About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I would care for my neighbors animals when they were out of town. I’ve always loved dogs and have a 7 yr old Labradoodle, Max, that I rescued when he was a four month old puppy. He had escaped from his original owners and been missing for two days. Please found him and he can run over by a car. They couldn’t save his leg so he’s a tripod. He doesn’t even know he’s missing a leg. Max loves walks, water, and playing with his best doodle friend, Molly. I also have a lot of experience administering insulin shots for dogs. I would love to care for your fur babies the way I care for mine. I am semi retired and my time is very flexible. I’m available for daily walks or pet sitting. I’ll care for your fur baby exact same way I care for mine. My dog Max is living his best life with me. He receives lots of love, walks, snuggles, and playtime. I would give your dogs the same care and affection.

“Helena has been amazing with our dog! I made sure Helena met our dog and ME before we began our walks and I was fortunate Helena agreed. From the moment our dog met Helena he was calm and receptive to her care. Typically, our dog is distrustful of strangers coming into our house, but he didn't respond that way with her. Helena has shown herself to be very dependable, responsible, loving and has the trust of our dog and his dog parents. I strongly recommend her.”

“Andrew is so great with our lab puppy Morgan. He is reliable and communicative and takes her on nice long walks. She is always excited to see him. You can tell that he is a true dog lover.”

About: Hello! My name is Robert. I hope you will consider hiring me to walk your dog because I love dogs very much and understand the importance of taking good care of a dog. Throughout my whole life, I have always had at least one dog – they are such an essential part of who I am. In many years of walking my own dogs nearly every day, I have come to understand how to be gentle with each individual dog and be patient with their needs. Definitely reach out and let me give your dog some exercise so he/she can return home calm and happy! I understand personally the value a dog provides and I would provide your dog with the best level of care. I have time for drop by visits or for walks! Just let me know what you need and we will arrange the best care for your dog. I have experience with puppies, elderly dogs, dogs who need medication, dogs with anxiety, all types of dogs. I provide the best care for what they need.

About: Hi, first a little bit of what I do: I am a digital media consultant and producer, working from home with a flexible schedule. Now for the animal lover in me: I grew up with animals and am comfortable with pets so if you have a cat and a dog, I am more than happy to be there for both of them. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters, walking dogs, playing with cats so they aclimate to people as they prepare for adoption. Personally, I’ve had three cats and a dog since I was a kid. I know pets need love and care and when you are not able to, I can be a substitute to watch out for them and keep them feel safe and happy!

About: I've been fostering kittens and working with dogs for more than 10 years, and am currently taking a gap year before getting my Masters in Animal Studies! I have experience in everything from potty training puppies to giving elderly animals multiple types of medication, and I love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I currently have a 5.5 year old Lab/Basset Hound mix named Betty and we walk around 3-5 miles everyday, so please let me know if your dog would be interested in a (discounted) group walk! I'm currently taking a gap year so my schedule is very available as of now. Please let me know if you would like to set up a routine time/schedule in advance so that I keep the same time available! I have experience in caring for dogs and cats between 5 - 145 pounds, and from ages ranging ranging from 6 weeks to 19 years old. I have also fostered more than 50 kittens, so I know that each and every animal has their own personality and quirks. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make you or your dog/cat more comfortable so that they have an enjoyable time!

“We have used Jenna to walk our dog on several occasions. She is always very responsive and on time. She makes sure he has plenty of water and has put out his food as well. We do appreciate her attentiveness to our dog, Goose! We will definitely continue to book with Jenna!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs for as long as I can remember and raising my easygoing Chihuahua, Chico, since he was a puppy gave me hands on experience in all aspects of dog care. During our time together, I successfully potty trained him, taught him basic commands, and cultivated a calm demeanor. I also handled all his grooming needs, from trimming his nails and cleaning his ears to providing oral care and bathing. In addition to caring for Chico, I’ve looked after pets for friends and family, gaining experience with different personalities and needs. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for two years, where I helped care for both dogs and cats. There, I learned valuable skills like socializing cats and dog walking techniques. My love for animals started early; growing up, I spent my summers on my grandparents' farm, where I formed a deep bond with their dogs and cats. They usually had 2 to 3 dogs and a cat, and I cherished every moment with them. I work as a Substitute Teacher with a flexible, self-made schedule, giving me plenty of free time to prioritize your furry babies' needs above all else :) I genuinely love animals. I enjoy their company and playing with them. I'm very attentive to pets needs and can easily read their needs. I live in Vernon Hills (NW suburb), my neighborhood is quiet and dog friendly. There are also forest preserves nearby to go on walks. Having lived and loved Chicago, I’m also interested in house sitting within the city.
