I am a homebody at heart, so I am always around for a treat, a snuggle, or a laid-back stroll. About: I grew up around various different dogs and have experience ranging from dog sitting, working at boarding facilities, fostering, and basic training. I’ve worked with many different breeds and work on positive reinforcement based training on my walks to improve leash manners and confidence. Dogs in my care receive both physical and mental exercise through walks, play, scent games, and training. I am open to working with reactive dogs or fearful dogs. If you have an intact male, please message me prior to booking. I look forward to loving your pup! I’m a teacher which means I’m home for the summer! I’m available all day, everyday to give your pup all the love and attention they deserve! I always like to do a meet and greet with dogs prior to boarding so I can better understand their needs and so they can get to know me. I take various safety measures based on each dogs needs. This may include double leashing, using a slip or martingale collar, or walking in quiet locations.

About: I have had animals literally my entire life including dogs, cats, hamsters, rats, birds, fish, and lizards. I currently have 2 dogs-a labradoodle named Axel that loves everyone and everything and a rescue pit mix named Winnie that loves dogs but is afraid of people, as well as 3 cats that live upstairs. Axel is very rambunctious and can get pretty excited at first but eventually mellows out. Winnie LOVES meeting new dogs and will do what I call the "pittie hop". I love animals and I feel that they are a part of the family. I (we) will treat your animal just like my own. If an animal comes to my home someone is almost always home to provide care, snuggles, and treats. I have experience with large breed dogs, specialty foods, older animals, and giving medications. We have a large, fenced yard for the dogs to run around and play. I do require that your pups be UTD on vaccinations and that they have basic obedience training. I do not take dogs in heat just because I have never personally dealt with that before. I look forward to working with you and your animals. One last note, I require a meet and greet with ALL new clients since I do have my own dogs to ensure everyone gets along, you as a pet parents feel comfortable, and the home now smells familiar for the next time your pup comes over. Thank you for taking the time to consider me to take care of you 4-legged family member. I am up at 4:30 am during the week and my husband is retired so we have lots of time to spend with your dog(s). We also have 2 teens at home that help so your fur babies will get plenty of love and attention. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of room to run and play. We also have a pretty set feeding schedule but can modify that if necessary.

Lisa is absolutely amazing! We have left our 2 cats and 2 dogs with her several times, and would not trust anyone else with our fur babies. I never worry about them when they’re in her care. She goes above and beyond in seeing that their needs (and wants) are met and that they have lots of attention and a sense of peace and security while we are gone. I love that she leaves detailed notes and photos, and checks with me if she has any questions or concerns. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!
Bailey was excellent! I tend to leave very specific instructions, and Bailey followed them to a tee! My feeders have a light that indicates that they’re working properly and I said “bonus points if the rover pic has the lights on” and every single rover card had a picture with the lights on!! Really allows me to feel like my cats are in good hands when I leave. Also this was a very last-minute trip and Bailey was fast to respond, and available for key pick up before I left. 5/5 for sure!
Sarah, as always, is amazing. I trust her to care for and love my critters like her own. My geriatric kitty cat hauls her old bones out of her heated cat bed to climb down the stairs and greet Sarah. I've seen her do it, and she doesn't even get herself up to greet ME! She's particular and crotchety as all hell, but she loves Sarah. Honestly, there's no greater evidence that somebody is good people as when an old calico gives her stamp of approval consistently. Neko thinks a visit from Auntie Sarah is the best thing. Only just slightly less so then a Churu, IYKYK!!
