“Izzy and family were great! It was our first stay, and our golden retriever, Briggan, settled in quickly. Izzy sent pictures regularly, which eased our mind immensely. We had to make a couple last minute changes and she was very accommodating. I think fun was had by all. We won't hesitate to call Izzy the next time we plan to be out of town.”

“Tanya is wonderful! She cared for our puppy as if it were her own. Sent pictures of him playing with her dog and being pampered. She is fantastic and I would book with her again in a heartbeat!”

“Pickle didn't want to leave because he had so much fun! Casie was very knowledgeable about dogs and took great care of our boy. She even gave him a bath because he was so muddy from playing all week. Would definitely recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her services again.”

“This was Bruce's second time with the girls and he LOVED it! He's currently pouting now that he's home. They sent me photos and videos that melted my heart! It was very obvious he felt at home, and for a old man that's really important. I'm moving a few hours away at the end of the month, but I'll absolutely be saving their information for future travel plans flying out of SeaTac. One thousand percent recommended these ladies! 💛💙”

“Lorelei is amazing! She makes sure that my dog eats (which has been a problem when he is away from home), he gets plenty of exercise and enjoys spending time with other dogs. Lorelei really takes the worry out of leaving our sweet boy. Highly recommend her! Thank you!”
“Trenton and Jordan are amazing! Our husky loved her time with them - so content, comfortable and perfectly worn out at pick up. She’s all husky - vocal, a bit bossy, independent but a snuggler and playful. They met her exactly where she’s at. It is obvious they are incredibly intuitive with dogs, speak dog and love them all. Thank you Trenton! Mara will be back!”

“I am living for a few months near Poulsbo and needed to find a dog sitter in the area. I connected with Brianna and we visited briefly before my trip. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She took great care of Romeo, sent me photos and updates and was easy to communicate with. My dog is small and he got along with their much larger dog. I highly recommend Brianna as a caring dog sitter.”

“Matthew provided excellent care for our dog Basil and frequent updates while we were out of town. When Basil got sick unexpectedly, he took him to the vet twice, made homemade chicken and rice, and helped administer medicine. This was a huge relief to us and his care was above and beyond! We would definitely use Matthew again to board and care for Basil”

“This was our first time using Rover. We are in love with Corinne! She made the entire process easy and made us feel really comfortable leaving Bodie for the first time. She payed attention to all the details and would send us daily updates and photo's. Thanks Rover and Hugs and tail wags to Corinne!”

“I got multiple images throughout the trip, often multiple a day. I could tell that Mortdecai was really integrating into family life based on the types of poses and posture. I was so happy with this visit and if I have to travel again I would definitely try to book with Kyah again.”

“My dog Lucy had such a good time with Christina and her doggos. I loved all the updates and pictures, she was really being loved like she would’ve been with us. She was sent home with the cutest Easter picture. I would definitely bring Lucy back to her again. Thank you so much!”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover who friends and family regularly trust to care for their pets while they travel. I have two friendly golden retrievers who truly love other dogs and are gentle, playful, and well-socialized. I’m experienced with a wide range of personalities—from high-energy pups who need lots of playtime to senior dogs who prefer a calm, cozy environment. I treat every dog as if they were my own, paying close attention to routines, feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks. Your dog will enjoy plenty of love, supervised play, and a safe, comfortable home where they’re never just “watched,” but genuinely cared for. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, and a calm, structured environment. I’m available for both short-notice needs and bookings well in advance as you plan your travels. My goal is to be your go-to sitter whenever you need reliable, loving care. I have a large fully fenced yard and two friendly, well-socialized golden retrievers who enjoy playing in the backyard by a game of chase and/or fetch. I closely monitor playtime and all interactions, follow each dog’s routine, and can crate, separate, or provide quiet space if needed in order to keep all dogs in my care stress/free, comfortable and happy. Safety, comfort, and trust are always my top priorities. This isn’t just a place where you drop your dog for the day or for a trip. It’s a calm, loving environment where dogs feel safe and loved while you’re away. I choose thoughtful exercise and enrichment to keep them happy and give them plenty of opportunities to burn energy and excitement.
“I've used a lot of people on Rover and I've always been happy but this time I am extremely happy he did such a great job with communication my dog was extremely happy and I couldn't ask for a better person to watch my dog”

