“Nely is a rockstar! On two occasions, my other sitter backed out last minute and Nely was free to cover. She was generous with her time with our two cats, and from the pictures, they seemed to love her. Additionally, there was an issue with getting into our apaetment (not her fault) and she went above and beyond to try and make sure our cats were taken care of. I believe she stayed well over an hour to try and resolve the keypad lock issue, and even came back later in the day once the lock issue was resolved. She did all of this, even though I had only paid for half an hour each day! Much of this was my fault, and I found her to be very patient and prioritized taking care of our cats. I would highly recommend Nely to take care of your pets. =)”
