About: I’ve had pets my whole life. I have BA from Rutgers and AAS in Veterinary nursing. I passed the National veterinary technician boards in 1999. I worked at the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School as an ICU, fluid therapy and neurology nurse practitioner. I trained veterinary students, veterinary nursing student and worked with clinical residents and attending veterinarians. I have experience with senior pets, pets with ambulatory challenges, pets requiring medications and sick pets. I’ve worked with a wide variety of pets including birds, rabbits, ferrets, snakes, hamsters, rats, mice and fish, and other reptiles. I’d love to help care for your pets! As a pet mommy myself I know how important it is to have a trusted care giver when you can’t be home. I am currently very flexible and can have plenty of availability to meet your needs. It will be easy to work with your busy schedule. I am willing to provide the care your pet needs, whether it’s walks, yard play or just sitting with them if they are older and need company. About: I have always been around cats and dogs my whole life and have taken care of both before. I love being able to bond with a pet! Hi there! I am new to NJ as I just moved from VA. I work hybrid 9-5 Mon-Fri, and my days in person vary every week, so my availability depends on my job! I am available on weekends- time doesn't really matter for me unless I have something planned but letting me know ahead of time works best! In my home with my cat I always make sure he's fed with a clean box and tons of pets ready for him when he isn't asleep and many toys for him that he loves. The same goes for anyone else's pet I am responsible for!

About: I have a long history of personally taking care of my own pets throughout my life. I have had deep personal connections with 3 pet dogs, 4 pet cats, and one pet rabbit whom recently passed away from very old age (15 years old!). For the past two years I have been walking and visiting my neighbors senior dog whom I let set set the pace of the walk. I feel its important to read a pet's body language and how they want to take the day. I often give updates and observations to my neighbor/client so that they feel reassured with their pet. T I personally feel that animals are like people and need interaction and companionship with playtime and maybe a walking friend. I am a yoga instructor, so I have set classes and events part time. For the most part I am available from Monday 11am-3pm, Wednesday and Fridays from 1pm-3pm. I do not care for pets in my home, but I visit others home. I will be happy to play with your pet within your home or a fenced yard. When walking a dog I often avoid socialization with other dogs as they are strangers and I do not know the walker or the other dog personally and I like to avoid conflict. For all pets, I do not force interaction or play because I feel that is disrespecting their personal time and boundaries. This includes picking them up and petting.

He really took the time to learn about my pups and make sure they were happy while I was away. They warmed up to him quickly and let out their crazy side.
