I have a dog and 3 cats of my own and would love the opportunity to care for your pets as if they were my own! I can care for all sizes of dogs, cats, and other pets. I'm able to medicate, administer insulin or other injections, or anything medical. I'm very good with scared or unsure pets and have a knack for helping them feel more comfortable. I'm happy to spend time with the pets, walking them, playing with them, or just spending time petting them. About: As a dog owner myself, I know that dogs aren't "just pets"; they're family. I also know that trusting someone else to care for them can be one of the hardest parts of being away. That's why my goal is to make the experience as stress-free as possible for both you and your pup. I've been around dogs at every stage of life, from playful puppies to senior dogs, and I've been caring for friends' and family's dogs since I was in middle school (which feels like forever ago!). I also trained my own dog to earn his AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) title, giving me experience with positive reinforcement, patience, and safe handling. When your dog is with me, they'll be treated like one of my own with plenty of love, attention, playtime, and care. I want you to enjoy your time away knowing your dog is safe, happy, and spending time with their new best friend. As an elementary school teacher, I have a very flexible schedule during the summer, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. Whether your dog needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or some extra attention while you're away, I'm happy to work with your schedule. I do have a young child, so I ask for at least a day's notice whenever possible to arrange childcare. With that notice, I'm able to be flexible and reliable for your pet's needs. I believe in being punctual, providing the care you request, and sending updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away. I provide care in your pet's home where they're most comfortable and can stick to their normal routine. I'll carefully follow your instructions, whether that includes feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, or simply giving your pet companionship and plenty of love and attention. During walks, your dog's safety is always my top priority. I'll keep them securely leashed, pay close attention to our surroundings, and make sure they get the exercise and enrichment they need. After each visit, I'll send you updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you're away. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision because they're family. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and loved while making the entire experience as stress-free as possible for you.

About: I’m the biggest dog lover you’ll meet! I love puppies of all sizes and have had dogs my entire life. In the past couple years, I have watched dogs for 5+ families. I have also walked dogs for 10+ families. Feel free to ask me for references or message me any questions. I am currently in college and have open availability. Able to care for pets any day or time with enough notice! I am also open to last minute visits. I understand most families feel most comfortable with their pet remaining at home, and I am willing to commute to homes. I live in an apartment building in a spacious apartment with an easily accessible backyard, and I can care for pets from my home as well.

About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for both my own dog and others’ pets. I have a Yorkie-Bichon mix named Frankie, and taking care of her has taught me how important patience, routine, and making sure every pet feels safe and loved. I genuinely love spending time with animals. Whether it’s going on walks, playing, or simply keeping them company, I enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality. I love dogs, cats (even though I’m allergic! 🥲), rabbits (especially my friend’s whose name is Cosito), and really all animals. I recently graduated with my bachelor’s degree and am currently doing more schooling by completing nursing prerequisites. My classes are Tuesday and Fridays I finish at 2:00pm so I’m available in the late afternoons, evenings. AFTER 2:00pm I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for by sticking to their routine as closely as possible. In a client’s home, I’ll follow all care instructions, including feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, and giving them plenty of attention and affection. I do understand every pet is different, so I’ll be patient and make sure they feel comfortable while you’re away. I will always send pictures as well!
