“Sarah was fantastic! I felt very confident my pup would be in good hands with her. My dog is older and has some different needs, and Sarah had experience with this which was so reassuring. I will definitely book with her again in the future. Thank you Sarah!”

About: Hi! I’m Lauren — a lifelong animal lover with decades of hands-on pet care experience. I grew up in a home that always had dogs (usually three!), and I started dog-sitting back in college in the early 2000s. One of my favorite long-term clients had a huge white German Shepherd who growled at everyone. By evening on day one, he was upside down in my lap, getting a belly rub! I had two beloved dogs of my own for 15 years, and now that I have two young kids (and no current pets), I’m looking to share my love with your furry (or scaly!) family member. Whether it’s walks, belly rubs, or snuggle time, I’ll treat your pet like my own. Dogs, cats, snakes, bunnies — you name it, I love them all. 💛 If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about animals, I’d love to help care for your pet while you’re away! I only work a few hours in the morning (9-12), so my schedule is pretty flexible — I can often accommodate daytime, evening, or even last-minute pet care needs. I’m currently available for daytime, evening, and weekend bookings. I believe pets feel most comfortable in their own home, so I’m happy to care for your dog or cat in their familiar space while you’re away. That said, if you'd prefer your pet stays with me, I do have a safe, fenced-in front yard that's great for larger dogs to get some playtime and fresh air. Inside, your pet will be treated like part of the family — couches are fair game (as long as you’re cool with it!), and my whole family will be happy to shower your pet with love, snuggles, and attention.

About: When you have 5 kids in the house, we ended up with a lot of different animals! We had everything, giant fish tanks with specialty fish, bunnies, hamsters, snakes, frogs, birds, lizards, of course dogs and cats, and we even fostered an opossum while we waited for the wildlife refuge to come get him. It teaches you a lot of responsibility at a young age and it gave me a lot of compassion for animals too. Pets are a privilege and we're so lucky to have them. I'm finishing up classes and preparing to transfer to Cal Poly for landscape architecture but I'm done for the summer. Back to serving and time to make some extra money! In my home my cats have a strict feeding schedule and a variety of feeding needs. One only gets wet food and dry food makes her sick, one will eat until he pops and the other free feeds with a microchip activated food bowl to protect from the previously mentioned fatty. I understand the complications that come with having pets, especially multiple pets, and I have all the love and patience in the world to give.

“Camille was wonderful! 10/10!! She was an excellent communicator, quick to respond, took great care of our pups and left my house looking clean. We will definitely be hiring her again :)”

“Madison was a great kitty sitter! She was willing to meet my cats before booking, which I really appreciate. She followed instructions well and seemed to have a genuine interest in getting to know my kitties. I would strongly recommend her!”

“We came home to the two shiniest, happiest cats in the Five Cities! I have never seen our boys’ coats so healthy - Kristin was kind enough to bring over a grooming brush for them, which they LOVED, to entertain them while we were away. She always went above and beyond to play with our boys and send great pictures, even despite them being separated in our house (requiring two separate play / groom times!). Thank you, Kristin, for being an outstanding pet sitter! We cannot recommend Kristin highly enough and look forward to booking her again.”

About: I have had dogs my entire life. They are not dogs to me but my babies. My last baby was 15 when he left and was blind and deaf, Losing him about killed me. So now I spend my time loving on other people babies. Yes, I am that crazy dog lady! I will also send you morning and bedtime pictures so you can see your baby is doing alright and have peace of mind. You can always text me at anytime you want to make sure they are ok:) I have a deep love for little dogs! I am fine with special diets, medicines and blindness etc.. Most dogs who stay with me don't want to leave when their owners come back as they have been genuinely spoiled rotten!

About: Pets have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. We were taught as children to respect animals and that they are part of the family. I have experience with young pets as well as geriatric pet, experiencing the changes pets go through in their lifetimes. I work as a freelancer so I am able to fit other activities into my flexible lifestyle. Dog walking is perfect for getting me and your pooch out for some fresh air! Pets should be as comfortable staying outside of their homes and they would be in their own homes, with everything that they need, fresh water, food and a comfy bed. Some comforting cuddles and reassurance will help your pet too!

“Paul is fantastic! It’s apparent how passionate he is about animal care and well being. He sent lots of pics, is very communicative, and came through on a last minute booking. My cats seemed happy and stress free on my return and everything was in good order 🫡”

About: I have had a pet dog for several years in the past, and I more recently have been connected to households in my hometown neighborhood to provide petsitting care for 7 households so far. Having worked with aging and young dogs, and am able to administer medication and make sure they are nourished and able to exercise. I have also had the pleasure to care for chickens and cats. Additionally, I spent a year developing technician skills in professional pet grooming services in a veterinary setting. My passion for animal care began when I started volunteering with training and socializing cats and dogs at my local animal shelter. Last summer, I worked with baby birds at a wildlife clinic. After finishing school at UC Davis, I am still looking for part time or full time work. I am generally not busy outside the home for necessarily more than 5 hours at a time. I am available all week currently! I would be happy to care for your pet at your home, but am open to the discussion of any alternative arrangements. I am practiced at being a housesitter or dog walker.
