“Dawn has gone above and beyond for my husky. He’s stubborn playful and strong but she’s really handled him with grace since the very beginning. Whereas passed help has not been so kind. She really cares about the dogs needs and will correct him if he’s doing something bad. She also always sends pics/ videos and a great recap note of the visit. We will definitely be using her in the future again !”

About: I have over two years of professional experience working with dogs and have been a dog owner for more than 15 years. I believe in allowing dogs to approach at their own pace and building trust through patience and understanding. I have experience caring for puppies as well as dogs with behavioral challenges. I am the owner of Outreach Dog Walking LLC. I’m a college student with flexible availability. The only times I’m unavailable are Tuesdays before 1 PM and Thursdays. I live at home, so overnights at my home aren’t an option, but I’m happy to stay overnight at your home if needed. I am capable of handling multi-dog families. Due to my background, I'm used to seeing sibling sets of 2-3, despite never personally owning more than 2 dogs at 1 time
About: Hi, I’m Lauren! I was a proud dog mom to two amazing girl dogs until recently, and I truly miss the joy of caring for a dog. While my family isn’t ready to have another of our own just yet, I’d love to help others by spending time with their furry family members. When I was young, I worked as a Seeing Eye Dog trainer, which gave me years of experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’m patient, reliable, and comfortable with everything from playful puppies to older companions who just want a calm walk and a cuddle. Whether you need drop-ins, walks, or overnight care, I’ll make sure your pup feels loved, safe, and right at home while you’re away. I work a hybrid schedule. Typcailly I work from home on Wednesdays and always Fridays. On the work from home days, I don't start until 10AM so I am free in the mornings and will take my lunch for the afternoon walks. In our home, we have an enclosed deck. Gate if needed to avoid the stairs. Nothing on the ground to chew. Pet free home. In other homes, I am always wondering where the pup is. I ensure to keep a close eye if they tend to be a trouble maker.
“Dina was absolutely incredible! Her knowledge and experience working with labs (and large dogs), was very comforting for my fiancee and myself, as our chocolate lab is just shy of 100LBs. Dina was always on time, and we know that her time spent with Luca was never rushed. She spent more than 30 minutes with Luca on each of her visits; walking him around the neighborhood multiple times in a single visit - something no other walker has previously done for him. Additionally, Dina took the time to send us photos of our baby throughout her visits - which we all loved to see. Luca told us that he loved Dina and that he'd prefer for her to watch him during our future travels... I think she told him about her pool! Jonathan”

About: I have had dogs my whole life, some being high energy who play all day and some low energy who love to just cuddle and relax. Ive had 4 different breeds, from Pitbulls, Labradors, Huskies, and a German Shepherd. I know what it takes to make a dog feel at home and loved even if their owner isn't home. I love dogs more than most of the human in the world and trust me when I say your dog will miss me when I leave. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hazlet
Dina was very responsive upon our initial booking. She asked great questions and did an initial assessment before accepting the assignment. We appreciated her taking the time to get to know our fur babies and her commitment to their care. She quickly adapted to our one dog's behavior who didn't want to walk long. So she knew to take him back early. She is very personable and caring to make both our fur babies at ease. Thank you!

Ryan helped me with my dog in such a short notice!! Really appreciate his flexibility and patience with my big boy King! He can be very handful for some walkers! He was great with him send such adorable pictures and updates!! My mind was at ease knowing my baby was in good hands!! Would definitely book again and and recommend 100%

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
