About: I have been fostering rescue dogs on and off for years. I have 1 older dog of my own. Her likes other dogs but lately he has been getting nervous with high energy dogs. I am also a volunteer with Missing dogs Massachusetts. Dogs in my care are loved and safe. If a dog is in my home they are treated as my own. I have a 6 year old that is obsessed with all dogs. We are just a dog loving family. I am a photographer so I am home most days and make my own schedule. My son is in school Monday Tuesday Wednesday. My husband is an early riser for pups who are as well. We have a fully fenced yard and a doggie ramp for those with short legs that can’t do stairs, these things make going out easy and frequent. Dogs are like kids to us, they need constant love and attention. I always make sure dogs are safe in my care. Because I’m a volunteer with Missing Dogs I am extra careful.

About: I have had dogs all my life! My family has had 3 golden retrievers and they have all lived long and happy lives. I recently moved to Hanover from Southie where I was managing a very successful dog walking business; Hounds in the Hub! I am really missing all of my puppy friends back in Southie. I spend my free time golfing, boating and volunteering as a dog walker at my local animal shelter. At the shelter I went through extensive training to learn how to handle all types of dogs. I have experience with dogs of all ages and temperaments. I am very experienced, reliable and prompt, your dog will be safe with me! I have a fairly flexible schedule on Monday, Wednesday and Friday when I am working from home. I am mostly free on weekends as well. I live on an acre of land and have a very large backyard that abuts to some beautiful walking trails that I love to utilize!

About: I have been an animal care manager for five years. I oversee all care for various different species ensuring they are all receiving the best care possible and to protocol. I have also volunteered at a local shelter for the past two years, which has led me to do lots of pet sitting outside of the shelter from fellow volunteers. I have also done lots of semi-feral cat socialization in foster homes to help aid stray cats into becoming adoptable. Safety and Fun Are My Priorities Over the years, I’ve learned a few key things that help keep the environment safe and fun for everyone: • I require a meet-and-greet before any boarding stay, which includes a day of daycare. This allows me to see if your dog is a good fit, gives them a chance to meet the other dogs, and helps them feel comfortable and familiar before their stay. • At mealtime, I feed all dogs individually to avoid food aggression and to ensure each dog stays on their specific diet. • For dogs requiring medication, I administer it privately and carefully, to ensure it’s properly taken and to prevent any accidental exposure to other dogs. • I do not allow toys, bones, or personal beds from home during a stay. This helps prevent any territorial behavior or conflicts. Rest assured, I have plenty of comfortable bedding, engaging toys, and safe chews to keep your pup happy and entertained while they’re here! Daily Schedule: • 6:30 a.m.: Wake-up/morning bathroom break • 8:00a.m -9:00a.m.: Breakfast •. 9:00 a.m.-Morning daycare pick-ups (Monday–Friday) • 10:30a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Playtime in the yard, with breaks as needed • 12:00 p.m.: Lunch • 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Quiet time/rest • 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Afternoon playtime in the yard, with breaks as needed • 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Afternoon daycare drop-offs (Monday–Friday) • 6:00 p.m.: Evening bathroom break • 6:15 p.m.: Dinner • 7:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Evening play session • 8:00 p.m.: Relaxation and quiet time • 9:30–10:00 p.m.: Final bathroom break and bedtime I have three separate fenced-in yards to keep things fun and engaging for the dogs, giving them plenty of space to run, play, and explore. There are multiple crates available for individual feeding or for dogs who might be a little too curious and like to explore things they shouldn’t. I also have my yard treated for ticks and mosquitoes every month to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. And that’s just the beginning! I provide a wide variety of toys and enrichment activities to keep the dogs mentally and physically stimulated. We do sensory games, have food puzzles to challenge their minds, and even offer quiet, cozy spots for rest and relaxation. About: Hello! My name is Andie and I have been working at VCA South Shore Hospital in the ER & ICU as a technician assistant and have prior TA experience at Old Derby Animal Hospital. In the past I have taken up an internship with the Massachusetts Division of Wildlife and Fisheries studying Sea Terns in Buzzard's Bay. I am currently a college senior student studying biology at UMB. I previously went to the University of Arizona for 3 years studying animal sciences and transferred my junior year to return to the East Coast. I also have some experience with a handful of farm animals from my time at the UofA. Additionally some of my experience comes from working on home farms taking care of horses and alpacas; all of this meaning my knowledge of animals is extensive to give the best care for your furry friends! I have always had the passion for animal care and medicine which is why after graduating I will be continuing my schooling to be a CVT and hopefully someday a veterinarian. A few years back I had participated in boarding through Rover, but after a hiatus I decided to come back to continue with walks and drop in visits because even outside of my main job I love to be around animals! We have a small family dog, but other than that I have rescue retired racing greyhound, Moose, who has travelled far and wide with me. My pets also include many fish, a leopard gecko and soon chickens! All this being said, I would absolutely love the opportunity to be alongside your best friends and scratch the itch to spend as much time with animals as I can! I can be flexible with services and days Fri-Sun so just send a request! I would also love to bring my dog Moose on walks if my boyfriend is available as well if you and your pet are okay with it! I am currently a full time student working per-diem with most of my weekdays occupied by school. Weekends are open for me. After school afternoons and nights are negotiable based on service. As of now I am only doing walks and home visits on a limited basis. I take care of your pets like they are my own. I think every one has their own needs and personality, there is no "one size fits all" for any animal. I try to learn your pet on an individual level!
