“Lorelei was absolutely fantastic! She watched our Jack Russell while my husband and I were away for a long weekend last minute, and I could not have been more comfortable leaving our girl in her care. Our dog suffers from separation anxiety, and during her stay with Lorelei she was not left alone even once. After bringing her home, she was so exhausted from a weekend of play that she slept for almost an entire day. Would definitely recommend her, and will be booking with her again!”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover who friends and family regularly trust to care for their pets while they travel. I have two friendly golden retrievers who truly love other dogs and are gentle, playful, and well-socialized. I’m experienced with a wide range of personalities—from high-energy pups who need lots of playtime to senior dogs who prefer a calm, cozy environment. I treat every dog as if they were my own, paying close attention to routines, feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks. Your dog will enjoy plenty of love, supervised play, and a safe, comfortable home where they’re never just “watched,” but genuinely cared for. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, and a calm, structured environment. I’m available for both short-notice needs and bookings well in advance as you plan your travels. My goal is to be your go-to sitter whenever you need reliable, loving care. I have a large fully fenced yard and two friendly, well-socialized golden retrievers who enjoy playing in the backyard by a game of chase and/or fetch. I closely monitor playtime and all interactions, follow each dog’s routine, and can crate, separate, or provide quiet space if needed in order to keep all dogs in my care stress/free, comfortable and happy. Safety, comfort, and trust are always my top priorities. This isn’t just a place where you drop your dog for the day or for a trip. “Mike was a true gift during a very emotional and busy time. With family in town for my father’s funeral, I needed a peaceful place for my dog Bo to stay for a few days. Mike and Shari welcomed him into their beautiful, woodsy home—with picture windows that Bo immediately wanted to look out, and a calm, comforting vibe. When I picked him up at the end of his stay Bo was a relaxed and happy dog! Thanks guys!”

“Cara was great! She sent multiple pics and updates throughout the day letting me know how Gus was doing. Gus got lots of walks, cuddles, and play time with her two Corgis. Thank you, Cara!”

“Our pup had a great stay with Izzy. He had fun playing with other dogs, going on hikes and running around in the yard. My kids were missing the dog so much and it was awesome to receive all the pics and videos during the stay. Thanks Izzy for taking such good care of our puppy.”

“This was Dandy’s first stay with Cathleen and we already have another stay booked. She took care of our small, elderly dog and rolled with it when she still had to wear a cone to finish some healing that took longer than expected post surgery. She clearly adores dogs and puts them first. She’s also good at managing nervous pet parents! 🥰”

“As always Katie did an amazing job watching over Gail. She is great at communicating and takes the cutest pictures too. On top of that Gail is so comfortable with Katie she likes to spend time on her lap making biscuits. We will definitely rebook and highly recommend for others to do the same!”

“Amazing!! So kind and courteous, and I super appreciate making a visit beforehand!!! It eased my anxiety and helped everything run smoothly. My kitty is usually super shy and she warmed right up!! Wonderfully attentive and caring! Will definitely be my first pick for further help!”

“They had incredible service, great communication, and were incredibly kind. Thank you guys so much for your time with our boys! It means everything to us, and we will definitely utilize your services again if need be. Thank you again!”

“I’m so thankful to have found such good folks to look in on my little one. David and Lisa were professional, reliable and kept me updated daily with great photos. I highly reccomend them!”

“Anna took incredible care of my cat while I was away. She was patient while he warmed up, hung out with him, and made sure he had food/water/clean litter box. So grateful to have found her!”

“Julie has taken care of my kitty two times so far and is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond in every way, providing thorough and detailed report cards after each visit, complete with adorable photos of my furry gal. Julie is incredibly attentive to my cat's needs and moods and treats her as if she were her own, going the extra mile to ensure I felt completely at ease, especially since I tend to get anxious leaving my kitty. Thanks to Julie's exceptional care, I knew my kitty was happy, loved, and content. I can't recommend Julie enough to anyone seeking top-notch care! Thank you, Julie!!”

“Bailey was excellent! I tend to leave very specific instructions, and Bailey followed them to a tee! My feeders have a light that indicates that they’re working properly and I said “bonus points if the rover pic has the lights on” and every single rover card had a picture with the lights on!! Really allows me to feel like my cats are in good hands when I leave. Also this was a very last-minute trip and Bailey was fast to respond, and available for key pick up before I left. 5/5 for sure!”
“I feel so safe when my two fur babies are in Jennifer's care. She's loving and patient with them and takes time to play with them each visit. She also sends terrific pics of the cats!”

