About: Ciao! My name is Matt and I'm very excited to have the opportunity to meet you and some of the amazing pets we have here in the city. I currently live near the rose garden/Piedmont. I live close to several other parks, and I always enjoy meeting new pet friends that come my way. I really don't have many restrictions, but all I ask is that if you are interested in meeting to discuss my services that we have great communication (whether it's email, call/text, etc.) I work from home during the week and actively get outside myself, so I'm sure we could work something out if you need help with your pet! About: I was a dog walker in Philadelphia for a year, and I grew up with dogs of all sizes, from miniature schnauzers to great danes. I also worked as a kennel assistant at a veterinary hospital for 4 years, caring for dogs and administering meds, and at a wildlife rehabilitation center for 2 years. Additionally, I used to be a wildlife biologist, but switched careers; now I'm an environmental journalist. I'm also a big-time runner, and would be happy to take your dog out on awesome running adventures or walks on lovely trails across this beautiful city.

About: I've taken care of dogs my whole life - but my favorite part is and always will be taking them on walks! I am a dog lover at heart and love to see how happy it makes them to be taken out. I work from home and and am extremely diligent about walking every day. Whether it's alone, walking with a friend, or walking my own dog - I will be found walking no matter what. I'd love to take your pup out with me! I will keep your pet safe by paying attention to their cues, paying attention to my surroundings, and giving detailed observations of anything concerning that I observe so that their owners can stay in the know.

About: I’ve cared for dogs both personally and for friends/family, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I’m attentive to routines, feeding schedules, walks, bathroom breaks, play, and making sure dogs feel calm, safe, and loved while their owners are away. I use to work in tech until I got laid off last year and I'm currently looking for my next position. I am therfore home almost all the time to look after your pup. I have a fenced yard and I am almost always in the same room as the dogs and so I'll have my eyes on them at all times.

I spent about four years as a dedicated dog walker in Southern California, building a loyal community of pups (and their humans) who kept coming back because they knew their babies were genuinely loved and well looked after. Over the years I've lived with dogs of all shapes, personalities, and breeds from big goofy pitbulls to spirited blue heelers, so I'm comfortable with the whole spectrum. I'm rarely in a rush, and I think animals can feel that. If something comes up last minute or you need a little extra flexibility, I'm almost always able to make it work. When I'm caring for your dog/cat in your home, my number one priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and like their normal routine hasn't been disrupted. I follow your feeding schedule and system exactly, and always make sure fresh water is available throughout the day. Beyond the basics, I make sure your pup is getting plenty of attention, affection, and enrichment while you're away. Whether that's belly rubs on the couch, a good play session, or just calm company for a dog who doesn't love being alone.
