Bhavani and her family are very warm and took very good care of Bentley. Bhavani was very meticulous to gather all the instructions , she was very prompt in sending updates and videos. The first night Jesse was scared and growling, but thankfully Michael and Durell were very patient with him and the next day he came out of his shell. She catered to his fussy diet without a problem. He slept in bed with her, followed her around the house, and frolicked indoors and outdoors with her own dog. When we came to pick him up, he was beyond excited to see us, but kept on going back to her as well. For someone who can’t actually verbalize, that’s a pretty strong statement.
