This was my first time leaving the state and needing to house Appa for a long period, and I'm so happy I decided to go with Kate. She was very communicative, attentive, and easy to work with. She was able to meet a last-minute rrequest to give Appa medication for a sudden ear infection, and this was done without any issue. In addition to Kate being wonderful, her home environment was perfect for Appa, who can be a bit anxious at times. Our dogs (Beau & Merri) are 12 and 11 years old respectively and we never boarded them before. We honestly were apprehensive about leaving them, but really wanted to go on vacation. After reading reviews and speaking with Indrani (Rani), we decided to leave them with her and her family. We could not have made a better choice! Rani immediately connected with our dogs. She carefully reviewed our instructions on feeding, medications, walks and of course, their personalities. She sent pictures and texts each day which made our time away more restful knowing our pups were being care for by Rani and her loving son and husband. Frankly, I think Beau and Merri thought they were on vacation too! (LOL) Our sincere and heartfelt appreciation to Rani for taking such good care of our pups. We feel very confident that now we can take more vacations knowing we have a wonderful go-to sitter we can rely on. Thank you, Rani!
I cannot rave enough about Jessica! She gave my Trixie a home away from home. My dog suffers with separation anxiety and is a rescue we adopted only a year ago. The entire time Jessica was responsive sending pictures and videos keeping updates on how she was doing. After just a day Trixie was bopping around and cuddled up next to her. I was able to rest assured that my dog was in good hands and able to enjoy myself on my cruise. Jessica has that magic touch and must be a dog whisperer because Trixie is very hesitant to warm up to new people. She is Trixie's home away from home and is our go to girl!
Britney was very communicative and sent cute pictures that showed Gaia out on activities, which was much appreciated! Britney was also flexible and worked with my somewhat hectic travel schedule to make sure I could drop off and pick up Gaia when it was best for me. Would absolutely book again!
I was very concerned about leaving our anxiety prone Husky with anyone other than family or friends for a week but I felt comfortable immediately after reading Anchal’s reviews and meeting her. Anchal treated Layla like a queen (I could tell by the numerous daily pictures that Layla was extremely at ease and very well taken care of). I will definitely use Anchal again and would highly recommend her to anyone.
We had really peace of mind experience with Saloni in regards of taking care of Nico. She took care of Nico So Good .