“Neci and her spouse are very knowledgable and kind, and well prepared to handle your pup! Our puppy came back home happy and tired after getting to socialize and play with the other dogs and kiddos in their house!”

“Reggie loves Cathleen and her husband! They are his second family. We just picked him up from an extended stay over Easter and he was happy and well cared for. He was given his eye drops as needed, walks, socialization and lots of fun. I never have had a second thought about leaving him in their care.”

“Lisa is a fantastic cat sitter - she took great care of our three cats including the one cat that have some eating disorder and we couldn't let the cat loose any more waite while we were out for 2 weeks. She spent a lot of time learning this cat's preference and habits and gave a great care while we were out. In addition, our beta fish got sick suddenly while we were out and she got medication for the fish and recovered him. We are so greatful for everything Lisa has done and strongly recommended.”

“Shelby was a fantastic sitter, and I really appreciated how sweet and responsible she was with my fur babies. She sent lots of pictures, which I always find reassuring, and she made sure my cats were well loved and cared for. I would definitely hire her again.”

“Went above and beyond! So very thankful for Lisa’s help with my animals. I had a cat and rabbit and she took excellent care of both, even cleaned their cage areas and gave them lots of love and pictures!”

About: I’ve been a happy cat mom most of my life, and have two of my own at home with me now :) I have experience giving medications, feeding them on special diets and specializing in playtime :)
About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life, and am currently a dog mom to my wonderful fur baby. Throughout the years I have been entrusted to go to peoples houses and care for their dogs, take care of dogs in my own home, and have even been entrusted to care for newborn puppies until they were old enough to go to their homes. I have a special place in my heart for dogs, and I absolutely love any opportunity to meet all kinds of new furry friends and personalities!
“Leaving a pet at home when we go on a trip has always been stressful for us. This was our first time using Rover and we are so glad we did. Kim did an amazing job looking after our cat while we were away. She was punctual, which we were grateful for, so as to keep our kitty's routine as normal as possible. We received daily pictures, as well as texts, on how each visit went. She was quick to respond to all of my text messages and just gave us such peace of mind knowing things were being done just as we would do them while were gone. We will absolutely be contacting Kim in the future for all of our pet sitting needs. Couldn't be happier!”

“Allison is amazing! She did such a great job with drop in visits for my kitties. She is very kind and friendly. Went above and beyond taking care of the girls. Sent cute photo updates. Very respectful of the house too. When ever I go out of town again, I’ll definitely see if Allison is available. Crimson had tons of fun hanging out with her and told me all about it :)”

About: Over the past 16 years, Josh and I have had extensive and wide-ranging pet care experience. At one point, we had 5 dogs and 3 cats of our own at the same time! They all varied in age, energy, behavior, and care requirements. We have vast animal experience in all stages of life, from puppies and kittens to advanced age and senior care. We also have personal and professional experience caring for animals with complex medical needs, and are very comfortable with medication management - including injected medication, proper handling/disposal of sharps, etc. I previously spent 10 years as a professional service dog trainer, and as a result am familiar with a wide range of dog behavior. Josh had cat-dad experience for 15 years and is very well acquainted with cat care. Josh and I both work from home, so we have ample flexibility and are very good at being able to make time in our schedules for whatever pops up. Every pet has their preferences - they know their people, their safe places, their preferred environments. For some, anything outside of the norm can be tough on them. Josh and I are both very attuned to that and aim to be as accommodating as possible with your pets to ensure they, and you, are comfortable in knowing they're well taken care of. You tell us what they need and we'll do our best to make it happen. Also please note - we do require Meet & Greets prior to any potential bookings to ensure everyone (including the pets!) feel good about the arrangement.
“Lindsey was absolutely wonderful with my two cats for the week that I was out of town 💕💯😺 She was very thorough in meeting their care requirements and went well beyond my expectations! She has sat for my two cats twice now, and, I will definitely be booking her in the future!!! Highly recommend 🤙”

