“I booked last minute and Michaela was super responsive and helpful. Michaela and her partner sent lots of updates and pics. Emmie came home very happy and seemed very comfortable. Would book again!”

“We are so grateful we found Craig to dog sit for our puppy Enzo. Enzo is a highly energetic dog who takes some time to warm up to strangers, however, he took no time to adjust to Craig. Craig kept us updated through out the day with pictures and videos. We could tell right away that Enzo was having an awesome time. When we picked up Enzo he was tired (from all the fun he had with Penny) and overall just calm and happy. We highly recommend Craig for doggy care!”

“Lindsay was great! She gave us tips on where to find vegan food, where we could park our RV as we were going on a whale watching tour. She took Maddie for walks and sent us pictures. Maddie was very comfortable with Lindsay. Lindsay was always quick to answer when we had questions. We highly recommend her.”

“We are so lucky to have found Rebecca! Our dog has a hard time being away from us, but when we get to Rebecca’s house, our dog walks right in with a wagging tail and doesn’t even look back! What a great, calm, and relaxing spot to be a dog.”

“Gwen is wonderful! My booking was very last minute and I was so thankful that she fit me in. She responded right away to messages and was very professional. She took my dog for a long walk and she was tired when we picked her up :)”

“Alissa was amazing! Our girl Molly stayed with Alissa during the day on thanksgiving and Alissa went above and beyond for the pups. She put together a little thanksgiving dinner for them and sent Molly home with delicious homemade treats. It was a rainy day and she still got Molly outside for a trail walk :) we will definitely use Alissa again, highly recommend!”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Lizzie was the queen of the house. Communication was instantaneous, received several photos of the queen. Kaylee will go to the top of the list. Leave your pet in your worries behind.”

About: * If you live in Poland I will give you a 10% discount on house sitting Hi, I’m Makaylah! I’ve been caring for animals my entire life and have experience with a wide range of pets—including dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, hamsters, mice, and chickens. While I’m new to Rover, I’ve spent years volunteering at shelters and helping friends and family with their pets. I work from home full-time, which means I have a flexible schedule and can give your pet plenty of time, attention, and consistency throughout the day. I’m especially passionate with working with shy or nervous dogs and always take things at their pace. Patience & No pressure. I use positive reinforcement to build trust and keep things low-stress. If you're okay with it, I’d love to include a little fun, low-key trick training during my visits. I've helped dogs learn sit, down, shake, speak, spin, and touch (nose to hand), always with treats and praise. It’s a great way to keep them mentally engaged and build confidence, especially for anxious pups. I’m also experienced in administering oral medications and caring for senior or special-needs pets. Most importantly, I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own, and I’ll keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you always know how they’re doing. Let me know what your pet needs. I’m happy to help however I can! Im wfh and have pets of my own so I'm always home! My schedule is overall very flexible, and I can shift things around to make things work especially for repeats. Go on vacation or give yourself a weekend away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I will follow your care instructions closely and keep routines consistent to help your pet feel secure. At my home, I have a fully fenced yard where they can play and explore safely. No matter the place, I will focus on maintaining a calm, secure environment.

“I recently had the pleasure of having Jennifer watch my six-month-old golden retriever, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we met, Jennifer's warm and friendly demeanor put both me and my puppy at ease. She was incredibly attentive to all of my instructions and made sure to ask all the right questions about my puppy's routine and preferences. Jennifer has a natural way with dogs. My golden retriever, who can be quite a handful at times, was calm and happy when I returned. It was clear she had received plenty of playtime, exercise, and affection. Jennifer also provided regular updates and adorable photos, which reassured me that my puppy was in great hands. Her professionalism, reliability, and genuine love for animals truly stand out. I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. I will definitely be booking her services again in the future!”

About: I live alone with no pets but miss having my own. I do travel and play golf so I don't want to own a pet at the moment but I miss having a dog or cat around. I have a flexible schedule and even better is your pet likes to ride in the car for short errands or a trip to the lake or the park. I have a nice yard in a quite neighborhood where I can walk a dog on a leash. Bright, clean and sunny home in Windham.

“Elizabeth amazing! Lots of pictures and great communication. You can tell she really loves caring for doggos and treated my little guy like he was her own. Pretty sure my dog was little sad to have to come back home to me. Ha! Will be using her again!”

