About: Hello! My name is Andie and I work at VCA South Shore Hospital in ER, ICU, Neurology and Internal Medicine as a technician assistant and have prior TA experience at Old Derby Animal Hospital. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I previously went to the University of Arizona for 3 years studying animal sciences and transferred my junior year to return to the East Coast. I also have some experience with a handful of farm animals from my time at the UofA. Additionally some of my experience comes from working on home farms taking care of horses and alpacas; all of this meaning my knowledge of animals is extensive to give the best care for your furry friends! I have always had the passion for animal care and medicine which is why after graduating I will be continuing my schooling to be a CVT and hopefully someday a veterinarian. About: A lot of my experience comes from caring for my girlfriend's two dogs, who are basically my two best friends—a Japanese Chin and a Lhasa-Poo. Whenever her parents are out of town, I'm usually the one taking care of them.