“Hi This is first time I called her, she is very nice with my fur babies. She is sending us photos and putting reviews on everyday. I would like to call again definitely. Thanks Brianna.”

“Brenda was a great cat sitter! Just what we needed while being away for a couple of days. She was super responsive to our messages, sent us detailed updates and photos during each drop-in visit, and took great care of our kitties! When we got home they were totally relaxed and happy. We’ll definitely book with her again. Thank you, Brenda!”

“Zi did a great job watching Yuki, even though he had an accident at her apartment and hyperactive with her dog. She sent plenty of photos, videos and updates, and was honest with how my pup did at the end. I'd recommend her with anyone who has a small/medium sized dog.”

“Why is there only 5 stars option, she did absolutely amazing and has helped us take care of our baby pandora. She has an amazing heart and love for all the puppies. If I could give more stars for how amazing she is I would”

I do slow, careful introductions with my dogs, or no introductions if requested. Gated “safe spaces” are always available. I follow all feeding, medication, and care instructions exactly as given.

“Somya and josh are great with my dog. We just moved here and Smokey was a little frightened because he was used to being home only with me for last 11 months but they made him feel right at home with them. I would definitely recommend them.”

About: I’ve raised dogs my whole life — Shelties, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Boxers, and now a Great Dane. From puppies to seniors, I’ve had the privilege of caring for them all. I can continue or begin house training, crate training, and basic commands with a gentle, positive reinforcement style. My husband, Bryce, and I work together as a team to care for your pets. We both have years of experience with dogs of all breeds and personalities, and we make sure every pup feels safe, loved, and part of the family. Living with a Great Dane has taught us how to handle giant breeds with confidence, while also being just as comfortable with the tiniest pups. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or reinforcing training, you can count on both of us to give your pets the attention they deserve. We know how important it is for dogs to have interaction and not feel alone. That’s why we only offer pet care knowing that one of us will always be home. Andrea is home all day Friday through Sunday, and Bryce works remotely from home Monday through Friday. Together, that means your pets get consistent love, attention, and companionship every day of the week. We have a large, fully fenced yard that is perfect for lots of running and play time. Our sweet Great Dane, Mercedes, and two children will shower your pet with love and attention!
“Muggzy had a great day with Trenton and Jordan! They genuinely seemed to enjoy him and understand his needs. He didn’t want to leave! We hope to have him visit there often.”

“I am worry wart dog mom and have been somewhat hesitant to sign Stormy, my tiny, timid Pomeranian puppy, up for daycare. Linda put my worries at ease during our meet and greet. If you have a tiny dog and need a sitter/boarded- book with Linda right now!”
“We are very pleased with Cathleen and how well she cared for Lucy. We had a meet & greet first and then scheduled Lucy’s first visit for today. All I can say is that it’s a good life for a dog if they spend the day with Cathleen! Walks, beach, and naps!”

“I love that Rhonda and her family created a secure and fun back yard for the dogs to play. I also love that the whole family helps with the dogs and that there is usually someone home. It gives me great peace of mind to know that my dog has humans around most of the time. Rhonda's dogs are playful and my dog seemed to be at ease even though she is often fearful of new dogs and new situations.”

“Mac & Rocky had a great time at Christina's house, and we love her "pack", Finn and Dante. Christina is super-professional, inspires confidence, and kept us posted on how our guys were doing. We really appreciate her!”

