When I didn’t respond right away, she gave me time to call her and never made the situation feel stressful or panicked. We were able to resolve the issue quickly, and she took great care of Venus without any problems. She sent daily pictures, which we really appreciated—it gave us peace of mind knowing Venus was happy, relaxed, and comfortable in her own space rather than in an unfamiliar boarding environment.
