About: I’ve taken care of multiple kinds of dogs and cats for family and friends ever since I was a little kid, and owned both kitties and doggies of different breeds most of my life. I’ve read a few training books for doggies, stayed multiple nights for pet sitting, volunteered at pet shops, worked at pet stores, handled kittens and puppies with care, worked with senior cats and dogs, as well as other barn animals as well! I am currently working a part time job in silverdale, usually around 20 hours a week. I work mostly night shifts from 4:30pm to 9:30pm, unless it’s a Sunday. Then I’ll work 10am-3pm. My shifts are always 5 hours, I usually work on the weekends and a few times on the weekdays. I always receive my schedule 2 weeks in advance, so I just need time to plan around that! I have experience with crating dogs and giving them daily medicines if needed, or any unique care. If there is ever at all an emergency situation, I will call you immediately while also taking your dog to the vet.

About: Hi! I’ve been around animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been part of my everyday world. From a young age, my life has revolved around animals and helping them become the best versions of themselves. Some of my earliest experiences were with cats, including a feral rescue named Misty I bonded with closely as a child. I tend to connect well with animals that are more troubled, reactive, or unsure, and I’m often able to bring out their calmer, more trusting side. Later on in my life, my experience expanded significantly through raising and caring for Golden Retrievers. Growing up around breeding and long-term dog care taught me responsibility, consistency, and how much attention animals need at different stages of life. I’ve been involved in raising dogs from newborns to adulthood, and many of the dogs I’ve helped raise have gone on to become unforgettable adventure companions for their families. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve gained extensive experience working with animals through long-term, hands-on care. My background as a Golden Retriever breeder has given me perspective on how different animals can be, even within the same breed. Every animal has unique preferences, behaviors, and ways of communicating, and learning to recognize those differences has been a major part of my experience. I’m comfortable managing multiple animals at once and handling a range of needs without becoming overwhelmed. I’m most accustomed to larger dogs, but my experience raising puppies has given me the delicacy and awareness needed to care for smaller animals as well. I’m especially familiar with puppies under six months old, including their unpredictable behavior and the extra attention they require. I’ve also worked with dogs that can be semi-reactive in certain situations. While I’m not willing to take on dogs that are broadly aggressive, I retain the right to assess the dog before accepting. I’m most comfortable with working with dogs that are borderline reactive but not reactive-aggressive. I can recognize signs of stress or reactivity, and can manage dogs that are generally well-functioning but may need thoughtful handling in specific situations. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available for drop-ins and walks throughout the day, generally between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, unless I’m staying at a client’s home for house sitting. Animal care already shapes my daily routine, and I’m used to structuring my day around feeding schedules, exercise, outdoor exposure, and rest. I’m comfortable juggling different routines and planning time and resources around an animal’s specific needs. I’m very conscientious about safety and environmental risks. I pay close attention to doors, gates, toxic plants, household hazards, interactions with unfamiliar animals, and changes in an animal’s behavior. I rely on observation and experience to distinguish between normal behavior and something that may need attention. If something seems off, I communicate clearly and directly, providing context and details without being alarmist. I also enjoy sharing updates and photos so owners feel informed and connected while they’re away. I have experience filming and taking photos of animals especially dogs and cats that don’t sit still - so you’re bound to get a good photo or two of them.

About: I have been pet sitting since I was younger, i am patient and familiar with stubborn pets and the lovable bulldozers. Just waiting for the right time to take car of my own. I am a reservist so one weekend a month I will be occipied. My work schedule is fairly flexible but please contact me so we can discuss scheduling expectations. I make sure the pet is in comfortable and secure areas of the house. I make sure to always have the leash on before opening doors for walks. If there's a yard I make sure the fences are in good condition and safe from obvious dangers.

About: I have been house/pet sitting for a few years now. But aside from that I have a dog and cat of my own! I love hanging out with animals and giving them love and affection. I have loved animals since I was little and have helped take care of my pets since elementary school! I would love to show your animals some love while your away, letting them know they are safe! I am currently unemployed and have a bunch of free time to engage with your animals! I want to include taking care of loving animals into my weekly and/or daily routine! I will walk your dog, play fetch, snuggle and give lots of tummy rubs! I know that your pet will be most comfortable in their safe, familiar environment and want to make sure that your pet is happy!

