“I wasn't sure how my cats would do with someone they didn't know, but any concerns disappeared when Nicole came by prior to my pet sitting needs in order to meet the cats and get the run down on what the cats would need while I was away on business. Zigs, in particular, is generally weary of new people, but she warmed up to Nicole pretty much straight away, and it wasn't long after that Cheddars was also looking for scritches. To say it was a huge relief to have Nicole look after my fur babies while I was away for nearly a week is an understatement. I have a couple of cat cams so I can look in on them when I'm away, and the history of what was recorded is available for me to check. When I checked in each day, I saw Nicole sitting on the floor playing with and giving scritches to both cats. At one point, Zigs was even following her! When I returned home, both cats were calm and relaxed. They got their nasty canned food every day, fresh water, and all three litter boxes cleaned. They were clearly well cared for while I was away, above and beyond just feeding them and cleaning litter boxes. I will 100% check Nicole's availability anytime I need to have my fur babies looked after and spoiled!”

About: Hello, it's Mayumi from Los Gatos, CA. I'd love to provide the excellent care and love that all animals deserve. I am very responsible, reliable, and respectful when visiting someone's home. I’m also registered with Trusted House Sitters platform and have done some overnight house/pet sitting too. To describe my experience chronologically, I have both cat and dog experiences in Japan and the US. In 1981-1983, the first dog was a Yorkshire Terrier called Taro. In 1993-2002, my first cat was called Eri. Mixed-breed. I moved out of Japan. In 2004-2005, house-sat/pet-sat a friend's Labrador dog called Beau. In 2006-2024, owned my first cat in the US. An American shorthair called Taro. Towards the end of his life, he suffered from bowel cancer, so we did get experience with his medication. In 2011-2022, owned a mixed-breed cat called Kuro. One of the cats I cared for is diabetic, and I gained experience with insulin shots. My availability Mondays 9am to 5pm Tuesdays 9am to 2:30pm // 4:30pm to 6pm Wednesdays 9am to 6pm Thursdays 9am to 11:30pm // 1:30pm to 6pm Fridays 9am to 6pm I can keep your pets happy, healthy, and safe no matter the situation. If I recognize any signs of concern, I will contact you for further steps.

“Salt of the Earth, is what comes to mind when I think of Anne-Marie. Timing is everything. Close to ten years ago now, I had a new, fully-vaccinated puppy and I was so excited to get her out into the world and get her socialized. On one of our first outings to the dog park, I remember meeting a cute little tan puppy with a kind owner. Over time, we would run into them consistently, so a routine was developed, a crew was formed and a friendship developed. I am thankful for it, because she is truly one of the best people I know. After opening a business, I no longer had the ability to bring my dogs to the park. Anne-Marie kindly offered to pick up my girls and bring them to the park so they could still have their play time. I can't tell you how much this meant to me. On average, she picks them up four days a week. She is a clear communicator, patient, and level-headed. You can set a clock by Anne-Marie. If her schedule ever changes she lets me know well in advance.I've always been so impressed with how dedicated she is to her dog. She is diligent with exercising, cool and calm when he needs to be disciplined, consistent with their routine and very loving. Unfortunately, I don't have any children, so my Bostons are my everything, my husband a close second. I am grateful that I have someone that I can trust to take care of them. I hope you have the opportunity to have Anne-Marie take care of your dog. They will be in good hands.”
