“We had Esmeralda visit and feed our two older cats while we were away, coming once a day. This was our first time with Esmeralda and we are happy with the results. She asked good questions during the meet and greet, and she left our home neat and tidy. I left pretty detailed instructions on feeding and garbage disposal and she followed them well. Our cats are very shy, so she did not have a lot of interaction with them. It looks like one of the cats let Esmeralda get near him towards the end of her visits. The one slight criticism I have is that while she checked off the jobs that she did during each visit she did not write a progress report, such as the cats ate all of their food, or Ray let me pet him.”

“Anna was so sweet with my puppy. She spent some time with her and even went the extra mile trying to get her to sleep before she left. She did a meet and greet the day before hand which was nice of her. Would definitely reach out again for a check in!”

“Debbie was fantastic! She bonded with our cat quickly and was very reliable. We appreciated her messages with photos of our cat! She was always quick to respond and so easy to work with. We also really appreciated that she brought in our mail and looked to take out our recycling! We look forward to working with her again.”

“Lehna has been a great resource for the care of my two staffies. I have booked her several times already for walks and drop ins. She responds very quickly to requests, has strong communication skills and she updates me with details about how my dogs behaved with her. She has been professional and responsible and I can easily recommend her.”

“Amber seems trustworthy and conscientious, and she is an excellent dog sitter. One of my dogs is sweet, but also high-energy and not always a good listener. In no time, Amber gently coaxed him into behaving quite well. He was even behaving better for me after her visit. She also paid attention to my quieter dog,, who sometimes gets overlooked.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years and truly love getting to know each one’s personality. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and look after their dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, and those who need a little extra patience or training. Whether it’s playtime, long walks, or quiet cuddles, I make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and happy while in my care. I’m currently working part time, I can care for your pet before work and after work. I will work less than 12 hours a week so I’m hoping to be available often. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always treat their space with the same respect as my own. I follow each pet’s routine closely to help them feel comfortable and secure. I make sure doors and gates are always locked, water bowls are fresh, and pets get plenty of attention, exercise, and love. I send regular photo updates so you can feel confident your furry family member is happy and safe while you’re away.
About: I grew up with dogs, cats, fish, chicken, a horse as pets and would frequently care for them on my own. When I was in high school I raised my own cats and I have taken care of/watched dogs for my friends and family many times. I have a very flexible schedule right now and can care for your animals anytime of the day, any day of the week. I am always around to contact for information and answers to questions. My home has a small fenced backyard and animal friendly housemates. I would care for your animals as if they are my own and respect the space you and they live in. I am a fast learner and will follow any rules you provide about my care.
“Bennett was a wonderful cat-visitor. We gave him a bit of a challenge, trying to get our cat Tony to eat his medication. Bennett had to win Tony's trust first, and that took just a couple of days (note: the medication was not something that would cause serious side-effects if not delivered daily). Before long, Tony was following Bennett around the house and playing with an interactive cat toy with him, and allowing Bennett to pet him. Our second cat, Max, has always been a shy one. Bennett did see him a number of times, but was unable to interact with them. Bennett was definitely organized and timely! He sent photos daily, updated the "meds" situation, was a super litter scooper, etc. Both boys are looking great, no one missed any meals, for sure. We would hire Bennett again, any time we are out of town.”

“Nina took care of my guys-- one basically still a kitten, the other a creaky elder. She played with them and fed them the correct food and supplements. What more could I ask for? I'm in a fairly remote spot too. Thank you Nina!”

“Melissa did a great job taking care of our little dog, Taz. She sent pictures and updates regularly. He was happy and well cared for when we got home. Will definitely ask her to care for him again .”

“Maria has been so wonderful! She leaves detailed notes, takes lots of pictures, and takes good care of my little one during her drop in visits. She asks questions to make sure she's meeting my dog's needs. She is also very thorough and it provides me with relief to know my dog is in good hands while I'm away!”

“Sukky (Siqi) is an amazing Rover cat sitter — incredibly attentive and truly knows how to interact with cats. Hoohoo was so well cared for, and reading her daily update notes genuinely made my day every time. She’s thoughtful, observant, and clearly experienced with cats. She also went above and beyond what I expected: she helped brush Hoohoo’s fur, tidied up the living room, and took absolutely fantastic photos (I’m literally using them as my phone wallpaper!). On top of that, she even drew an adorable little sketch of Hoohoo — such a sweet and personal touch. I’m so grateful for everything she did, and I will definitely book Siqi again next time. Highly recommend!”

About: Ive spent my entire young life with animals of all shapes and sizes from horses to birds to many different breeds of dogs and cats. I walked many neighborhood dogs all four years of middle school, worked at Bow Wow Meow for some time in highschool, and Smilin Dogs just a few years back. A few of the things i took care of while there; bathing and nail trims, caring for 20+ dogs at a time with light training, feeding on a schedule and putting dogs down for naps or bedtime. I have two puppies and a three year old dog at home, aside from that i have all the time in the world to care for your furry family members! I can also follow any kind of schedule you set as far as feeding, walking, and naps/bedtime.

“Maila did a great job dropping in on our cat, Felix, while we were away for a few days. She even let him play outside for a bit, which I’m sure he loved since he’s an indoor-outdoor cat and doesn’t get to go outside as much when we are traveling.”