“I'm very happy that I found Hailey & Joshua. They took great care of my shy, rescue kitty, making her feel comfortable while I was away on a long vacation. They provided excellent communication every step of the way, exceeding all of my expectations. I would absolutely rebook them again.”

“Amy was great with our kitties! We were so grateful she was willing to do a meet and greet beforehand. She was very communicative, organized, and kind to our cats! We will definitely keep her in mind for future drop ins!”

“We love Kimberly as she always does a great job watching over our sweet girl. Our cat is typically timid but does so well with Kimberly. We always feel at ease knowing she is looking after her.”

About: I’ve been a happy cat mom most of my life, and have two of my own at home with me now :) I have experience giving medications, feeding them on special diets and specializing in playtime :)

About: The first time I cared for cats was when a family friend went out of town when I was seven. I fell in love, and getting to spend time caring for cats while doing homework became my favorite gig as a teenager. I've had my own cat for close to four years, now. We originally adopted two rescues, but sadly our Pip-Boy had a terrible injury when he was found and it continued to cause him recurring problems until we finally made the impossible decision to put him down just one month before our first child was born in 2024. (I like to say he had to go when he did so he could give her last minute instructions for life.) In the last six months of his life we had medicine to administer that we got VERY good at giving him despite his vetrile hatred of said medicine. I'm comfortable giving medicine orally, including medicine that needs to stay in the cats mouth, and finding creative ways to hide it in food and water. I am also open to learning how to give injected medicine if you're willing to teach me. I love both playing with cats who enjoy that kind of human interaction and pretending not to pay any attention to those who prefer to exist in an alternate dimension. 😁
“Jordan was amazing!! She sent daily updates with plenty of pictures and followed all the instructions we left. We will definitely book with her in the future & I highly recommend her!”

About: I grew up around various different dogs and have experience ranging from dog sitting, working at boarding facilities, fostering, and basic training. I’ve worked with many different breeds and work on positive reinforcement based training on my walks to improve leash manners and confidence. Dogs in my care receive both physical and mental exercise through walks, play, scent games, and training. I am open to working with reactive dogs or fearful dogs. If you have an intact male, please message me prior to booking. I look forward to loving your pup! I’m a teacher which means I’m home for the summer! I’m available all day, everyday to give your pup all the love and attention they deserve! I always like to do a meet and greet with dogs prior to boarding so I can better understand their needs and so they can get to know me. I take various safety measures based on each dogs needs. This may include double leashing, using a slip or martingale collar, or walking in quiet locations.

About: I'm reliable and I've taken care of a twenty or so different cats. If your cat needs time to warm up to a sitter, I will sit with them for several hours. If they don't like strangers, I will feed them, take care of their litterbox and ensure they're drinking water; I will not harass your cat. If your cat likes booty pats, I will pat them. My own cat really liked booty pats.

“Drake loved it here. Kristina was able to make this a pleasant experience. My dog has been attacked by bigger dogs before and while hesitant at first, her knowledge about properly handling aggressive dogs put me at ease.”

“Wow! Cathleen is SO good! Mooch had a very successful first doggie day care and we will have him back. Cathleen is calm, loving and responsible. She is also very in tune with Mooch and his surroundings which contributed to his successful time away. Mooch is a Covid puppy with separation anxiety but you couldn’t tell with his time at Cathleen’s. She is a pro and a great choice ❤️”

“Thanks to Cara we had a wonderful first-time experience on Rover. Yoshi did his first Rover doggy day care and he had a blast. Cara took great care of him and her little girls took to Yoshi. He came home and promptly passed out. Expecting a lot more play dates in the near future. It's awesome to find another Corgi Mom. Thank you, Cara, for welcoming Yoshi into your home. We loved the photos you sent to us throughout the day and hope to add more memories.”

“Amazing sitter. Could not have asked for a more professional and dedicated person who genuinely cares for dogs and went above and beyond what we have seen in sitter. Highly recommend as a sitter and will keep her in mind for next time.”

“Brianna was great, ready for our arrival and Mila took to her just fine. I put a lot of stock into how my Pup greets someone, and it was very comfortable. I appreciate that the house was close to where I needed to be and the calendar was open. Thank you for taking care of my girl”

“Stacey was super easy to communicate with, responded quickly, sent great pictures of Laska to reassure us she was settling in well, and clearly did a great job caring for Laska for a few hours while we went on a little kayak tour!”

“Very thankful for the great care from Steven and Rachel! My puppy needed some extra attention after a recent surgery and they were so patient, accommodating and caring to my pup. Good communication and were flexible to my pups needs. Will book again!”

