, overnight stays, and giving pets the attention and care they deserve while their owners are away. Outside of pet sitting, I have years of babysitting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Seton Hall University, and I am currently in nursing school. About: As a dog owner myself, I know that dogs aren't "just pets"; they're family. I also know that trusting someone else to care for them can be one of the hardest parts of being away. That's why my goal is to make the experience as stress-free as possible for both you and your pup. I've been around dogs at every stage of life, from playful puppies to senior dogs, and I've been caring for friends' and family's dogs since I was in middle school (which feels like forever ago!). I also trained my own dog to earn his AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) title, giving me experience with positive reinforcement, patience, and safe handling. When your dog is with me, they'll be treated like one of my own with plenty of love, attention, playtime, and care. I want you to enjoy your time away knowing your dog is safe, happy, and spending time with their new best friend. As an elementary school teacher, I have a very flexible schedule during the summer, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. Whether your dog needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or some extra attention while you're away, I'm happy to work with your schedule. I do have a young child, so I ask for at least a day's notice whenever possible to arrange childcare. With that notice, I'm able to be flexible and reliable for your pet's needs. I believe in being punctual, providing the care you request, and sending updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away. I provide care in your pet's home where they're most comfortable and can stick to their normal routine. I'll carefully follow your instructions, whether that includes feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, or simply giving your pet companionship and plenty of love and attention. During walks, your dog's safety is always my top priority. I'll keep them securely leashed, pay close attention to our surroundings, and make sure they get the exercise and enrichment they need. After each visit, I'll send you updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you're away. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision because they're family. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and loved while making the entire experience as stress-free as possible for you.

About: Owner of a 13yr Golden Retriever, 5yr Border Collie, and 2 guinea pigs. Knowledgeable in both daily care and proper overall health for all ages! I begin a new position as an Overnight Emergency Veterinary Technician on 6/22. Following this I will be available only weekends until I am fully trained. I will then be available Monday -Wednesday some time in July. At your home I will take your pet(s) on walks, provide enrichment, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable in their routine. I currently have two: a 12-year-old Pomeranian and a 4-month-old Border Collie puppy. I make time each day for exercise, mental stimulation, and rest for the animals in my care, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether pets stay in my home or I visit theirs, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for just like they would with their own family. I follow each pet’s routine closely — from feeding and walks to playtime and rest — and I always keep their comfort and well-being in mind. In my home, pets have a calm, clean environment with plenty of supervised playtime and affection. For in-home visits, I respect the owner’s space and care for pets according to their regular schedule to reduce stress and maintain consistency. I pay close attention to their behavior, keep them mentally and physically active, and send frequent updates so owners always know their pets are happy and in good hands.

About: I have spent time and taken care of my husband's family's dogs over the years. It is delightful to meet new pups, friendly or shy, and to get to know their personality over time.
