About: I have had animals literally my entire life including dogs, cats, hamsters, rats, birds, fish, and lizards. I currently have 2 dogs-a labradoodle named Axel that loves everyone and everything and a rescue pit mix named Winnie that loves dogs but is afraid of people, as well as 3 cats that live upstairs. Axel is very rambunctious and can get pretty excited at first but eventually mellows out. Winnie LOVES meeting new dogs and will do what I call the "pittie hop". I love animals and I feel that they are a part of the family. I (we) will treat your animal just like my own. If an animal comes to my home someone is almost always home to provide care, snuggles, and treats. I have experience with large breed dogs, specialty foods, older animals, and giving medications. We have a large, fenced yard for the dogs to run around and play. I do require that your pups be UTD on vaccinations and that they have basic obedience training. I do not take dogs in heat just because I have never personally dealt with that before. I look forward to working with you and your animals. One last note, I require a meet and greet with ALL new clients since I do have my own dogs to ensure everyone gets along, you as a pet parents feel comfortable, and the home now smells familiar for the next time your pup comes over. Thank you for taking the time to consider me to take care of you 4-legged family member. I am up at 4:30 am during the week and my husband is retired so we have lots of time to spend with your dog(s). We also have 2 teens at home that help so your fur babies will get plenty of love and attention. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of room to run and play. We also have a pretty set feeding schedule but can modify that if necessary.

About: Note: I now have a toddler and a newborn so please be aware I will be bringing them with me to jobs. My toddler is extremely loving and gentle with animals and responds immediately when told to leave an animal alone. Additionally, please be aware that I am recovering from several years of physical disability. I'm doing MUCH better but still get winded easily, so I can take your dog on a gentle walk but not a run. -------- I come from a family of pet lovers: my mom raised guide dogs for the blind before she had a family, and ever since I was a baby I've been around animals of all kinds. My first pet care job was caring for a friend's cats when I was a tender 6-years-old! Since then, I have cared for numerous horses, cats, dogs, birds, fish, poultry, reptiles (including snakes!), emu, donkey, goats, rabbits.... You name it! My strongest experience lies with domestic dogs and cats. Starting at age 17 I helped a neighbor raise and train two rescue pups from the middle east, which presented a very unique set of challenges. My most recent experience consisted of house/dog sitting for a shy cat and two sweet doggos who needed regular medication. I am very involved with each pet, taking time to learn their unique personality. I make a point of focusing on the loved pet I am with at the time, with physical play and mental stimulation a huge part of my time — even older pups just need patience, encouragement, and a gentler style of play! As of Spring 2026 I am currently available pretty much any time! My only limitation is not having a car while my husband is at work during the day but I'm also able to use the bus when needed. I have 14 years of experience sitting both indoor and outdoor pets, helping continue and enforce training, administering medication in a variety of ways, and encouraging the unenthused to move and exercise. When you book me I will ask a series of questions to help best understand how I can help you and your pet in the specific situation YOU are in! Pets aren't one size fits all and neither are my services. :)

“I can’t say enough great things about Naiomi. She came over twice a day for drop ins for over a week and took such great care of our dogs. She spent time playing with them, walked them, took on a last minute drop in, and even cleaned up after the dogs. About: I grew up around various different dogs and have experience ranging from dog sitting, working at boarding facilities, fostering, and basic training. I’ve worked with many different breeds and work on positive reinforcement based training on my walks to improve leash manners and confidence. Dogs in my care receive both physical and mental exercise through walks, play, scent games, and training. I am open to working with reactive dogs or fearful dogs. If you have an intact male, please message me prior to booking. I look forward to loving your pup! I’m a teacher which means I’m home for the summer! I’m available all day, everyday to give your pup all the love and attention they deserve! I always like to do a meet and greet with dogs prior to boarding so I can better understand their needs and so they can get to know me. I take various safety measures based on each dogs needs. This may include double leashing, using a slip or martingale collar, or walking in quiet locations.

My feeders have a light that indicates that they’re working properly and I said “bonus points if the rover pic has the lights on” and every single rover card had a picture with the lights on!!
