About: I grew up on a farm in South Africa with both my parents as practicing veterinarians, so I’ve been around animals my whole life. I have ample experience caring for dogs and cats—from feeding, walking, and playtime to giving extra love and attention. I’ve cared for pets of friends and family regularly, and I treat every furry friend as part of my own family. I’m outdoorsy and love spending time walking and playing with pets. I’m also comfortable with puppies, BIG dogs, senior dogs, and animals with special needs, and I prioritize making them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m self-employed, which gives me a flexible schedule to care for pets. I can easily work around morning and early afternoon playtime, walks, and feedings. The evenings are more challenging as I have feed, play and bath time with kids of my own 😊 . In my home, pets have a safe, fenced yard to play in and plenty of space to explore. I supervise all playtime and walks to ensure safety and comfort. About: I love all animals, but I have a special place in my heart for dogs. I have been petsitting and walking dogs for over 10 years. As well as on going three years experience working at a Veterinary Hospital. I believe that it is important to take each dog's individual personality and preferences into account when caring for them. I enjoy any kind of interaction I can get! I have a 10 year old Yorkie at home who loves to play fetch and goes wild with the word "walk". He provides me with lots of cuddling and laughs. My goal for every pet is to make them feel loved, cared, and appreciated for! I am currently working part time, so i'll have plenty of time playing with your pups! My hours are very flexible and I am easy to contact just shoot me a message. I am always aware of pets getting out so I make sure leashes are on and gates are closed before letting pets out of the house.

About: I have had a pup of my own since he was 5 months. He’s given me lots of experience on how to house train and how to teach a dog manners amongst all the other shenanigans that comes with owning a dog. I’m also a part-time caregiver for seniors in their homes. I help assist them with daily tasks such as chores, cooking, as well as toileting and assistance with standing/sitting. This job has taught me patience and how to gently care for another as if they were my family. I’m currently a student who is also a part-time caregiver for seniors. My only class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:20am-12:20pm, and my job schedule includes whatever client I am assigned to at the time. My schedule is very open, so I am flexible! I have a fenced yard with my one dog who hangs out with me when I am home. He is house-trained and well behaved, so he does not need a crate when I am gone. Though, I am able to easily crate your pup if that is what they need. I’d love to keep your dog company during check-in’s or stays, ensuring they feel safe and are given tons of pets while you are away!

About: I’ve had many pets over the course of my life but they’ve mostly been dogs. I had my family dog who I walked everyday until I moved to California. Then I had my own dog that’s I had for almost 8 years. She was my best friend and did EVERYTHING together. I miss her more than anything but being around other animals helps me feel close to her. I think our pets are happiest when they have the space to be active, explore and show their personalities! Currently pet sitting is my full time job so I am very open in regards to schedule. I can make almost anything work that you/your pet needs. I am very active and love to take dogs to play. I would love to take your pup on outing that are adventurous and social or just snuggle if they are more of a couch potato.

About: Your pups new favorite human! I’ve been a volunteer dog foster for my local shelter for the past two years and full-on dog lover for the last 28! Since I was 9 I have volunteered with animals of all kinds, from local rescue pets to monkeys and jaguars in the jungles of Bolivia! I’m experienced with a variety or breeds and personalities. Belly rubs, park adventures, fetch, and plenty of love will flow freely while you’re away :) I am currently working part-time as a freelancer so my weekdays are pretty flexible and can accommodate most schedules. Weekends can be tricky but not impossible! Always reach out. Your home becomes my home while I’m there, and your pet becomes my whole focus. I do a full walkthrough before the first stay so I know their routine inside and out — feeding times, favorite walk route, where the leash lives, any quirks or comfort spots. Staying true to their normal rhythm is my top priority, because I know changes in routine can be stressful for them even when everything else is fine. I’m attentive to the little things — appetite, energy, mood, bathroom habits — and I’ll reach out right away if anything seems off, rather than wait and see. Medications go out on schedule, doors and gates get double-checked, and I never introduce new food or treats without checking with you first. And because I know it’s hard to be away from them, I send daily photos and videos so you can see for yourself that they’re safe, comfortable, and getting all the love they’re used to at home.

I also have experience working in a grooming facility, which helped me become comfortable handling dogs with different temperaments and needs. Animal care is something I take very seriously. I understand how difficult it can be to leave your pets with someone else, so my goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I am attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, and overall well-being, and I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. I am will be starting school at Cal Poly in the fall studying animal science. I do have a job at a dog kennel but have long enough breaks to be able to check on the dogs and I work about 3-4 days a week. I ensure all the animals have the proper amount of food everyday, along with making sure they have enough water. If there is no doggy door I let the animals out as frequently as needed. I always make sure they have lots of walks, playtime, and cuddles.
