I had some trepidation about how that would go. But Izzy is a professional and it was very no nonsense. The exchange was quick and it was done before Cooper really knew what was happening. That it made it so much easier for me to drive away knowing he wasn't in distress. She sent us several pictures throughout the day to show us that he was fine and having a good time. That made my day so much more enjoyable.”

Her apt is very welcoming to dogs as she always has fellow playmates around and has a patio area where they can eliminate. One time, my puppy jumped off the furniture wrong and had hurt himself. She called me immediately and also did the courtesy of contacting DogVacay’s own vet for advice. My experience of Lorelei is that she is very attentive to the dogs and cares for them as if they are her own. As a bonus, Lorelei also wrote me thank you cards! About: Hi, my name is Amber-rae, I am 22 years old and animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — I’ve cared for everything from barnyard animals to beloved family pets since I was 9 years old. Dogs have always been by my side, and I welcomed my very own pup into my life at just 10 years old. With a lifetime of experience, I know how to keep tails wagging, paws moving, and pets happy, safe, and loved. We’ve got two beautiful boy cats at home who are our only pets at the moment. But i often care for my mothers dogs, she has 6 of them, four little Havaneese and two giant mastiffs At home our cats have free roam or the house and are only sometimes locked in their bedroom (the bathroom) because that’s where their food and litter box is. They’re given plenty snuggles and love, especially from my daughter, they love to play and cuddle on her bedroom floor. As for a clients animal, I will follow whichever routine is given for each animal (cat or dog) Whether it’s playing fetch, simply feeding them or going for a walk.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life, and am currently a dog mom to my wonderful fur baby. “We've used a few different pet sitters for our kitties over the last few years, mostly when we go on vacation and are not able to take them with us. I'm so happy to say that we finally found one that does more than just food, water and litter. Our previous sitter was in and out in 20 minutes, tops. She hardly said hi to the cats, and certainly never took time to play with them. Jessica, on the other hand, spent time with them, interacted with them, and sent us photos of them – which were very much appreciated. Of course, she also was on top of the food, water and litter, and she also swept the floors that invariably get tracked with cat litter, and she most likely cleaned up a few other cat messes – but the time she spent interacting with them was so much appreciated – both by us, and I’m sure, the cats. I'm sure the kitties are both lonely and bored while we're gone - so even spending 10 extra minutes interacting with them is so important, and Jessica was often there longer than the 30 minutes we booked. We’re so happy to have chosen Jessica, and definitely plan to book her again the next time we need someone to care for our kitties!”

Karen reported this change in full to us, kept her clearly practiced and experienced eye on the situation, and the result was that Sofia ended up having a great time playing "catch me" with the others. About: We both grew up with dogs and have fostered 4 times. We currently own a 3 year old rescue pup. We’ve cared for the smallest of dog breeds (Havanese and Boston Terrier) to the largest of breeds (Labs/retrievers, German shepherds, Belgian malinois, pit bulls, etc) so we’re comfortable with all dogs! “Cooper had his first visit with Izzy yesterday and it was a success. Cooper is a bit of a momma/daddies boy and typically does take kindly to other people taking his leash and walking away from us. I had some trepidation about how that would go. But Izzy is a professional and it was very no nonsense. The exchange was quick and it was done before Cooper really knew what was happening. That it made it so much easier for me to drive away knowing he wasn't in distress. She sent us several pictures throughout the day to show us that he was fine and having a good time. That made my day so much more enjoyable.”

About: Hi, my name is Amber-rae, I am 22 years old and animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — I’ve cared for everything from barnyard animals to beloved family pets since I was 9 years old. Dogs have always been by my side, and I welcomed my very own pup into my life at just 10 years old. With a lifetime of experience, I know how to keep tails wagging, paws moving, and pets happy, safe, and loved. We’ve got two beautiful boy cats at home who are our only pets at the moment. But i often care for my mothers dogs, she has 6 of them, four little Havaneese and two giant mastiffs At home our cats have free roam or the house and are only sometimes locked in their bedroom (the bathroom) because that’s where their food and litter box is. They’re given plenty snuggles and love, especially from my daughter, they love to play and cuddle on her bedroom floor. As for a clients animal, I will follow whichever routine is given for each animal (cat or dog) Whether it’s playing fetch, simply feeding them or going for a walk.
