Safety is of the utmost importance so I can use dog gates (if available), separate rooms for meals, and never leaving dogs alone with each other. Additionally, I’m always on high alert when outside with a pet. I love to play with dogs in their backyard (or inside when applicable) so they can run their hearts out, go sniff all the scents, and play fetch, tug, or mentally stimulating treat games or puzzles. I prioritize making sure your pet is well exercised and given the pets and cuddling they deserve!

During childhood and adulthood, I’ve been a dog mom to two pups. I’ve also lived with roommates who have had a dog or cat, so I’ve assisted with taking care of others’ pets too just to help out. I’ve always loved dogs and found them to be the best of friends and beloved members of our families. Professionally, I have 3 years of experience in pet sitting. Whether I’m doing a single drop in visit or housesitting for a week, I will provide your furry friends with attentive care & fun the whole time. All of this adds up to me being able to provide the best care, attention, and love for your pets. I’m experienced in basic obedience training and taking care of dogs in all sorts of environments—city life, rural areas, dog parks, indoor & outdoor dogs. I will take care of your dog(s) or cat(s) like they are my own and ensure they are safe and happy!

Katie was great! She provided great updates and photos on our pup. Our dog seemed really comfortable and happy while we were gone. Super thankful! She also was very kind in maintaining our home while we were gone.
I had a great experience with this pet sitter. She cared for my dog and cat for 10 days and was very accommodating throughout. I came home to dishes neatly placed in the dishwasher and towels left in the washer, which I really appreciated. She even offered to remove and wash the used bedsheets. Everything was handled thoughtfully and with care—no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend her services.