About: Lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience! I grew up with multiple dogs and have spent years walking and caring for pets, including overnight stays. I’m comfortable with different routines, energy levels, and personalities—and I always make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. Mondays–Wednesdays are my off days and my most flexible time. I work Thursday–Sunday afternoons starting around 2, and my mornings are usually reserved for staying active—walks, workouts, or anything that gets me moving. I don’t have pets currently, but I’ve grown up caring for family and friends’ dogs and I’m comfortable with most breeds, prioritizing calm, safe, attentive care.

About: I’ve fostered dogs with the company Animal pad in San Diego, I adopted one of those dogs and I volunteer for the Kitsap humane society. I’m recently out of the Navy and about to start school. Looking for short term income where I can have a flexible schedule on the new journey in my life. I will make sure your pet feels safe and cared for while you are away and send plenty of cute pictures so you know they are cared for so you can enjoy your time.

About: I’ve had animals my whole life! I’ve grown up with cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, and even a pet rat! I love animals and want to spend time with them as much as possible! I believe animals are definitely humans best friend and should be treated accordingly! My experience over the years has taught me how to care for and respect an animal. I also have experience with giving oral medication and providing updates to owners about how their pets are doing while in my care. Pet care is something I’m passionate about because animals give me so much joy and unconditional love! Pet care fits into my open schedule to be able to enjoy taking care of others pets! About: I grew up with showing and breeding Golden Retrievers, giving me hands-on experience since age 12. I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life- walking, bathing, and grooming. I promise to provide attentive care to each pet’s comfort and routine. I currently work full-time as a supervisor at Starbucks. I either work 3:30-11:30am or 6:00-2:00pm. I have two days of a week, usually one weekend day :) Pets in my own home have their own barn with inside/outside access during the day, but are crated at night. We have five acres and love having playtime outside. I am able to meet most needs for pets.

About: I was a certified veterinary technician for 4+ years with experience in small, large, and exotic animal care. I also have 2+ years of experience working for a boarding/doggy daycare and grooming company. I regularly dog and cat sit for friends and coworkers. I am free for early morning, lunchtime, and evening walks and drop in’s! I am also available anytime on the weekends as well! I enjoy being able to split my days between work and animal care. I always start with a meet-and-greet with the pet and family beforehand as it builds trust with the owners and the pet. I also have a checklist of information that I ensure is completed for both my and the families peace of mind which includes information like an emergency contacts, allergies, medications, preferred potty times, and favorite toys and treats. Making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable with me is my top priority.

About: I'm reliable and have cared for a wide variety of dog sizes and ages. I have cared for senior dogs and other dogs with special care requirements. I'm available to take care of any pets any day of the week at your house. My two dogs are not guaranteed to get along with yours and they are both adverse to new people so I cannot host any pets. I can do overnights at your house as my pets have other carers in the house. I greet your dog when I see them, let them outside if that's an option or go for a walk immediately. I will feed them, refill their water bowl and play with them. We will go on a walk if not already done. I make sure they have enough water and pets before I leave.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats alike since I was 16. I started by pet sitting overnight for my grandparents while they were on vacation and eventually started pet sitting for friends and family. I’ve handled walking, feeding, enrichment, and medication needs. I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and dispositions and have no problem staying overnight as needed. I am self-employed and therefore have the flexibility in my schedule to care for your pets in the way they deserve, whether that be an overnight stay or regular walks and potty breaks. My cats sleep in my bed with me and get regular pets and cuddles. I provide enrichment as often as they seem interested. I care for clients’ pets like I would care for my own. If the pets are allowed to sleep on the bed or sit on the furniture with me, I love animal cuddles and am happy to share my space.

About: I have been with Rover for four years, I’m learning a lot and having so much fun doing so. I enjoy using Rover to interact with dogs of all breeds and ages. I do have lots more previous experience before Rover but so far this has been the best experience with meeting new people and their dogs. I just recently earned a certificate in dog training with Animal behavioral college. It was a 18 month extensive program and I learned a lot with studying and hands on training. With all of my volunteer experience in shelters, and with my own pets, I am comfortable with giving medicine or following any special instructions. I have a fenced back yard with lots of space to run and play. We frequent all the local trails, no matter the weather, so if you need a tired dog, I am your go to Walker or doggie daycare provider! Pets always have water available to them, I keep my backyard tidy and poop free, dog friendly toys only, healthy treats, I stay on feeding schedules, safe walks, and I never leave your pet unattended with children or other animals.