About: In our home, dogs aren’t just guests — they’re family. We live on a quiet private street on Bainbridge Island with a spacious yard, including a securely fenced section — perfect for safe play and fun. Dogs who stay with us are treated like family. We’ve owned many breeds over the years, from Golden Retrievers to Huskies to Terriers, and love meeting each dog’s unique needs. Our two boys (10 and 13) adore visiting pups and keep them busy with games, backyard adventures, and plenty of exercise. Along with playtime in the yard, we take dogs on daily long walks to keep them happy, healthy, and tired in the best way. You’ll get daily photo and video updates so you can see your dog having a blast. We’ll love and care for your dog as if they’ve always been part of our family. As a stay-at-home dad, I’m home most of the day to give visiting dogs plenty of love, attention, and supervision. Mornings start with playtime and a walk to get tails wagging. Throughout the day, we include walks, yard time, games, and plenty of exercise to keep pups happy and engaged. In the evenings, we enjoy long walks at beautiful Battle Point Park or along wooded trails, followed by cozy snuggles to help every dog wind down feeling safe and loved. Your dog’s safety and comfort come first in our home. We have a securely fenced section of our yard for safe, supervised play, and dogs are always leashed when outside that area. Visiting pups meet our two friendly resident dogs gradually, ensuring a smooth and comfortable introduction for everyone. If dogs need their own space, we have plenty of separate areas inside the house to keep them relaxed and stress-free. Someone is almost always home to supervise, and walks at beautiful Battle Point Park or nearby wooded trails give every dog fresh air, exercise, and enrichment in a safe environment.
About: We both grew up with dogs and have fostered 4 times. We currently own a 3 year old rescue pup. We’ve cared for the smallest of dog breeds (Havanese and Boston Terrier) to the largest of breeds (Labs/retrievers, German shepherds, Belgian malinois, pit bulls, etc) so we’re comfortable with all dogs! I work from home, so I’m available all day every day to play and take care of your pups! We’re open to boarding every day of the week. We do have a 3 year old Lab/Border Collie mix, so your dog must be good with other dogs. I will treat your dogs just like my own! We do live in an apartment, but I’m available throughout the day for potty breaks and playtime. I have a friendly dog that would love to keep your pup company :) I’m also comfortable crating dogs if that’s something you need!
“Kyah was a great help with my pup Tikka for doggy daycare. Kyah was very caring, calming and accommodating to my puppy as she needed some extra comfort from a recent spay surgery. I really appreciated the great communication and updates throughout the day. A relief knowing your pup is being cared for. Will definitely book again!”

They are beloved members of the family and treated as such. I don’t raise “hup-to” pups but they are sweet, loving friends. I am a retired RN and an End of Life Doula. I am autonomous and flexible with my time. Angus my hound and I walk 1-2 hours every morning. I have a fenced yard and 2 friendly couch potato Ridgebacks and a cat with an attitude! “Danielle was very sweet and worked with my schedule. My puppies loved going over there and all of their energy is GONE from having so much fun! She provided pictures, and was communicative. Would be happy to rebook with her again anytime. Thank you for taking care of my boys<3”

“Emily has the setup when it comes to caring for dogs. Our pup, Bowie, was picked up both days happy as can be. Emily updated us throughout the day with pictures and engaged with Bowie with some of his favorite games, tug and Frisbee. He even made other dog friends! What more can you ask for. I'm handsdown booking with Emily/ Pacific Paws again ☺️”

“Lisa saved us and Oakley because I had to be gone much longer than planned. She knows the drill with Oakley and he seems to feel very comfortable with her. She's a keeper for sure!”

