“Our first time hiring outside of family membets so we were extremly netvous. The rover site was a nice easy platform and process as well. We chose Janice and we knew immediately at the meet and greet we chose the right person for us and Louie our 2yo Cavapoo. She had us feeling at ease and comfortable thruout the visit that we had no issues to worry about. She provided a pic and feedback to us while away. She was very professional, friendly, kind and knowledgable. Through our comunications with her i knew she loved and nutured all animals and safety was of utmost importance. She is a very loving and conscientious knowledgable caretaker and would not hesitate to hire her again! The very best and Louie and our family are very fortunate to have found her, we thank you Rover!!”

“Rebecca was excellent! She house sat for me with my dog and she sent me photos everyday and made my mind feel at ease being gone. Will def be using her again on our next trip!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was a child. Growing up with dogs, and having two of my own now have taught me how to walk, feed, bathe and play dogs of all ages and temperaments. I work from home and have the flexibility to meet your pet care needs, giving your pet the time and attention they deserve. Additionally, I have a car and can quickly meet scheduling requirements. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep yours entertained and happy. I am familiar with local animal hospitals, pet safety and have experience implementing medication regimens.
“We are so pleased with our first experience having Maddie stay at our home to care for our deaf dog and elderly cat! Maddie checked in with us regularly and our pets and home were just as we left them. Our anxiety prone dog was definitely happier to be home with Maddie than in a kennel. We would definitely recommend using Maddie to care for your pets. We hope she is free next time we go away!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. My last dog was a rescue who really bonded with me. I loved him but had to put him down from a large tumor in December 2024. So I’m not ready for a new dog yet. He was my pupster and I still get misty over him. I’ve got a newer job that requires me to commute 3x/week so I can walk and visit dogs typically on Wednesdays and Fridays. My weekends are pretty open, I have two daughters who live at college so my house feels empty and I’m not ready to get my own dog again. So I’m happy to give yours lots of love. I have a semi fenced yard. We do live on a busy street but the house is set back and fences in front keep the backyard private. But our fence does not go all around the back, we are surrounded by woods.
“Joan was absolutely amazing. We have two pups with lots of energy and she took amazing care of them. When we got stuck at the airport and were uncertain if our flight would be canceled, she was ready to stay the extra night if needed. She had no problem staying until quite late to make sure we made it home to our fur babies. She honestly made a very stressful travel day so much better!”

“Katelynn did an excellent job! She took wonderful care of my dog and my cat, she kept us informed and she sent pictures which I absolutely loved getting. The house was in perfect shape when we got home. And all of the little things I left on notes for her she had completed. I highly recommend her.”

“Julia was a wonderful sitter for our puppy Millie. She had very good communication from the start, was prompt, and took great care of our dog. “Rebecca and James were the best with Tolstoy! They were so kind, attentive, and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone. We were sent tons of pictures and videos with very detailed information about his day. He had the time of his life! They were very accomodating to his active lifestyle and loved on him a lot. I could tell he was well cared for and as happy as was possible with us away. They are just genuine dog people who will really understand your dog's personality and preferences.”

“Pamela was amazing! She accepted a last-minute booking to watch Willie Nelson, and we are so grateful. She arrived right on time, kept us updated throughout, and was so communicative and thoughtful.