About: *Recently moved to Yarmouth, Maine and back on Rover - accepting new clients* 🐾 🐾 Rates 🐾 🐾 I am happy to travel but may need to add a mileage fee for bookings outside of my 15 minute radius. All rates are negotiable. *Boarding: I only host 1 family's pets at a time. This provides a safer environment for your pet and an "at home" feel with plenty of attention, especially for reactive or aging dogs. I don't use crates or kennels but if you want to bring yours along that is fine, I also have 1 medium sized crate on hand if needed. I have a very clean home and welcome pets to feel comfortable if they would like to snooze on the sofas, bed, and we have a secure fenced in yard, but I do not leave dogs unattended in the yard. I usually take my dog to the local dog parks and nature trails and would bring yours along too. 🐾 🐾 Basic Info 🐾 🐾 I am an EMT, certified in Pet CPR + First Aid. For the past 25 years, I have been an animal caretaker. My favorite part is getting to know all of the different breeds and personalities. Your pets will be treated with love, and be as comfortable in my home as yours. I always send lots of photos at the end of each day. 🐾 🐾 My daily schedule 🐾 🐾 I work from home as a university professor. My position is remote, so I am able to work anywhere with a wifi connection. I work for rover occasionally and my schedule is typically super organized and flexible. We do at least 2 active hours per day- and we try to squeeze in as many hikes as possible. My boyfriend is also very helpful with the dogs- if they are up for it, he will take them jogging every night.

About: Hello Pet Parents! I have 10+ years of experience taking care of friends & family's pets, as well as my own. I am an active person who started on Wag and enjoy taking our dogs out on a walk 2-3+ times/day. I work at home as a Freelance Developer and live with my partner who is at home full time at the moment. I live in a cozy home surrounded by trees with plenty of room for walks. I will ensure to maintain communication with you as well as make sure that your pet feels like home. I’ll take your pup on a walk and feed them- or follow whatever schedule you provide for us! My partner and I will take care of your furry friend with plenty of play time, walks, and feedings. About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my lifelong passion for animals, combined with a professional background in caregiving. I’ve cared for a wide range of pets—from fish and hamsters to rabbits, turtles, hedgehogs and of course, dogs. My original childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian eventually led me to earn degrees in both biology and nursing. Today, I’m a registered nurse, and while I take pride in caring for people, I find even greater joy in caring for animals. I’m a dedicated dog-mom to two doodles we raised from puppyhood, so I’m well-versed in potty training, clicker training, crate training, and using positive reinforcement. I’m also comfortable caring for senior dogs and pets with medical needs thanks to my nursing background. When your pet stays with us, they’ll be treated like family—free to relax indoors with us and our dogs or enjoy quiet time in a private space if they prefer. They’ll have daytime access to our yard and regular walks on the nearby nature trails to keep them happy and stimulated. My goal is always to provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment where your pet feels at home. I currently have a flexible schedule allowing pet care to be my #1 priority! I have recently relocated to Maine with my husband to settle down on our forever home & property. We live in a dog-friendly household on 2.6 acres. My home has a big back yard, bordering on woodlands, and is adjacent to a bird sanctuary with dog-friendly walking trails. I am spending some time improving my home and property before going back to work full-time as an RN. I will be caring for my two dogs during this time and feel I have the capacity to add several more pets to my space and routine. I have the flexibility to plan my day around feedings, nature walks, and yard play time for the dogs. This will be balanced with rest periods inside my air-conditioned home. Inside, the dogs will roam freely and have access to water bowls, dog beds, couches, and open crates - allowing them to choose where they feel most comfortable. I have two well trained and friendly doodles who would love to walk and play with your dog if he/she likes to play! (Personalized care plans available for more shy dogs who would not enjoy being around my dogs all the time **Any dogs receiving day care or boarding at my home must be non-hostile with other dogs so that my dogs will not be bitten or harmed.) We do not have any children or other pets in the household. I offer care to dogs at my home for doggy day-care and overnight boarding/sitting. I will send you (at least) daily photo updates and communicate with you promptly. That way you can rest easy and enjoy your day or vacation knowing your fur-babies are in good hands with me at my home!