“Zi did a great job watching Yuki, even though he had an accident at her apartment and hyperactive with her dog. She sent plenty of photos, videos and updates, and was honest with how my pup did at the end. I'd recommend her with anyone who has a small/medium sized dog.”

“Karl was a great host for our 6 month old puppy who needed lots of interaction with people. He worked with our schedule and made sure Albie felt at home from the moment he was dropped off to pick up. The whole family interacted with Albie, giving a balanced amount of play vs rest so I picked up a happy calm puppy.”

About: We both grew up with dogs and have fostered 4 times. We currently own a 3 year old rescue pup. We’ve cared for the smallest of dog breeds (Havanese and Boston Terrier) to the largest of breeds (Labs/retrievers, German shepherds, Belgian malinois, pit bulls, etc) so we’re comfortable with all dogs! I work from home, so I’m available all day every day to play and take care of your pups! We’re open to boarding every day of the week. We do have a 3 year old Lab/Border Collie mix, so your dog must be good with other dogs. I will treat your dogs just like my own! We do live in an apartment, but I’m available throughout the day for potty breaks and playtime. I have a friendly dog that would love to keep your pup company :) I’m also comfortable crating dogs if that’s something you need!
“Our boys had a great time with Brooke and her gang and we felt welcomed, safe & cared for. Also the communication was first rate and we really appreciated the pics during the day. We’ll be back if she’ll have us!”

“Kyah was a great help with my pup Tikka for doggy daycare. Kyah was very caring, calming and accommodating to my puppy as she needed some extra comfort from a recent spay surgery. I really appreciated the great communication and updates throughout the day. A relief knowing your pup is being cared for. Will definitely book again!”

“Andrea and Bryce have been the kindest and most accommodating sitters. Their dog has been very sweet and friendly with my puppy and they were fast friends in no time! They took lots of photos and sent updates throughout the day which really eased my mind and confirmed my pup was in the best of hands. I’m new to the area, and even when they weren’t able to sit for my pup due to schedule conflicts, they recommended another trusted sitter and went above and beyond in helping me out. I feel so fortunate to have found a safe and loving family to take care of my puppy, and I can’t rec them enough!”

“Valerie was wonderful with Winnie and we were comfortable leaving her there knowing she was in good hands. It was Winnie’s first time away from home at 13 weeks and we were so glad she did well. Valerie was fantastic!”

Adventure-ready dog walkers - Gilberton

About: Lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience! I grew up with multiple dogs and have spent years walking and caring for pets, including overnight stays. I’m comfortable with different routines, energy levels, and personalities—and I always make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. Mondays–Wednesdays are my off days and my most flexible time. I work Thursday–Sunday afternoons starting around 2, and my mornings are usually reserved for staying active—walks, workouts, or anything that gets me moving. I don’t have pets currently, but I’ve grown up caring for family and friends’ dogs and I’m comfortable with most breeds, prioritizing calm, safe, attentive care.
About: I have worked in veterinary medicine for 10 years (6 years with Companion Animal Wellness Center and 2 years with Tender Touch Animal Hospital, and two years with animal emergency and speciality center) and I also worked in animal rescue for two years at Pasado's Safe Haven. I love dogs of all kinds and enjoy learning about what they enjoy and how I can help them live happy and healthy lives! I've helped two clinics implement cat friendly practice standards and have a solid understanding of cat behavior. I am comfortable giving medications and know when medical care is needed. I am also a pet owner myself and understand how important it is that you be able to trust your pet caregiver to treat them like family! I teach special education now and so am pretty busy during the school year. If my 12 year old son can come, he’s great with animals too, and I can be more flexible then. Feel free to ask me if something will work! Over the summer I am very available, only needing to be home for about 4-6 hours a day to take care of my own dog. If your dogs are pet social and you don’t have cats ( too fun to chase!), I can stay all day. During the school year, I am gone from 7am until 5 or 6pm, so realistically can only do weekends or solely overnight care. I know the level of trust it takes to leave your fur children with someone new. I will follow your directions and try to keep things as steady for them as possible. My son and I love animals of all shapes and sizes and we love playing with and spending time with them.
About: I've grown up with dogs of all sizes and have hands-on experience training and caring for a wide range of breeds and temperaments. I currently have two dogs of my own, a 14 year old Pekingese and a 8 year old Husky, which has given me daily experience managing both small and large dogs with very different needs and personalities. Whether your dog is energetic and active or prefers a slower pace, I'm comfortable providing safe, attentive care, exercise, and companionship. My background with dogs big and small allows me to adapt to each pet's unique routine and help them feel comfortable and well cared! My flexible schedule allows me to give your pets lots of attention, love, playtime, and exercise. I'm committed to making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way! My number one priority is making sure your pets feel comfortable and secure in their own home. I understand that every pet adjusts at their own pace, so I give them the time and space they need to build trust and feel at ease. I follow their usual routines as closely as possible, whether that means walks, playtime, feeding schedules, or quiet companionship. My goal is to provide attentive, loving care while helping them feel safe, relaxed, and happy in their familiar environment.
About: I’ve taken care of multiple kinds of dogs and cats for family and friends ever since I was a little kid, and owned both kitties and doggies of different breeds most of my life. I’ve read a few training books for doggies, stayed multiple nights for pet sitting, volunteered at pet shops, worked at pet stores, handled kittens and puppies with care, worked with senior cats and dogs, as well as other barn animals as well! I am currently working a part time job in silverdale, usually around 20 hours a week. I work mostly night shifts from 4:30pm to 9:30pm, unless it’s a Sunday. Then I’ll work 10am-3pm. My shifts are always 5 hours, I usually work on the weekends and a few times on the weekdays. I always receive my schedule 2 weeks in advance, so I just need time to plan around that! I have experience with crating dogs and giving them daily medicines if needed, or any unique care. If there is ever at all an emergency situation, I will call you immediately while also taking your dog to the vet.
“Lisa continues to be a great caregiver for our dog! We have used her services on several occasions and will continue to for the future. She has great communication and you can tell she really cares!”

