About: We have taken care of dogs of all breeds. We will play with them, take them for walks, clean up after them, give them medication when needed. We will get them their meals on time everytime. We are currently retired, so we have plenty of time to spend caring for your pets. We love animals and would love to help you take care of yours. I've helped two clinics implement cat friendly practice standards and have a solid understanding of cat behavior. I am comfortable giving medications and know when medical care is needed. I teach special education now and so am pretty busy during the school year. If my 12 year old son can come, he’s great with animals too, and I can be more flexible then. If your dogs are pet social and you don’t have cats ( too fun to chase!), I can stay all day. During the school year, I am gone from 7am until 5 or 6pm, so realistically can only do weekends or solely overnight care. I know the level of trust it takes to leave your fur children with someone new. I will follow your directions and try to keep things as steady for them as possible. About: I’ve taken care of multiple kinds of dogs and cats for family and friends ever since I was a little kid, and owned both kitties and doggies of different breeds most of my life.
