About: With over 10 years of hands-on experience in pet care, I have developed a deep and compassionate understanding of animal’s needs and behavior! I am an owner of two dogs (ages 3 and 5), and will treat your fur babies as my own. They are truly a part of the family and should be treated as such! I have experience with puppies as well as senior animals and can administer medicine, help with training, and go on walks with them! I currently work four days a week but would be available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays to help out with your pet care needs! I am more of a home body on the weekends so I often do not have plans and would be able to care for your pets with no issues! There’s no better way to fill time than to take the best care of other’s pets! Animals mean the world to me and I aim to aid your animals in the way that you want them cared for. If they need to be crated, I can ensure that they are not in distress. If they have a special routine, I will make sure to adhere to that. I want your animal as comfortable around me as they’d be around their own family!

About: **Pick-up Time is 24 hours from the time you drop your pet off (A 2 hour grace period will be given).** I have been watching dogs for as long as I can remember. In my 40+ years, I have always owned a dog...from large dogs to small lap dogs and even cats. Each one is treated like my own. I work from home FT, so I look forward to the company. I'm an Air Force Veteran, therefore, you can depend on me to be loyal and dependable. I can assure you that I will treat your “babies” like they were my own; not only because I’m an animal lover, but because it’s how I want my “babies” treated while I’m away. In my home, I currently have an 8lb Maltese named Snoopy that I adopted 9 years ago. It is technically my 15 y/o's son's--but I think he likes me better =) There wasn't an option to select teenager for children in the home, but my son does help me out from time to time with permission from you, of course. The great thing about me is that I am very flexible. I can usually accept last minute requests that others cannot. For the first week, when walking your dog, I do try to spend a little additional time each visit with your pets (at no additional charge) just so we both can get acclimated to one another. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets and to create a lasting friendship with both of you!

About: I got my first dog at age 12 and have been a dog-sitter for many neighbors and friends. We also have four guinea pigs that require more care than some dogs do! I moved to the Dacula area just over 5 years ago. Here, I provided drop-in visits for a neighbor who has since moved. This neighbor had the sweetest chow-mix dog “Clover” and an older cat “Angel”. Prior to this, where we previously lived, I was a drop-in caregiver to a beautiful yellow lab (“Bojo”) when his hooman mommy worked nights. And long before that, my husband and I house-sat for some friends who went abroad for two months; this included caring for their two golden retrievers (“Lucy,” and “Honey.”) We had our own dog, Emma Lou, for 15 years from the age of 2 to almost 17. She was a mini cockapoo. For the last year of her life, she was on many medications and her legs didn’t always work. We got her a wagon so she could still enjoy parks and the sights and sounds. She got tons of attention in her wagon, too! She still looked like a puppy so everyone thought she was such a pampered pet. Caring for her was a part time job but my time was well spent making her happy for the time she had left. After grieving for a year, we met our latest dog, Beau, a 6 year old golden doodle, after his hooman dad passed away suddenly. I know very well how important routine is to animals. I know how much they miss you when you’re not there, and the peace that comes from knowing your animal is well cared for when you can’t be there. I can’t stand disappointing an animal so I will always be there when I say I will. I currently work from home and have a great deal of control over my schedule. I have a car as well as an e-bike and I can use whichever is needed to get to your residence. I prefer to go by bike, which is why my zone is so small, but if it rains or is cold I will take my car so as not to risk a delay. I will follow your instructions for caring for your pet. I am happy to walk them for up to 3 miles in pleasant weather (not raining, temp between 50&80F) and shorter walks in other conditions (I’m not against walks in the rain but I don’t provide baths!). I love to play with dogs and we can go to your neighborhood dog park if available. I can give oral meds when clear instructions are given; we can talk about any other kind of med needed. In short- I will care for your pet as if they were my own - or I can spoil them a bit less if I really have to ;-)

About: I have a lot of experience with various animals. I also take care of my 11 year old Shih Tzu who who is allergic to grass and has anxiety so I’m used to providing extra care. I am currently taking a break from school and I have a part time job so my schedule is pretty flexible for the most part. I have a pretty calm temperament so animals usually tend to get along with me, but I also can handle and control any unexpected situations that occur. I am pretty familiar with reading the body language of the pets to make sure they are comfortable.

About: I’ve always taken care and had animals since I was just a little girl, I love animals and I think they are absolutely amazing, although this will be my first time dog sitting professionally I have always taken care of my parents friends animals and I take care of my roommates dogs all the time, and I have cats of my own that I take care of. I currently work 4:15am-9:15am some days, and some days I also work 4:15-12:45 but my schedule is always open since I get home early I have the whole day to take care of any animals. I do prefer to go to your house to dog/cat sit, and or to walk your pets, I am moving into an apartment complex so taking care of them in my area would be harder

About: I've grown up around dogs my whole life and have experience in both breeding and caring for them, so I am comfortable with everything from feeding and walking to basic training and daily care. I know that every pet has their own personality and needs, and I love helping them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. In my household, I am used to feeding my pups and their puppies, walking them, playing with them, and even doing small grooming, such as brushing and clipping their toenails.

About: My family got our first dog when I was four, but I asked and received my own dog when I was 11. I was raised on a working farm, and the inside pets included non normative pets like mice, gerbils, guinea pigs, a ferrets, multiple dogs and cats. As an adult I've had the opportunity to care for multiple reptiles and snakes (frogs, toads, hissing cockroaches, tarantula, non venomous snakes, and leopard geckos) and also increased my knowledge of chinchillas, hedgehogs and many other non standard pets. I love all animals and my greatest strength is the vast array of knowledge and eagerness to learn and research better care for all species of pets! As of right now I am a recent transplant to Georgia and my current schedule is completely open. I am looking for both one time sitting opportunities and open to new repeat clients for business hours walks, potty breaks, med checks and feedings. I will always focus on making sure your pet is as happy and comfortable as possible. I personally have one dog who loves to meet other dogs, but is also happy being left to sleep in her bed all day. She is helpful for training reactive dogs as she doesn't mind noisy dogs and doesn't react to them at all. I love taking photos of dogs in their joy, so I will continually try to go the extra mile for your fur baby.