About: I’ve fostered dogs with the company Animal pad in San Diego, I adopted one of those dogs and I volunteer for the Kitsap humane society. I’m recently out of the Navy and about to start school. Looking for short term income where I can have a flexible schedule on the new journey in my life. I will make sure your pet feels safe and cared for while you are away and send plenty of cute pictures so you know they are cared for so you can enjoy your time.
About: We are a husband and wife duo who both grew up with animals and have been fostering and watching dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. We truly believe our fur babies deserve the best! We have 2 dogs and 3 cats currently, all of which are used to being around other dogs/cats. We want to help you feel good about leaving them so lets us know what we can do to help! Please note that Jerry primarily does drop in visits and we both help with boarding. If you have questions on care, just let us know! I work from home and my husband is a stay at home dad to our two young children so we can provide whatever care is needed, including frequent bathroom breaks, medicines, etc and lots of love! We have a large back yard that is fully fenced in. Our 25 pound terrier loves to play so your fur baby will have friends! I can also provide a separate room or crate for your baby if needed.
About: I love dogs! I'm happy to reinforce any training as needed. I also love to take dogs on local adventures and walks in the surrounding areas. I'm currently a grad student and will be needing to make some extra money starting next month. I will be on a semi flexible schedule allowing for pet sitting and house sitting. I'm trustworthy and will follow through on any needs expressed. I appreciate clear and direct communication. If a specific request is unclear, I will ask.
“Lianne was great at communicating anything she needed before the walk was scheduled. She provided photos along the way and even went further than required to treat my pet like her own. Would happily book with her again!”

About: I'm reliable and have cared for a wide variety of dog sizes and ages. I have cared for senior dogs and other dogs with special care requirements. I'm available to take care of any pets any day of the week at your house. My two dogs are not guaranteed to get along with yours and they are both adverse to new people so I cannot host any pets. I can do overnights at your house as my pets have other carers in the house. I greet your dog when I see them, let them outside if that's an option or go for a walk immediately. I will feed them, refill their water bowl and play with them. We will go on a walk if not already done. I make sure they have enough water and pets before I leave.

I just recently earned a certificate in dog training with Animal behavioral college. It was a 18 month extensive program and I learned a lot with studying and hands on training. Message me for any questions you have about dog training. With all of my volunteer experience in shelters, and with my own pets, I am comfortable with giving medicine or following any special instructions. I have 2 large outdoor living spaces (deck and covered front porch) that are baby gated. Even when they’re inside, they will have the perks of being outside! Dogs are welcome to lounge on the decks benefiting from the sounds and smells of the forest. Large and laundered memory foam dog beds provided on the deck. Multiple water bowl stations throughout the house. Depending on your preference, I can take your loved one outside on a leash during the day for potty breaks and then take them to Strawberry Hill dog park for play-time / hiking trails OR if you trust your dogs command responsiveness, we can go and play outside off leash. House set 100-150’ off the road. Dogs never let outside unsupervised.
“Scooby was treated like a king! Kayla’s kids always made sure he was nice and comfortable. Her husband took him on runs and he was made to feel like part of the family. We will definitely use Kayla again.”
