“Ashley is always prompt and gets the wiggles out of Finn. I appreciate knowing Finn is in good hands and getting exercise while I work. I highly recommend Ashley to others, as she is thoughtful, reliable and personable. It’s a goid fit for us!”

“Brooklyn is great with Maizie. When Maizie sees her, she gets so excited to go on a walk. It's so helpful to have someone who can commit and help my girl get the activity she needs when I'm working. I love the updates on Maizie's feelings that are part of the walk.”

About: Hi, I’m Sheila, a lifelong animal lover with a calm, nurturing presence and years of hands-on experience across species, ages, temperaments, and needs. I grew up on a small poultry farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and feathered friends, and I’ve continued that care into adulthood. I’ve raised and loved a variety of animals, including dogs, and cats of my own and through pet sitting for friends and with TrustedHousesitters, I’ve also supported families with senior pets, rescue animals, and those with medical or behavioral needs. I’m comfortable administering medications (oral, topical, and injected), adapting to animals with anxiety or mobility challenges, and tuning into what each pet uniquely needs, whether that's active play, a gentle routine, or quiet companionship. I attend grad school mostly online through UW, so your pet will get plenty of attention and presence. I look forward to connecting with you all. Spending time with animals is grounding, joyful, and meaningful for my life. If you’d like to connect or hear more about my past experience, I’d love to chat. I’m happy to share references and photos (or just swap pet stories!). Your animals are family. And I’ll treat them as such. Pet care naturally fits into my daily rhythm. I attend grad school mostly online through UW and have a flexible schedule, so I can easily adjust my day around walks, playtime, and cuddle breaks. Spending time with pets is grounding and joyful for me, not an add-on or chore. It gives me purpose and balance, so I welcome the routine of feeding, walks, medication (if needed), and companionship as part of my everyday flow. I meet each pet exactly where they are. In your home, I follow the routine you’ve already established, so your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own environment. That means keeping consistent meal times, walking routes, play activities, or quiet company, whatever your pet is used to. I’m comfortable with administering medications, supporting anxious or shy animals with patience, and giving extra attention to senior pets. My goal is always to maintain stability, reduce stress, and provide genuine companionship so you come home to a happy, cared-for pet.
About: I’ve taken care of all animals since a young age. I strive to be someone reliable that you can count on and trust with your babies! I have a very flexible schedule since I have my own business and would be more than willing to help other people out with their pet care needs and would make sure to be reliable and always communicate! Making sure that the fur babies have love and feel safe with me is most important so gaining that animals trust. I am a big spoiler and love to play with them and cuddle them! I have a dog of my own so I have experience in everything. Feeding, walking, administering medication, etc…. And also taking to appointments!
“Kira was great! I’m pretty picky when it comes to who I will let in my home and care for my pet but she made it easy for me to go about my day knowing Pilot was happy and and well taken care of. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be rebooking with her for future walks and home stays when I’m on puppy free vacations.”

About: I’ve been dog/house sitting for years for friends and family. Previously, I’ve been a volunteer at the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society, and I have owned dogs and cats since I was born, and I love taking care of animals. I also grew up on a farm. I am on winter break from college, from December 27th to January 28th. I am available day and night! I am more than willing to work around your schedule and make your life easier. I have a dog that has an electric fence surrounding my home. She receives two walks and meals a day. I would plan on walking and feeding my clients' pets the same way unless requested otherwise. Having a dog of my own also allows my clients' pets to be socialized while their parent is gone, if they are cool with other dogs.

