About: I've taken care of a variety of animals since I was very small. Everything from foster care, rescue work, dog training and all kinds of grooming services. In my days of working at doggy daycare, I learned how to properly cater to the needs of dogs with all kinds of temperaments and ages. I have worked with puppies and seniors as well as old cats and kittens. I love giving my clients kitty/doggy note cards and photos of the pawsome day we would be having! Along with animal caretaking, I love doing pet portraits and photography. I’m also very comfortable caring for cats and understand that they often require a different approach. Whether your cat wants to follow me around all day or would rather have their own space, I’ll respect their personality and make sure their normal routine is maintained. I normally have a flexible routine that can be worked around whatever is best for you and your furball. I do ask for a few hours notice to be available. I am able to take care of all household needs while your away. I keep a very tidy home and am great with yard, plant and flower care. I am very comfortable with caring for pet with special needs (cancer treatments, kidney disease especially, walking, torn ACL’s, laser treatments, incontinence ). Tons of experience with medications and injectables. Your babies will be my top and only priority. In addition to special needs, I also love to walk, hike, play ball and go to the river and/or lake. Jessica is our go-to sitter. She takes care of our fur family while we're gone - but more importantly than just making sure our kitties have food, water and litter, she spends time with them - makes sure they get treats, and spends a little time playing with them. That's so important to keep them enriched, since we are not home to do this. On top of that, she keeps up with cleaning the cat litter and cat messes that they make while we're gone. She is the best sitter we've ever used, and we've used her services a number of times now - and will keep doing so for our trips where the kitties can't go with us.

Absolutely amazing!! Very responsive, took good care of our cats, and very sweet! There was definitely a comfort in knowing that someone that was reliable and sweet to our babies was taking good care of them while we were gone! Made our trip so much more relaxing since we didn’t have to stress or worry about our cats. Also did amazing with our one cat who has a lot of food allergies and requires a little more care when it comes to his food (eats special food and we have feeders that will only open for the specific cat’s microchip)! Overall, highly recommend and will 100% be rebooking!!
Sarah, as always, is amazing. I trust her to care for and love my critters like her own. My geriatric kitty cat hauls her old bones out of her heated cat bed to climb down the stairs and greet Sarah. I've seen her do it, and she doesn't even get herself up to greet ME! She's particular and crotchety as all hell, but she loves Sarah. Honestly, there's no greater evidence that somebody is good people as when an old calico gives her stamp of approval consistently. Neko thinks a visit from Auntie Sarah is the best thing. Only just slightly less so then a Churu, IYKYK!!

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
