Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. Karina took great care of Jax while we were away! She has a clean, welcoming home with fenced front and back yards, and she kept me updated with lots of pictures and messages throughout his stay. She’s also a genuinely kind and wonderful person, which made me feel completely comfortable leaving Jax in her care. He looked so happy and well cared for with her. This was Charlie's first time boarding at Jing's place. He had a great stay! Jing and her husband Mike gave us updates everyday and video/pictures of Charlie. Great communication the whole time.
