“If you are looking for a sitter who can handle a literal zoo with grace, look no further! We threw a lot at Barbara—dogs, cats, mini donkeys, and even a goat—and she handled them all like a pro. But the real test was our pig. To be fair, she had zero 'swine experience' going in, and our pig definitely knew it. He made it his mission to drive her absolutely bananas, but she didn’t crack! She was patient, attentive, and somehow managed to keep everyone happy and fed. It’s not every day you find someone willing to referee a pig while making sure the donkeys get their ear scratches. We came home to a very calm farm and happy animals. We’ll definitely be booking her again—if the pig hasn't scared her off for good”

About: I’ve had a deep love of animals since I was little, always picking up stray kittens at the bus stop or turtles at the pond, I just love em all. For four years in college I worked in professional pet daycares and boarding facilities. I’m trained in CPR, first aid, grooming, physical therapy, and medicine dispensing for dogs and cats. I also have training with reactive dogs of all sizes, whether a dog is toy aggressive, food aggressive, reactive to other dogs or people, I feel confident navigating a situation safely and calmly. I have a particular soft spot for reactive or shy animals who need extra loving and senior animals who need more patience. I just moved home so my availability is very flexible. I am open to boarding, house sitting, dog walking, any of it! I have quite an open schedule these days! I have a fenced in yard with a cat at home, he’s a little feisty but we know how to keep him away from house guests and keep the peace. I can crate dogs if need be and they are free to roam the house and snuggle on couches and beds if that is comfortable with you!

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover, mom of two teenage daughters (13 and 16), and I work full-time from home, so your pet will have plenty of company throughout the day. My husband and I share our home with Finn, our 50-pound rescue pup, and two rescue cats who joined our family in 2020. Working from home means I'm rarely far from a wagging tail. Finn spends his days "working" right alongside me, supervising the neighborhood from his “executive office” (a cozy window overlooking the backyard) where he keeps the chipmunks, birds, and other critters in line. As a family, we've spent years traveling for our daughters' sports and around the world for family vacations. Because of that, we've relied on an incredible village of pet sitters and caregivers to love our pets while we were away. About: I've taken care of a wide range of dogs and some cats in my 3 years of pet sitting. I used to work as a sitter in Providence, RI so this isn't my first time working with Rover. I also have a 2.5 year old Maltipoo that I got as a puppy so that has increased my puppy experience. I just graduated from school so my schedule has opened up. As long as I have enough notice I'm available most days at anytime of day. I am open to doing meet and greets to get to know you and your pet beforehand, to build comfort. We have a small dog park in our complex. I will be able to walk your pup frequently. We also live nearby a few nice parks with unpaved/paved walking trails and dog-parks that I can take your pup to play and socialize while watching him/her very closely, if you would be willing to allow me to do so. I can securely transport your precious 4-legged kiddo to and from the dog park and also your home, as well. I do work from home however its very flexible and I will be able to monitor your pup closely and would be able to take your pup with me, if I need to step out and if I have your permission .I will be available to assist with your pets routine and schedule consistency to assist with a smooth transition back home. I monitor the pets closely. We only will board dogs with their own crates or that are crate trained. This will ensure your pup is appropriately secured in my home and/or yours depending on the service at night and the rare occasion we need to leave the home. Your pup will NOT be crated all day, we guarantee to offer a comfy casual environment.

About: I grew up with many pets, and I've had a love for animals from the start. I have been walking dogs/pet sitting for over 10 years now. I have also worked at a doggy daycare and a pet salon, bathing dogs. I've cared for all kinds of dogs: old and young, big and small, energetic and mellow, and I love them all. I'm excited to meet your precious pups! I'm currently working part-time as a pet transport driver, so I have lots of free time right now to care for your pets! When I'm not on the road I am available any day of the week. I cannot currently watch pets at my house but I would be more than happy to come over and watch them at theirs where they would be most comfortable.
