About: I've always loved animals. I have two dogs of my own. As a dog walker, I am careful and put safety first, as I do with my own dogs. I am detailed oriented so if you give me specific directions, I'm going to execute accordingly. I am patient and flexible and respond well to the unexpected. I am reliable and hold my word with the utmost integrity. I practice positive reinforcement when working with dogs. I believe in the importance of dog socialization and regular exercise and think that long walks are so important. While we all have jobs, I'm excited to help you relieve any anxiety and give your doggy the care and attention she/he needs. I look forward to sharing my love with your doggy companion! <3 I have two dogs (a large and a medium size dog) but am in Santa Barbara working toward a PhD so my doggies are at home in San Francisco with my partner. On the upside, I have very flexible schedule, lots of love and care to give to dogs, and lots of experience with working with dogs! My home is dog friendly. My first dog used to live in Santa Barbara with me but once we got our second dog, we decided to keep them in San Francisco, where they have more space. I am a PhD student, therefore my apartment's size is proportionate with my meager PhD income. But, I live right next to beach and trail access. I also have a car with dog friendly seatbelt to take dogs to farther parks and hikes. I have a love for all animals, and treat all animals with care and attention. This is the same attention I will give to your pet. I'm used to active dogs, dogs needing medical care or strict schedule, anxious dogs, and am always willing to learn on the job!

About: I absolutely love animals and have the best time being around them! I care so much for my dog and I would treat anyone else’s pet with the same respect. I currently volunteer at Santa Barbara County Animal Services where I walk dogs, help with feeding, pass out enrichment toys, and assist with dog playgroups. I also have a dog I advocate for and I’m helping him overcome his reactivity issues. I am also an assistant for a new dog rescue called Night Sky Rescue. I help with the Keep Me Home Program which provides training services to people that are considering surrendering their dogs due to reactivity issues and I help with the rescue dogs behaviors as well. I’m currently a full-time student with a part time job, but I have a steady schedule so my hours are flexible! I also volunteer at the animal shelter and am an assistant for a dog rescue that allows me to pick my hours. I am very detail oriented so I will follow directions thoroughly to ensure the safety and happiness of your pet. Whether your dog needs walking, feeding or anything else, Im happy to do it.

About: I’ve done a lot of dog walking for my neighbors when I was in highschool for money because everyone knew I loved dogs and would do it. I’ve never done this professionally before but I have a dog and almost all dogs can sense my love for them and typically love me. I’m very active and can walk for hours so I can do walks of any length necessary. I have a lot of time in between classes and on the weekends where I don’t have much to do and could definitely handle some walks or check ins. Big animal lover and empath here who will care for your pet like it is my own I can promise that. I have always been more empathetic toward animals honestly than humans.

About: Lifelong cat carer with dog experience. Local care only (non-driver). Good with senior cats, kittens, and well-behaved dogs. Available on short notice and around most holidays. I currently work freelance so I have a flexible and open schedule for pet care. Can work on short notice and on most holidays with little notice, longer notice needed for longer stays. Pets are babies and I'll care for yours like the precious beings they are. I love playing with and petting animals when they need attention, and giving them space when they need that. For walks I like to stick to the less busy streets with the most flowers, letting the dog lead some of the time so they can express themselves while still letting them know I'm in charge. If we build up trust and there's a park nearby we'll head there.

For over ten years, I’ve been caring for other people’s pets, always making sure their pets are treated with lots of love. I have worked with animals of all ages from puppies to older animals, even have put on doggy diapers! I have also worked with animals with different behavioral problems or those that have medications. I love all animals and also have experience with cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits. About: In recent years, I have built a strong trustworthy reputation via more than 80 (yep, eighty) 5-star reviews on a leading house/pet care platform. Photos of some were in here, but the system removed them. Happy to share that information with you when we are in contact. Most sits span several weeks, with a 4-week minimum being easiest on the schedule. I do tend to book in advance. Because I have cared for senior pets (several being older than 15: both dogs and cats, some sight or hearing or limb-disabled), administered meds which also includes insulin shots, and managed various sizes and breeds, pet parents and high end homeowners appreciate this reliability and standard. In some cases, we have only Zoomed before a sit, and never met in-person. Due to great reciprocal communication, the results were wonderful. I offer experience both house & pet-sitting, and am a former (& future) homeowner. I’ve had all kinds of pets throughout my entire life. In adulthood, a Lhasa Apso was my co-pilot for 13 years, and I will have others. For now, I enjoy supporting and caring for yours. Let’s Zoom and take it from there. Looking forward.
