About: I grew up with lots of pets and have been pet sitting for 8 years! I also worked at a doggy daycare for about a year, where I worked with lots of different dogs, including reactive and anxious dogs. I believe all pets deserve love and attention and I would be honored to care for your pet! I’m currently working part time 3 days a week so I have lots of free time! About: My family got our first dog when I was 3, I'm now 41, and have been caring for/loving on dogs ever since. My family fostered dogs for our local rescue for 6 years while I was in middle/high school and had about 160 dogs in/out of our house during that time. We specialized in caring for the bigger, older, and abused dogs. One of them that we foster failed with had chronic issues that required daily medicine, so I'm comfortable with administering pills to dogs if it can't just be hidden in their food. I love making friends with all of the dogs that I meet and my neighbors actually joke that I'm their dogs favorite person because of how excited he is to see me. All of the dogs that I've had over the years have been German Shepherd mixes so I'm capable of handling the bigger breeds of dogs on walks. I am a stay at home mom, and my kids are finally at the same school, so I have a ton of time on my hands during the day to help take care of your furbabies. My schedule is open and flexible. About: I have been raised around pets my entire life. I trained my own dog when I was 13 and have had my own cat for about 4 years. I love animals and used to always pet sit for family and friends I work full time. I am free early mornings and after six on Sundays and Mondays are completely open to taking care of animals of all kinds. Mondays and Tuesdays are typically free all day for loads of playing and fun. I have a fully fenced yard with lots of property to play on. I have a dog and cat of my own that I love longs walks and sunbathing. Lisa and David were fantastic. I’d book them again without hesitation. They took wonderful care of Sunny and Pebbles for a week. Our cats are shy rescues, and they were standoffish at first, but Lisa and David patiently found ways to win them over, and soon the cats were playing and back to their routine. When our Litter-Robot malfunctioned, they had workarounds in place right away so the cats were never affected. Great communication throughout and they went above and beyond.
As ever, Kim came through for me and my cats when I had to make a bit of a last-minute trip. And she not only came through, she knew exactly what to do with the many varied wet cat food and dishes I left out with no note from me on what I was asking for because I'd been running a little behind schedule that day. Kim has incredible intuition, thank goodness! She's also very affectionate, intelligent, and careful. Just what I was looking for in a cat caregiver the many years ago I first hired her. Absolutely amazing!! Very responsive, took good care of our cats, and very sweet! There was definitely a comfort in knowing that someone that was reliable and sweet to our babies was taking good care of them while we were gone! Made our trip so much more relaxing since we didn’t have to stress or worry about our cats. Also did amazing with our one cat who has a lot of food allergies and requires a little more care when it comes to his food (eats special food and we have feeders that will only open for the specific cat’s microchip)! Overall, highly recommend and will 100% be rebooking!!