About: I have a lot of experience with dogs, and I have taken care of cats. Our family has had 6 dogs and 2 cats over the years. We currently have 4 at home now while I am at college. I take care of 1 of the four dogs regularly when I am at home and before I left for college. The month before I left for college we got a puppy that I helped take care of regularly, especially when my siblings were at High School. I took her out very often during the day, played with her, and fed her 3 times a day, while also taking care of my dog. When my siblings' High School started, I began to care for all 4 dogs, and made sure they had food, water and regular outside time to get out their energy. My experience says 9 years because our oldest dog now is 9. I helped out when I was younger, but had full responsibility once we got another dog (the one I take care of regularly) 7 years ago. I also have experience with cats, as we had one for 4 years. I have also helped out to rescue feral kittens and know how to be gentle with scared cats. As for pet sitting, I have done jobs requiring 2 week house sitting while in my Hometown, and had jobs that require me to come and feed the pets during meal times. I know how to go on walks with dogs, as I have biked and walked with my own dogs and others I have pet-sat many times. I am currently home for the summer from College, and I am available unless I am booked full for sitting and walking. I am trying to earn money this summer on many different side jobs, and I can work my pet sitting/walking around my side-work schedule. As for pet care in my client's home, I can accommodate to your needs. I have most often taken care of the dog inside the house for food and water and take the dog out for walks or in the yard to go to the bathroom.
“Allison has been our dog walker for almost a year now. She never misses a day and is excellent at communicating. Rhuby loves her and we're so happy to have her come by every day :)”

About: I’ve been in a dog household since I was in middle school, and I’ve been the caretaker of as many as 5 dogs at a time. I am home from the summer from university and currently have an open schedule with many opportunities for dog care. I have availability 7 days a week with weekdays preferred. I love keeping pets company and spending time with them to make sure they can get their energy out. I am capable of taking multiple dogs at a time, but also can take out one at a time if necessary. I have good etiquette regarding doors and know how to watch so sneaky dogs don’t escape.
About: I’ve taken care of multiple kinds of dogs and cats for family and friends ever since I was a little kid, and owned both kitties and doggies of different breeds most of my life. I’ve read a few training books for doggies, stayed multiple nights for pet sitting, volunteered at pet shops, worked at pet stores, handled kittens and puppies with care, worked with senior cats and dogs, as well as other barn animals as well! I am currently working a part time job in silverdale, usually around 10-15 hours a week. I always receive my schedule at least a week in advance, so I just need time to plan around that. Otherwise, I’m a fairly open schedule! I have experience with crating dogs and giving them daily medicines if needed, or any unique care. If there is ever at all an emergency situation, I will call you immediately while also taking your dog to the vet.

About: Lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience! I grew up with multiple dogs and have spent years walking and caring for pets, including overnight stays. I’m comfortable with different routines, energy levels, and personalities—and I always make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. Mondays–Wednesdays are my off days and my most flexible time. I work Thursday–Sunday afternoons starting around 2, and my mornings are usually reserved for staying active—walks, workouts, or anything that gets me moving. I don’t have pets currently, but I’ve grown up caring for family and friends’ dogs and I’m comfortable with most breeds, prioritizing calm, safe, attentive care.

About: I have always been an extreme dog lover…growing up I volunteered through various adoption agencies and duties included fostering dogs, helping with walks, and lots of playing and entertaining. I have two absolutely insane pups, so no dog will be too much energy to handle. My partner and I are very active and love bringing our pups along on all of our adventures, and I would love to do the same for your pup, if they like the outdoors. If not, I'm just as happy snuggling up and providing lots of love and attention when you're away. I unfortunately cannot sit inside my home because my one pup, Kona, doesn't always get along with other dogs, but walks, drop-ins and house sitting are definitely something I can do! I'm very flexible when it comes to what you might need, so I can make most accommodations without issue! I'm very excited to take care of your pup while you're out, and I always send pics/updates (if you'd like), because I know I love when a sitter does that for me! Fit in care around work schedule, try to accommodate what your needs are. Depending on the season, my availability changes but I’ll always be upfront about that. Happy to follow any instructions you provide. Happy to play in the yard, take your pup on walks/run, take your pup to the trails…whatever they like best!
About: I grew up with many dogs, my family bred dogs so I am very comfortable with puppies and animals that are not yet potty trained. I also have experience caring for sick dogs and dogs that need special care. I’m a college student home for the summer, looking to help out around my community and watch after your animals! I love walking dogs and can always come and check on your pets when needed. While I can’t host any pets in my home, I feel comfortable servicing anyones pet in their own home. Making sure to give them water, treats, toys or food.

