“Bailey was excellent! I tend to leave very specific instructions, and Bailey followed them to a tee! My feeders have a light that indicates that they’re working properly and I said “bonus points if the rover pic has the lights on” and every single rover card had a picture with the lights on!! Really allows me to feel like my cats are in good hands when I leave. Also this was a very last-minute trip and Bailey was fast to respond, and available for key pick up before I left. 5/5 for sure!”
About: I have been house/pet sitting for a few years now. But aside from that I have a dog and cat of my own! I love hanging out with animals and giving them love and affection. I have loved animals since I was little and have helped take care of my pets since elementary school! I would love to show your animals some love while your away, letting them know they are safe! Know that I have a cat of my own, Bo (8 years), but he does great with other pets. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility and lots of time to care for your furry baby! I’m able to provide plenty of attention, playtime, cuddles, and check-ins throughout the day, so your pet won’t be left feeling lonely while you’re away. I live in a spacious three-bedroom apartment with plenty of safe space for your kitty to explore and get comfortable. For new visitors, I reserve my laundry room/guest bathroom as their own quiet space so they can decompress and adjust to their new environment at their own pace. Once they’re comfortable, there’s a long hallway that’s perfect for zoomies and plenty of room to explore! I also have a third-floor balcony that my own cat absolutely loves. He spends hours watching the hummingbirds fly up to visit him. 🐦 Any visiting kitties will always be closely supervised if they spend time on the balcony with me. I know every cat adjusts differently, so I’m happy to give them as much space, attention, or company as they need to feel safe and at home. 🐱
About: My family got our first dog when I was 3, I'm now 41, and have been caring for/loving on dogs ever since. My family fostered dogs for our local rescue for 6 years while I was in middle/high school and had about 160 dogs in/out of our house during that time. We specialized in caring for the bigger, older, and abused dogs. One of them that we foster failed with had chronic issues that required daily medicine, so I'm comfortable with administering pills to dogs if it can't just be hidden in their food. I love making friends with all of the dogs that I meet and my neighbors actually joke that I'm their dogs favorite person because of how excited he is to see me. All of the dogs that I've had over the years have been German Shepherd mixes so I'm capable of handling the bigger breeds of dogs on walks. I am a stay at home mom, and my kids are finally at the same school, so I have a ton of time on my hands during the day to help take care of your furbabies. My schedule is open and flexible. All animals are my favorite animals and I love to love on any of them that allow me to. I will provide scratches, belly rubs, kisses, and take them on the best walks
