Always very attentive on what time she should come by and always loves playing with him and giving him the attention he needs when we are gone. About: I’ve been passionate about caring for animals my entire life and have owned dogs for as long as I can remember. Professionally, I have nearly 9 years of experience in the pet care industry, including working at a veterinary hospital and currently serving as the General Manager and Co-owner of a dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and training facility. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities, and I’m experienced in administering medications, including insulin injections, oral medications, IV fluids, topical treatments, and more. Whether your pup needs extra medical attention, a structured routine, or simply lots of love and companionship, I’m happy to provide the care that’s best for them. Every pet is unique, and I believe in treating each one like they’re part of my own family. From long walks and playtime to belly rubs, booty scratches, and plenty of cuddles, I’ll make sure your furry family member feels safe, happy, and loved. My goal is to follow your routine and preferences so you can have complete peace of mind while you’re away! I currently work full time managing/co-owning a dog kennel, but I work early mornings until about 1pm and create my own work schedule so can be flexible! I love every dog that I meet and care for like they are my own fur babies. My dogs personally are spoiled brats and I feel like that is the only right way to dog mom haha!
“Kaity did a wonderful job with drop in visits for our two pups! She was prompt, spent time with the girls playing, and even helped with cleaning up a nervous “tinkle”! I would highly recommend Kaity’s services and will definitely book again. Thank you, Kaity!!!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with extensive professional and personal experience in pet care. I previously owned and operated my own pet daycare and boarding facility, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. In addition to running a facility, I’ve spent many years caring for my own pets, as well as rescuing and fostering animals in need. Working with rescues has given me experience with shy, anxious, and high-needs dogs — and taught me patience, structure, and how to build trust. I’m comfortable administering medications, managing feeding schedules, supervising play, and maintaining consistent routines. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities, and I treat every animal like family. I am able to accommodate morning and evening potty breaks, playtime, walks and meals as I do have a full-time job where I will be gone from 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday but I have large kennels available if pets are needed to be crated and a designated dog room where they can be left out comfortably. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. My home features a fully fenced-in yard for secure outdoor play and is located in a sidewalk-friendly neighborhood for safe, structured walks. I have three friendly, well-socialized dogs of my own, and I always conduct slow, controlled introductions to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Feeding times are handled separately to prevent food guarding or stress, and crating options are available if requested or if a dog feels more secure with their own space. For additional peace of mind, I also utilize camera monitoring when needed to ensure safety at all times. My goal is to provide a calm, structured, and cozy environment where every pet feels safe and cared for.

However, spiders need not apply! 🙂 I currently work until 2: 30 p.m. But I have flexibility to go check on pets, I can also do evening runs and or house sitting as needed! my preference would be to check on your pets in your home, but can provide care in my home. As an EMT, I’m responsible, attentive, and able to stay calm in unexpected situations. I’m currently available with a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide dependable care throughout the week. Whether your pet needs a walk or a drop-in visit, I can give them the time, attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. I’ll work with your schedule to make sure your pet receives consistent, loving care while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. About: I have a shih tzu of my own who is 16 yrs old, which has allowed me to get comfortable with dogs. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, and neighbors’ pets. I’ve pet sat many dogs and cats and even a frog! I love any opportunity to bond with animals and make them loved :) I am a college student, attending Wake Forest University. I am home for the summer and holidays with lots of free time to care for furry friends! I love to play with pets throwing toys, giving lots of love rubs along with making sure to tend to their biological needs. I am very attentive to each pet and stick to all instructions given by their owners. They know them best!
About: Grew up with dogs my whole life. They have always been a very important part of my life and can't imagine not having these amazing animals in my life. I am partially retired and have a lot of time to hang out and play with your fur baby. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats of my own and spend a lot of time playing and hanging out with them. I have a huge fenced yard on over 3 acres and two Cavalier King Charles of my own to keep your fur baby company! Can even crate if needed. Can take care of in my home or yours.
About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since my early teens. I have a strong passion for dogs and love to care for them. I am very accustomed to dogs with behavior issues and bad anxiety because my own dog struggles with that. I can also handle both small and large dogs. I love taking my dogs on walks and also occasionally will find an easy trail to hike on with them. I would love to bring your dogs on nearby trails or stick to easy walks based on the dogs energy levels. I do stay overnight and house sit if requested. I’m currently working part time (short hours 2 days a week) so i’ll have plenty of time to play with and look after your pups! I unfortunately cannot care for your dogs at my own home because one of my dogs is not friendly towards other dogs, but I am more than happy to watch your dogs at your home! I can stay overnight with your dog if requested.

Happy to be of service to you☺️ I am home 90% of the time and do most of my work from home. I am enrolled in college and when classes are active I have a 1 hour long class on Mondays and Wednesdays. I spend most of my time cuddled up with my pets (and yours if there here ☺️) or im running around with my dog to burn off some of his energy😆 my schedule is very flexible and pet care will always fit into my daily routine. I have a fenced yard and gates throughout my home to separate areas where the dogs should not be or could get hurt. I do regular potty breaks every hour but if this needs to be adjusted due to your pets needs I can do that! “Gray has been a great help. He’s a prompt communicator and a reliable caregiver. My dog is happy to see him and well cared for while I’m away. Many thanks to Gray, and thanks to Rover for having great people.”

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and I’ve trained them myself. I love having dogs around and for me, they are the most genuine being there is! I have also volunteered at dog shelters during college and plan on going back on doing it this year! I work from home managing my photography business so I’m always around during the week. On weekends I usually go photograph but my husband, who’s another dog lover like me, stays home with our kid. I have a lot of time to play and hangout with them and we love to do it as a family as well! Dogs are family for me, and your dog will be treated the same. Sadly, I don’t own any dogs right now so Rover is a way for me to be around them while I wait for my kid to grow a little more to make the commitment of being a dog owner again. He absolutely loves dogs and loves helping me care for them. We live in an apartment but we have a dog park in the community.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