I live in a single person apartment with access to a dog park and walking trails. I am home everyday of the week and work full time through Rover. I will be able to care for your pet the entire day and can take them out as needed. I live in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is very walkable. I am a 2 minute walk from a dog park which I can take your pet to daily.
About: I have taken care of my own pets (two cats and a dog), as well as those of my friends and neighbors since I was a child. I am experienced with reactive and anxious dogs, and am experienced in administering medication. I can take your dog on long walks (5+ miles) and hikes if that’s their thing. I will always give your pets the same care and affection I give my own! My work schedule is extremely flexible. Most of my work obligations are mid-morning, and the rest of my day/evening is free. I walk several miles per day on my own, and would love to bring your dog along with me. I will show your pet the same love and affection I give to my own pets. Your pet’s wellbeing and happiness are my top priority, and I will adjust my services to fit their individual needs.

About: Hi! I’ve been around animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been part of my everyday world. From a young age, my life has revolved around animals and helping them become the best versions of themselves. Some of my earliest experiences were with cats, including a feral rescue named Misty I bonded with closely as a child. I tend to connect well with animals that are more troubled, reactive, or unsure, and I’m often able to bring out their calmer, more trusting side. Later on in my life, my experience expanded significantly through raising and caring for Golden Retrievers. Growing up around breeding and long-term dog care taught me responsibility, consistency, and how much attention animals need at different stages of life. I’ve been involved in raising dogs from newborns to adulthood, and many of the dogs I’ve helped raise have gone on to become unforgettable adventure companions for their families. Over the past fifteen years, I’ve gained extensive experience working with animals through long-term, hands-on care. My background as a Golden Retriever breeder has given me perspective on how different animals can be, even within the same breed. Every animal has unique preferences, behaviors, and ways of communicating, and learning to recognize those differences has been a major part of my experience. I’m comfortable managing multiple animals at once and handling a range of needs without becoming overwhelmed. I’m most accustomed to larger dogs, but my experience raising puppies has given me the delicacy and awareness needed to care for smaller animals as well. I’m especially familiar with puppies under six months old, including their unpredictable behavior and the extra attention they require. I’ve also worked with dogs that can be semi-reactive in certain situations. While I’m not willing to take on dogs that are broadly aggressive, I retain the right to assess the dog before accepting. I’m most comfortable with working with dogs that are borderline reactive but not reactive-aggressive. I can recognize signs of stress or reactivity, and can manage dogs that are generally well-functioning but may need thoughtful handling in specific situations. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available for drop-ins and walks throughout the day, generally between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, unless I’m staying at a client’s home for house sitting. Animal care already shapes my daily routine, and I’m used to structuring my day around feeding schedules, exercise, outdoor exposure, and rest. I’m comfortable juggling different routines and planning time and resources around an animal’s specific needs. I’m very conscientious about safety and environmental risks. I pay close attention to doors, gates, toxic plants, household hazards, interactions with unfamiliar animals, and changes in an animal’s behavior. I rely on observation and experience to distinguish between normal behavior and something that may need attention. If something seems off, I communicate clearly and directly, providing context and details without being alarmist. I also enjoy sharing updates and photos so owners feel informed and connected while they’re away. I have experience filming and taking photos of animals especially dogs and cats that don’t sit still - so you’re bound to get a good photo or two of them.
