Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work as a nurse three days a week, which allows me plenty of flexibility and dedicated time on my days off to focus on pet care. On my off days, I structure my schedule around the pets I’m caring for by making sure they receive consistent attention, exercise, feeding, playtime, and any needed special care or medication. Because I’m used to working in a caregiving profession, I’m very organized and attentive to routines, which helps pets feel comfortable and secure. My goal is to provide dependable, unhurried care so each pet gets the attention they deserve, whether that’s extra walks, cuddle time, or sticking closely to their normal routine. I provide flexible, reliable, and attentive care both in my home and in my clients’ homes, depending on what works best for you and your pet. I offer drop-in visits, daily care, and overnight stays, as well as boarding in my own home where pets are welcomed into a safe, calm, and loving environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow all instructions closely including feeding schedules, walks, medication, playtime, and any special routines are handled with consistency and care. About: Hi! My name is Rosie and I have been caring for pets for friends, neighbors, and families for many years. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, overnight stays, and giving pets the attention and care they deserve while their owners are away. Outside of pet sitting, I have years of babysitting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Seton Hall University, and I am currently in nursing school. My background has taught me responsibility, patience, and attention to detail. I’m dependable, caring, and will treat your pets like they are my own. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you feel comfortable while away! I am currently available all summer with a very flexible schedule and would love to help care for your pets while you’re away on vacations, working long hours, or just need an extra helping hand. About: I have taken care of dogs for most of life. Whether it was family dogs or friends dogs I have been trusted to walk, feed, and entertain many dogs. I am currently a full time student and will be continuing classes this fall. I am available during the week and the weekends to walk and watch dogs. I care for pets with love and respect. About: My love of animals developed through the influence of my mother and grandmother, who both trained dogs, horses, and other commendable beasties throughout my childhood in rural Maine. The beginning of my professional life was spent as an Early Childhood Educator at a local daycare, in addition to providing occasional pet care services to families around the community. I later moved to NYC, where I worked as an in-home Nanny, Chef, and Household Manager with families located on Manhattan and Long Island.
