Noria is incredibly kind, smart, professional, loves dogs and has a gentle/loving way in interacting with my Kobe. She has been truly a blessing to find! My family and I are assured that when we leave Kobe for an overnight with Noria that he is being cared for as if he is part of her family. Kobe can be an anxious dog and slow to warm up to people. She has a patient and playful disposition. From the first time he met her he was happy, calm and it was evident that he felt secure in her care. The medication and feeding instructions have always been followed and understood. We appreciate the photos she sends and the updates as to how he is doing. Noria is a genuine individual who has been a complete joy for our family to work with. We are so happy that she has been caring for Kobe. Michelle was very attentive to our two dogs and super communicative and flexible! She communicated me frequently with pictures and updates. She even noticed that my bulldog was licking his paws a lot, they flare up from time to time, and administered ointment to them and was great giving my other dog her medication too. We have a dog that is getting older and is picky with food and she was patient and got her to eat. Our flight was delayed getting back and she offered to stay overnight and/or later if needed. It really put my mind at ease and I loved that she was quick with texts and communication. I highly recommend Michelle as she kept my dogs active, engaged, cared for and sent adorable photos of them too!
Michelle was fantastic! Coco loved the farm; it's smells and all the new things to explore. Michelle was very accommodating to all of Coco needs, which we very much appreciated. We appreciated the daily pictures and updates, which reassured us that Coco was having a great time. We look forward to rebooking with Michelle.
