“My cats liked Jeffrey more than me. During the meet and greet all of my cats came out to see who he was and two of them went up to say hi. During Jeffrey’s visits, he administered medicine to my diabetic kitty, played with them, fed them and scooped their litter boxes. Sometimes when my cats miss me, they’ll only sleep on the couch or under the bed, but every time I checked my ring camera, they were sleeping on top of my bed, which means they were content and happy, even though I was gone. Jeffrey was very professional and kind to us.”

About: My entire childhood (and adulthood) I grew up with animals. Cats, dogs, turtles, ducks, geese, rabbits, you name it. I used to work at a doggy day care and in college I nannied for a big family with a few dogs. I personally have 2 cats myself. I love animals so much and truly wanted to start pet sitting because I just wanted to spend time with animals. I’m totally good with giving medicine, walks, park time, car time, whatever your baby needs. I’m here for it all! I’m in field sales so my schedule is super flexible! I make my own schedule so can fit in any time to see your babies! I drive all over town so can make anything work. I love to make sure your pet gets the care they need - so if that’s outside time for 20 minutes then we will do that. If it’s playing around for 20 minutes then we will do that or if they just want pets, of course we can do that. I currently live in an apartment so all visits would have to be in your home.

About: Hello! My name is Phoenix, and I've been working as a dog walker and sitter since 2022. I grew up around dogs of all sizes and ages, and I was the primary carer for several old pups in Nebraska for a few summers. I've recently relocated to Austin, and am excited to meet some new dogs and see some new sites! In my spare time, I love reading and watching theater. I am currently in a part-time position, so I am able to walk your pups on my days off, as well as in the evening (when it's cooled down!) I always make sure a pup is familiar and comfortable with me before a walk. I map my routes ahead of time (unless you have a preference!) to avoid highly populated areas or roads.

She’s incredibly communicative, which gives me so much peace of mind, especially since one of my cats has ongoing health issues. She handles my sick kitty’s messes without complaint, keeps me updated, and always makes sure both cats get plenty of love, attention, and pets. I know they’re in great hands whenever she’s caring for them.
My pet boarding plans fell through and Laure really came throuh in a pinch! I was so glad to have found her and she took great care of my two critters. I came home to a very happy and healthy dog and cat and was so relieved. When my dog tried to make a break for it out my front door, Laure had the situation handled almost instantly and did so without panic. I would absolutely book her again!
My first time on Rover and Laura was WONDERFUL! I felt very safe leaving my sensitive babies in their care. I will absolutely be re-booking for future cat needs and have already give her info to a close friend who has some fears around leaving her baby with a stranger, like me.
We can’t recommend Nicole enough! She took EXCELLENT care of our 4 kitties. Besides the daily photos and insight into how the visit went, she also made sure to give them supervised outdoor time (per our request) and so much love. It’s obvious how much she loves the animals in her care, as though they’re her own. She alerted us to an AC outage in our place and set up fans to help with the heat until it could be fixed. Truly above and beyond what we expected and we will 10000000% be booking her in the future!
Wow. Shannon has been absolutely fantastic. I can’t begin to explain what a deep relief it is to receive her cute photos and updates. I can tell she truly cares about my pet and the amount of peace that brings when I’m on the road is huge. 10/10 absolutely recommend. Trustworthy and kind!
Lara did a wonderful job with midday check-ins for our two golden retrievers for two weeks. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure they were happy and well cared for. Michelle was amazing!!! This is the first time that I have ever hired a pet sitter and was kind of nervous.
