My home has no stairs (perfect for short-legged or elderly pets) with direct access to open grass (we often have deer visitors!).

I love that he takes only one dog each time, since it means he is providing full attention to your dog, and there is less risk of accidents. Roco is always happy to see him (as soon as we drive into his area) and is calm when I pick him up. I can tell he loves to stay with James!! No anxiety, no rush to get in the car. Just perfect!! Also we value James flexibility: we had flights changed and he accommodated the extra time without any issue.
Jessica was great with our 5 month old puppy, Lila! She has a big, beautiful, fenced backyard that Lila really enjoyed. Jessica was extremely conscientious. She maintained Lila’s schedule, sent regular photos, checked in about med timing, and very carefully repacked all of Lila’s things and had them ready to go before pickup. Puppy energy is a lot and Jessica handled it extremely well, including making sure her two resident dogs weren’t overwhelmed by Lila’s antics and got their own space when needed.
