I currently work 9 am-5 pm. In office Tuesdays - Thursdays in Princeton/North Brunswick, WFH Mondays and Friday North Brunswick/South Amboy. Flexible with advanced notice! I travel between South Amboy, North Brunswick and Princeton areas. Again, my schedule can be super flexible depending on date and time and we can arrange something!

I also take time to understand each dog’s personality and energy level, whether they prefer active play, relaxed companionship, or extra patience if they’re shy. During visits, I provide updates and photos so you can feel reassured that your pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is to create a stress-free experience for both you and your pet by being dependable, attentive, and respectful of your home and your pet’s needs!

A typical day
I love making pets feel happy and at home while you’re away! 😊 With dogs, we’ll enjoy walks, fetch, playtime, and plenty of cuddles—tailored to their energy level. With cats, I do interactive toy sessions, gentle play, and cozy bonding time. My goal is always lots of love, safe fun, and keeping their routine consistent so they feel comfortable and cared for.

Dogs have always held a special place in my heart. I grew up caring for my Shih Tzu and my pit/beagle mix, who are now happily playing over the rainbow bridge. They taught me the importance of patience, attention, and unconditional love, and I hope to share that same nurturing care with the fur babies in my community. I work a typical 9–5 job, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays, and I’m happy to adjust my schedule with advanced notice to make sure your pet gets the care they deserve. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or keeping them company, I will treat your dog like family and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I’m committed to providing dependable, attentive support and regular updates for your peace of mind. Rachelle used to care for my dog Pepper when I would go on vacation. My dog loved her. She was attentive, caring and responsible. When she had to leave the day I came back, my dog genuinely was sad to see her go. They definitely developed a bond while I was gone. She was communicative and would text me updates and ask questions when she wasn’t sure what to do in certain situations, which I appreciated. She would also FaceTime me every other night before Pepper would go to sleep so I could see how she was doing. I would make her my permanent dog sitter but Pepper and I moved to a different state. I would highly recommend Rachelle as a dog sitter. She’s the best.
