“Shelby was a fantastic sitter, and I really appreciated how sweet and responsible she was with my fur babies. She sent lots of pictures, which I always find reassuring, and she made sure my cats were well loved and cared for. I would definitely hire her again.”

“This was our first time using Alana, but we were very pleased. Her communication was timely and thorough, and she executed care instructions perfectly. Plus, our kitties didn't seem to miss us, which means she gave them plenty of loves, as well! Will definitely use Alana again.”

“Tanesha has been working out great! She is reliable and always gives me a detailed note with pics on how the visit went. I feel 100 percent at ease with my fur kids in her hands. Happy to have found her!”

“This is the second trip we have gone on and had Kim as our cat sitter and we couldn't be happier. It gave us great peace of mind that she was available, as her service is stellar. She will continue to be our number one choice for a kitty sitter.”

“Elizabeth was absolutely great. We have a very shy cat and on day one she established a relationship with her and all was good. She sent us photos daily along with a brief message so we never worried about our cat at all. I highly recommend her for cats and/or dogs. She is wonderful to work with and great with our furry family members. She will alway be our first call when we need our pets taken care of.”

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life, and am currently a dog mom to my wonderful fur baby. Throughout the years I have been entrusted to go to peoples houses and care for their dogs, take care of dogs in my own home, and have even been entrusted to care for newborn puppies until they were old enough to go to their homes. I have a special place in my heart for dogs, and I absolutely love any opportunity to meet all kinds of new furry friends and personalities!
“Sarah, as always, is amazing. I trust her to care for and love my critters like her own. My geriatric kitty cat hauls her old bones out of her heated cat bed to climb down the stairs and greet Sarah. I've seen her do it, and she doesn't even get herself up to greet ME! She's particular and crotchety as all hell, but she loves Sarah. Honestly, there's no greater evidence that somebody is good people as when an old calico gives her stamp of approval consistently. Neko thinks a visit from Auntie Sarah is the best thing. Only just slightly less so then a Churu, IYKYK!!”

“We asked Lisa to watch our cat for the second time. This time for 2 weeks - quite long! But we didn’t have to worry about him at all. She is knowledgeable, so caring and easy to communicate. Our cat loves her! We will definitely book her when we need a sitter again in the future. Thank you!!!”

“Natasha does an exceptional job caring for my dog, Sloan! She goes above and beyond during every drop-in visit, incorporating puppy training seamlessly into their play and care time. I’m always impressed by how well she adjusts to Sloan’s needs each day—whether that means extra exercise, mental stimulation, or just some calm companionship. Natasha literally speaks dog—I’m convinced she’s a true dog whisperer. Her understanding of canine behavior and her gentle, confident approach make all the difference. As a nurse with a busy and unpredictable schedule, it gives me such peace of mind knowing Sloan is in her capable and loving hands. I couldn’t recommend Natasha more highly!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats alike since I was 16. I started by pet sitting overnight for my grandparents while they were on vacation and eventually started pet sitting for friends and family. I’ve handled walking, feeding, enrichment, and medication needs. I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and dispositions and have no problem staying overnight as needed. I am self-employed and therefore have the flexibility in my schedule to care for your pets in the way they deserve, whether that be an overnight stay or regular walks and potty breaks. My cats sleep in my bed with me and get regular pets and cuddles. I provide enrichment as often as they seem interested. I care for clients’ pets like I would care for my own. If the pets are allowed to sleep on the bed or sit on the furniture with me, I love animal cuddles and am happy to share my space.
“Went above and beyond! So very thankful for Lisa’s help with my animals. I had a cat and rabbit and she took excellent care of both, even cleaned their cage areas and gave them lots of love and pictures!”

“Wonderful sitter. She is always on time, very responsive to communication and is great at last minute changes, including adding drop in visits and changes to pet needs. It can be very difficult to find reliable sitters for your pets. And I feel I have finally found one!”

“I feel confident when I leave for work that my dog Gemma is in great hand with Karen, Karen is a great communicator, and responsive to request to care for you pet. I’m fortunate to have found her on Rover!”

“Dennis did ann excellent service with my companions, Tigger and Skye – he took perfect care of them! Tigger and Skye were clearly happier and more at ease after Dennis’s visits. His attentive care and general interactions with my furry family made a real difference in their daily routines and well-being. We give 5 stars and a wagging tails – a trusted, reliable caregiver, and I happily recommend Dennis to fellow pet parents seeking top-notch, trustworthy care for their beloved pets.”

Lincoln cat parents share their Rover experiences
Bailey was excellent! I tend to leave very specific instructions, and Bailey followed them to a tee! My feeders have a light that indicates that they’re working properly and I said “bonus points if the rover pic has the lights on” and every single rover card had a picture with the lights on!! Really allows me to feel like my cats are in good hands when I leave. Also this was a very last-minute trip and Bailey was fast to respond, and available for key pick up before I left. 5/5 for sure!
