“Our dog Brody seemed comfortable with Alex from the first introduction and did very well in her care. She has an upbeat and welcoming manner, and a wonderful way of speaking to him directly. He often does not eat the first day or so that we were away but that was not a worry when he was with Alex. She understood his needs very well and took excellent care of him. I would definitely use Alex again for his care.”

“We have a big rescue dog, Lupin, who is nervous around new people and leash reactive/frustrated because he wants to play with every dog he sees, and Karen was fantastic with him. It was very clear at our meet and greet at the park that she knew how to deal with such issues, and knew a lot about dogs and their behavoir. We did a one night trial run to get lupin used to them for longer boarding and they were very kind to him - we have already booked 2 more trips. At our meet and greet, her lovely pup was a marvelous calming influence on our 2 yr old.”