Thank you I work full time but I’m available after 4:30pm weekdays and all day weekends. I’m happy to visit your pet during those hours and provide the care that they need for as long as that takes. I am only doing home visits at this time, so I can come to your home and care for your pets. I’m happy to feed them, walk them, hang out with them for a bit, just be specific about your needs.
About: I've been taking care of pups in my free time for three years now, I used to work in a bar and meeting the dogs who come in with their humans created my love for it. Now that I am no longer in the bar industry, I want to do this more full time! I am currently unemployed looking to love on your pups just like they are my own! I have always loved dogs, and making this my full time job is all I want! I am staying in your home with your dogs whenever you need. Making sure they get all their meals, meds, potty breaks and playtime they would need!
About: Growing up I had 2-3 dogs, including all the farm animals I helped take care of. I have had at least 2 dogs and 1 cat for the last 40 years. I have taken dog obedience classes throughout the years with many of our dogs. In addition to the dogs and cats, I also have always had several fish tanks and have had birds. I am a retired Costco employee looking for part time work. As I love animals, Rover felt like a good addition to my other enjoyment....classic cars. My schedule is very open. I am the primary care taker of the pets in our home, currently 3 dogs and 3 fish tanks. The dogs are always with me, whether inside sitting on the couch or outside working on my cars.
“Brynn was very grateful to have Acoya stop by and give him a potty break and some loving!! She sent a photo and a very accurate description of Brynn being his stubborn self that gave us a good laugh!”
“Thank you We could tell Kendall received some great mid afternoon exercise. Appreciate you taking the time to meet with us beforehand so we could have consistency on leash training and the off leash are.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I got my very first pet at age 5-yep, full responsibility and all! Since then, I’ve become the “official” dog sitter for friends and family, which made me think… I may as well make it official and join Rover. With a degree in Animal Agriculture Sciences and years of real-life pet care under my belt, I’m here to keep your pup happy, safe, and wiggly while you’re away! I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I have a flexible schedule and am eager to spend time outdoors. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both their animals and their space with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I follow all routines exactly as instructed-feeding, walking, playtime, medications, and house rules-so your pet feels safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away. I have a “leave it better than I found it” mentality, so I’m mindful of cleanliness, tidy up after myself and your pet, and make sure everything is just as you left it (or a little better). My goal is to create a calm, happy environment for your pet and give you peace of mind knowing your home and furry family member are in responsible hands.

About: My animal care experience goes all the way back to being a kid caring for horses, cattle, sheep, chickens, peacocks, dogs and cats. Since leaving the ranching family homestead, I have rescued six dogs and three cats, all of them living long, wonderful lives away from their bad beginnings. I am a freelance video producer and can set my own schedule. Most all of my work is remote, allowing me to be anywhere with wifi. My current care for two rescue huskies includes multiple walks a day, lots of play time, but also alone time as they like to be in their pack but not always getting attention from us. They are fed twice a day, one of them getting meds once a day with their meal.
About: Very detailed with following the instructions of pet owners and giving attentive care to pets in a loving and nurturing environment with walking services and in home care. I’ve raised 3 cats over 18 years, but they have all passed on. I’ve also provided dog care to family and friends over the past 10 years. I have integrated animal care into my standard routine on an as need basis, sometimes more heavily than other times, but it all works out in the end. I give them plenty of room to play and exercise and feed them 1-2 times a day. With dog’s I walk them every 2-4 hours and provide them with a fenced back yard with proper supervision. I would never leave them alone in the back yard unattended.
About: Have had dogs my whole life. Grew up on a ranch with working dogs. Was a 4-H leader, showed Bernese Mountain Dogs. Ellie and Beau are my two four legged Corgi kids. I live by myself with my dogs. Enjoy walking and training for the Portland to Coast event. I am a school bus driver so I get up early feed and short walk the dogs, go to work come home in 2-3 hours then we go on a nice long walk (weather permitting) then head back to work after being home for 3-4 hours. Run the bus for a couple hours then back home around 5 pm. Feed then short walk before bed. All over night stays comes with free walks. I have a fenced in small back yard with gazebo. There is a doggie door for small dogs. Water available inside and outside. Crating available if needed.
“Chelsea is wonderful! As a new pup mom was a bit anxious about getting all this started and how it would go for Maggie. Chelsea made it so easy, answered all my questions, shares pictures of their time together and assures Maggie is well cared for, couldn’t be happier!”

Fruit Valley dog parents share their Rover experiences
When we first met Frances, we weren’t sure how our reactive Chihuahua, Benny, would do — but her calm, patient approach won him over almost instantly. She took the time to understand his triggers, worked with him gently, and now he greets her with a happy tail wag. Frances also accompanies our senior family member on walks with our other dog, Bucket, making sure both dogs (and human!) are safe, comfortable, and enjoying their time outside. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals have made her an absolute treasure to our family. ---

Carson was great! My girl is anxious and a puller. She was nervous and very barky when he got here for their walk but he was very good with her and I can tell upon their return she had the best time. He ran with her a little at the park down the street which is one of her favorite things. She was so happy and loves him so much now.

Niki was great with our dog Felix! He is usually a little skittish around strangers but warmed right up to Niki and she was ever so patient and gentle with him. She took him on a few scheduled walks and they became fast friends. He also took a liking to her dog Jonah who accompanied them on their walks a few times. Niki is very responsive, timely, and sent lots of pictures. Highly recommend!
