About: I have had dogs all of my life and love to spoil them! I have several dog beds and plenty of toys to play with. I allow dogs on my couch and beds. My home is air conditioned in the summer. I look forward to meeting you and your dog. I am home during the day; therefore, I have the ability to care for doggos and ensure they have plenty of playtime and potty breaks throughout the day. My house sits far back from the road and is almost completely wooded front and back. I have 1+ acres of land with a 400 sq ft fenced in play area they can access as they wish during the day. I can also take them out on a lead or leash. I spray my property for ticks every 3 months Mar-Nov.

About: Longtime dog lover and owner, current parent of a 9-year-old Siberian Husky service dog whom I trained to myself. I love dogs of all sizes and shapes and personalities and I can't wait to meet all the wonderful furkids that I'll be looking after in the future. I'm always telling people "I may have trouble remembering your name, but I will always remember your pet's name." Though I am small in stature I'm actually quite strong and can handle large/muscular dogs (and the occasional feral cat when necessary), because I just know how to move with them/guide them. I'm also not intimidated by aggressive behavior in animals, nor do I meet it with aggression in return. I always try to calm the animal and figure out the issue, putting myself between them and anyone/anything that might upset them further. I have a personality/presence that dogs seem to love, from the timid to the social, the calm to the active. I'm a fast walker, so your dog will certainly get a workout they'll love as they keep pace with me, but I can also meander when needed for the older dogs and fumbling puppies. I have experience doing basic grooming for dogs: bathing, brushing, shaving away mats, clipping nails, trimming the fur between pawpads, brushing teeth, and cleaning ears. I do not have experience doing "style" cuts for dogs. I know snake pet care as well, so feel free to inquire if you need someone to look after your danger noodle! Pet care is my primary work focus right now as I work through completing my online schooling towards getting my degree and Vet Tech licence. I have a backyard for your dog to play in alongside my very friendly Husky. It's not fenced in, but I keep a spare long-lead on-hand, same kind as I use for my girl, for guest dogs. If your dog is an especially strong one please let me know and I'll make sure to have an lead appropriate for your dogs weight strength available. Inside the house is dog-friendly and spacious, and I can crate your dog if needed. My dog is allowed on the couch and my bed, so do let me know if those are no-go areas for your dog. If your cat likes outside time I can provide walks and/or put them out in the backyard on the spare long-lead.

About: I've been a small animal veterinary technician for more than 10 years. My specialty is senior care, including managing cats or dogs with diabetes or kidney disease. I previously had a cat-sitting business when I worked at The Cat Practice in New York City in the mid 1990s. Here in Maine, I have had occasional pet sitting jobs. I am also an experienced horse owner. I am currently working part-time, and can easily fit in visits to your furry friends. I am based out of Gray and will travel within 30-45 minutes of my home. “Audrey did a wonderful job with our 8 month pit bull Pumkin. Pumpkin came home happy and exhausted from the adventures that Audrey took him on. She provided Pumpkin with a great time and me with peace of mind that his high energy, not quite 100% potty-trained, rough playing properties were understood and not a problem. I highly recommend Audrey!”
“I have never had such a positive experience. My pup was unfortunately sick during the majority of his stay with Heidi and I was unable to pick him up. Fortunately for us, he was in the best hands possible. Not only did she keep us informed constantly and ask for our opinion on how to take care of him best, but she even went out of her way to feed him a special diet that would best suit his sick tummy. I can’t recommend Heidi enough with your pets.”
“This is my first experience with Rover, I was very nervous leaving my boy with anyone new. Breanna kept in constant contact and provided pictures. I can tell just by them that Maverick had the best sleep over with her! He even met a new lady friend! I cannot recommend her enough and will absolutely be requesting her services again!”
“My big boy is so sensitive and so spoiled. We’ve never left him with anyone other than family. We had a family event and our floors were getting done so I explored Grover for this reason. I felt so nervous! But, I had nothing to worry about with Rebecca! She sent me pictures and reassurance throughout his stay. He had a blast! Thank you, Rebbecca! “We booked Natalie for my elderly parent’s young beagle. It was their first time boarding a pet so they were nervous and didn’t quite understand the rules of drop-off & pick-up, etc. ( although I explained to them in detail) Natalie was understanding and responsive. She was kind and communicative, often sending several pictures and updates on their dog. Thank you, Natalie, for taking care of Schatzi and extending an extra day when we needed it. I know my mother was persistent with her constant messages, even when I kept assuring her the dog was fine & to leave you alone, lol! We appreciate your help!!!”

Daphne was thrilled, and the photos and videos that followed showed that she was living the good life! Chillaxing and running=her happy life. Vicky lives in an amazing spot with trails in the forest that are dog heaven, I can only assume!!!”
“Natalie went out of her way to make Brutus feel at home. I was very impressed from the start, she talked with us and let our pup feel out the area while we confirmed specific details regarding Brutus which was such a comfort. He's a big cuddle bug and we gave her some of his favorite treats and she sent pictures of him enjoying them. When we picked up Brutus a couple days later he was exactly himself and did not have any decrease in appetite which we've experienced before. I will definitely be using Natalie as a pet sitter in the future, and cannot express how thankful I am for the care she provided.”
