3. Teri P.

“I cannot say enough good things about Teri, I can only thank the universe that we found her after another sitter canceled on us at the last minute before a big international trip. We had just moved to a new town, didn't know any local sitters, and our dog and cat were both adjusting to a brand new space. We were totally flustered but Teri came that same day for a meet and greet and totally reassured us that all would be fine. This was the first time we ever left our almost 2-year-old black lab, Ziggy, for more than a few hours. Ziggy can be high energy and still has some puppy antics in him and is used to our crazy routines. But he took to Teri immediately and it was obvious she could handle him (probably better than we do!). We feel strongly about only using positive reinforcement and I could tell that she was going to relate to him in a way that I felt really good about. While we were away, Teri was so communicative and sent tons of adorable pics and videos. Our cat, who is incredibly shy and usually hides from other sitters, was out and about, getting pets and treats, and obviously comfortable; meanwhile, Ziggy appeared to be having the time of his life! Teri even dealt with a few quirks of our new house (a mouse, a washing machine on the fritz, a yard with ticks) with ease and good humor. When we were heading home, it dawned on me how unstressed I'd been the whole trip - that was all due to Teri. We came home to a house that looked more beautiful than when we'd left it and two happy, healthy animals who'd been living their best lives. I swear the dog was like, "Oh cool, you're home, where's Teri?" Best Rover experience ever.”

4. Mere B.

“Mere was great with Lily! It’s so wonderful to find someone who adores your pet. Mere is a good communicator and very responsible, and is also fantastic photographer!”

5. Emma C.

“Emma has done a fantastic job taking care of Stella and Olive. This was our first time leaving Stella for a week. Olive is an older, pretty chill cavapoo. Stella is a rambunctious lab puppy and Emma was great handling both of them. I received wonderful and most appreciative pictures everyday. I would not hesitate to re-book with Emma in the future.”

6. Laura D.
“Laura is an excellent dog sitter. She took care of my family’s dog in the past, and was enthusiastic, responsible and knowledgeable about how to care for her. I highly recommend Laura!”

7. Madison C.
“Madison has walked, done day visits, and longer term-care for three of our much-loved dogs for over 4 years. We've had many caregivers over the decades of pet parenting and she is the best we've ever had. She genuinely loves and cares about the well-being of dogs, and is very knowledgeable about what they like and need. Her attention to detail - what each dog likes to play with, their personality, the nonverbal signals they give about what they need, and their food and medication needs are all handled in a very professional manner. And just as important - our dogs love her! They get very excited when we say her name and they love to have her dog sit for them - they don't mind us leaving at all. She is very punctual and has helped us out in a pinch many times. And when she cared for them over extended periods, she sent photos and kept us updated on their activities. She cared for them, as well as our house, with energy, responsibility, and a sense of fun. I trust her implicitly and never worry that our two very active dogs' needs won't be met, whether it's lots of hugs and exercise, protection from busy roads or outdoor conditions like heat, or going above and beyond what is expected to insure they are well cared for. Our house usually looks better when we return than when we left! Our 4 year old golden retriever requires extra care due to serious joint problems and our puppy is a rescue with boundless energy. She manages them both beautifully, along with a complex house and the other demands on her time, always exhibiting a cheerful positive attitude. I recommend Madison without reservation and know she will give pet parents the service they expect and more importantly will give every dog the love and attention that helps them thrive.”

8. Julianne F.
“Julie looks after my dog, Magnus, and does an amazing job. She treats him like family, making sure he gets plenty of fresh air and exercise and is fed on his schedule. Magnus gets all excited when he sees her and I know he is in good hands.”

About: It would be an honor to care for your babies while you are vacationing, working or visiting family! I’m a vet tech and with me as a part of your team, you would have no need to stress. I am very skilled in medication administration, behavior, mental and physical stimulation, and of course I’ve been told that my petting skills are top tier. Let your pets be the judge! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to help! Message me to talk about scheduling if you are interested thank you I myself have 4 dogs at my families home, so I will be traveling to clients homes. Safety is key when it comes to working with animals. A leash and collar will always be worn when outside, as environments can be unpredictable. I will not be allowing random animals to play with my clients babies, as my job is to protect the safety and well being of the animal under my care. Medications will always be administered with efficacy and on schedule. Clients will never have to worry if their pet is getting the proper care when I am pet sitting!
