Considering being in Europe and so far away, I was very nervous leaving Taz for so long in the care of a stranger. I now know Lexi was the right person to take care of Taz and will request her service in the future. Lexi sent photos with every visit. She went above and beyond IMO. She gave Taz his meds, she brushed Taz, she contacted me and sent photos when he got a hot spot. I asked her to use the anti itch/ fungal spray I have and put a cone/collar on him to help prevent further irritation. She even brought my garbage can in and did a special mail check for me. I am retired so your pet care is my first responsibility. During the summer, I will walk in the morning with potty breaks in the afternoon if it's too hot. During winter, if the weather doesn't permit driving, I will contact you and ensure that as soon as I can drive, I will be there to give your pet much-needed potty breaks and playtime. I am a recent college graduate and am doing pet sitting full time! This means I will be able to schedule my days around your pet‘s needs. I am willing to help pets that need assistance getting around the house or that have other special needs. About: I have had dogs from 30lbs to 150 lbs and I have loved them all! In my free time I volunteer hiking with dogs at a local animal shelter. And spend the rest of the time spoiling my two fur babies at home. I work remote and have a flexible schedule that can accommodate a wide range of needs during the weekdays as well as on the weekends. My two fur babies are trained to listen off leash, but love to go for walks on leash. One is a couch potatoes that can be trusted and one a wild puppy that is crate trained. So I am used to a wide range of care needs.
About: I grew up on a farm with all sorts of animals. I have had indoor pets for over 30 years and currently my family and I have two cats. I can even take care of smaller pets like hamsters, guinea pigs and lizards. However, spiders need not apply! 🙂 I currently work until 2: 30 p.m. But I have flexibility to go check on pets, I can also do evening runs and or house sitting as needed! my preference would be to check on your pets in your home, but can provide care in my home. I have cats who have been around dogs a bit