“Dennis is dependable, reliable, and so good to our pup! Our dog loves his walks, and he puts us at ease caring for him as we would. I would recommend Dennis to anyone!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats alike since I was 16. I started by pet sitting overnight for my grandparents while they were on vacation and eventually started pet sitting for friends and family. I’ve handled walking, feeding, enrichment, and medication needs. I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and dispositions and have no problem staying overnight as needed. I am self-employed and therefore have the flexibility in my schedule to care for your pets in the way they deserve, whether that be an overnight stay or regular walks and potty breaks. My cats sleep in my bed with me and get regular pets and cuddles. I provide enrichment as often as they seem interested. I care for clients’ pets like I would care for my own. If the pets are allowed to sleep on the bed or sit on the furniture with me, I love animal cuddles and am happy to share my space.
About: I have been with Rover for four years, I’m learning a lot and having so much fun doing so. I enjoy using Rover to interact with dogs of all breeds and ages. I do have lots more previous experience before Rover but so far this has been the best experience with meeting new people and their dogs. I just recently earned a certificate in dog training with Animal behavioral college. It was a 18 month extensive program and I learned a lot with studying and hands on training. Message me for any questions you have about dog training. With all of my volunteer experience in shelters, and with my own pets, I am comfortable with giving medicine or following any special instructions. I have a fenced back yard with lots of space to run and play. We frequent all the local trails, no matter the weather, so if you need a tired dog, I am your go to Walker or doggie daycare provider! Message me for all your overnight/ extended stay questions. I also care for other animals, so please feel free to message me for cats, birds, exotics, reptiles, etc. I do this full time so my schedule is all about pet care! I set time for long dog walks, playtime, and I work with your feeding schedule. Pets always have water available to them, I keep my backyard tidy and poop free, dog friendly toys only, healthy treats, I stay on feeding schedules, safe walks, and I never leave your pet unattended with children or other animals.
About: Hi! My name is Alexandra and I love all the fur babies! (Truthfully, I love all pets - furry or otherwise.) I have been a cat aunty for many years to the cats of my current and previous roommates, and I have yet to meet one who I don't just love to bits! I had a dog many years ago and have since been a dog aunty when a friend needs a sitter. I already love to play outside, so what's better than bringing along a bouncy fur baby? Most of my pet/house sitting experience has been through personal connections. I have spent the last 4 years caring for cats and dogs of all ages, including seniors who need medications, and doggos who need extra attention for regular potty breaks. I've also had the pleasure of caring for a few chickens! I prepared their fermented food every couple of days, collected eggs, and cared for the coop. (Being that most sitting I've done have been through personal connections, the reviews on my page are minimal. To supplement, I have many references to share, so if you would like them, let me know!) I work full time hours at around 32-40 per week, with 8 hour shifts. Hours outside of work would be dedicated to caring for your pets and plants. On my days off, I would be happy to hang out with your pets, or take them along for a hike (if allowed). I am available for overnights to ensure as much comfort as possible while you are away, and I'm happy to try to maintain routines that you have set. I've also gone as far as sending daily pictures for proof of life and happiness! And, as a bonus, I have a veterinary friend who never minds when I have a pet question for her (and we love her for that)!

“Maui is always well taken care of when she is with James. When we used to take her to a different boarder we could always tell she had been stressed, but that has never happened with James. He sends pictures and videos while we are away and I am always glad to see Maui playing and going for walks. We will happily continue to have James watch our girl!”

“We left our dog with Celia over a long weekend and she was very well taken care of! We got pictures updates and had a great meet and greet before to make sure we were all comfortable with the arrangement. Would definitely leave our dog with her and her family in the future!”

“Such caring people with great communication ! I was so nervous about leaving my dog because he has high anxiety , but he felt right at home and even ate all his meals. Gryffin had healthy play time with their dog and I never felt he was unsafe . I received pictures day and night which was delightful . Will definitely be rebooking for my next vacation.”

“Sarah was great! Little Harvey had a great time playing with Sarah’s dogs and she made sure he had nap times as he is still a puppy. She sent updates and photos which made me happy.”
