“Sabryna G. took care of my cats for a week, and I couldn't be happier with the service. She was punctual, responsible, and provided regular updates with photos, giving me great peace of mind. My cats were happy, well-fed, and received plenty of attention. I highly recommend Sabryna G. to anyone needing a reliable and caring pet sitter for their cats.”

About: I have always loved caring for animals, my pets or not. I have more experience with cats and dogs, and can work with reptiles, amphibians, and birds as well. I used to own my pet sitting business, exclusive to my former apartment complex. I have cared for animals with various health issues and am comfortable taking on the extra responsibility. I am adaptable to how you love your pet. I work from home but I do have a flexible schedule. I could on very rare occasion, host your pet. I am available Sunday, Thursday-Saturday. I am consistent with schedules and I am punctual. I am adaptable to how you care for you pet, plus some extra love. I am very mindful of any specific type of pet and I do research before each sit. I am loving and also respectful is the pet is not affectionate.
About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. I grew up on a farm, and at one point we had 12 indoor dogs, from tiny Yorkies to Great Danes. They were never “just pets” to us; they were family, and that’s how I’ve always believed animals should be treated. I’ve also cared for cats and have experience dog sitting, so I’m comfortable looking after pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll care for yours the same way I’d care for my own. I take classes two days a week and spend the rest of my time at home, so I have a flexible schedule and can give pets plenty of attention and care. I'm also available most weekends, making it easy to accommodate a variety of pet care needs. I always make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for by following their usual routine as closely as possible. I'll follow all feeding, medication, and exercise instructions provided by the owner and make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I don't have any pets of my own at the moment, so I truly enjoy spending time with animals and giving them the love and companionship they deserve. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
“Our girls LOVE Nick. He took such great care of them and we came home to happy pups. We look forward to continuing to schedule drop ins and dog sitting in the future !”

“I was so nervous about leaving my senior cat in the hands of someone else as she is very picky. And usually has choice words for strangers. Chelsea instantly eased my anxieties. She did a meet n greet which I thought was so kind. My cat instantly liked her (which is not usual for her!) Not only did Chelsea do the drop-in perfectly but she even was patient enough for my other skiddish cat to come out of hiding. And she sent plenty of pictures that gave me even more relief on my vacation. She even brought our packages in from the porch! I appreciate her and would definitely book her services again! 10/10 recommend!”

“This is the second time we've hired Brit to take care of our elderly cat, and both experiences have been great! I very much appreciate Brit's willingness to be flexible with last-minute schedule changes and that she communicates with us regularly. She clearly loves working with pets, and I highly recommend her.”

“Colleen was able to do a drop in visit very short notice for my dog, who can be nervous around new people and she did a great job! Really helped me out short notice which is so appreciated, and even sent me photos of my dog during the drop in visit. She responded quick and was very professional and kind. I will 100% be a repeat customer, and highly recommend her for anyone looking for someone to dog sit.”

“Jessica took such great care of our sweet giant dog. We so appreciate the detailed communication, the thoughtful questions and accommodating the dynamic needs of our pup. She went up and beyond, thank you!”

“We’ve had such a great experience with Elizabeth. She’s prompt, kind, and overall amazing to work with. Our senior cat needs medication, and she handles it so well. She provides updates and has given us so my relief knowing our cat is in great hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.”

About: I have taken care of dogs professionaly for the past two years. throughout this time I had plenty of experience working with all kinds of dogs, from puppies to seniors and small to large! I am very flexible with my schedule day-to-day. I am actively looking for full time employment so my availability has the potential to change, but I am open to fitting walks and visits into my schedule as needed. When I offer services for clients and their pets, something I will do every single time is rinse and refill their pets water. If needed, I will give the pet food or treats as requested by the owner. If there is a mess or accident I will clean it right away!
About: With 16 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in the pets who need a little extra: seniors, anxious or reactive dogs, and pets on medication schedules (oral and injectable). I’m an approved foster parent with Almost Home Animal Rescue, where I’ve cared for dogs with special needs, helped shy and fearful pups come out of their shells, and managed multi-dog households with conflict, including food-aggressive and territorial dogs. I’ve trained puppies, nursed blind senior dogs through their golden years, and treat every pet in my care exactly as I would my own two dogs at home. I’m equally comfortable with cats. I grew up with them, have cared for 5+ over the years, and even rescued a kitten from my previous neighborhood. Whether it’s a confident cat who needs company or a shy one who needs space and patience, I tailor my approach to what each individual pet actually needs. Clients tell me they return from vacation to a happier, calmer pet than when they left and that’s the standard I hold myself to. I’m currently working part time while I am in graduate school and my partner currently works from home most days so my schedule is very flexible for care. I am available weekdays except for Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, as I coach a dance team during that time. We currently reside in a house in Farmington Hills with a huge fenced in backyard. The house has been puppy proofed as we approved foster parents with Almost Home Animal Rescue. When caring for a new pet, I always make sure to give them a comfortable and positive experience with me.
“Alyssa was lovely to work with and made me feel much more at peace leaving my fur babies for the week. Everything was just as I left it when I returned and my kitties were happy. My cats are very shy around new people and seemed to come right out to check out Alyssa. Seems to show her animal loving nature and it was much appreciated throughout the week! I’ll definitely be reaching back out if I go away again! 10/10 recommend 😊”

About: Taken care of our two dogs and one cat, along with helping out family dogs since I was a teenager. Very comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs, as well as cats. Currently working full time but more than ready to help out on weekends and evenings! I will have some availability on weekdays due to working remotely. As a pet owner I understand wanting the best for your animals. When in your home I will make sure they don't get into anything and I am very attentive when out walking.
About: I have been training and taking care of my own dogs for 25 years now and have dog/house sat for many of my friends and family members as well. My sister was a vet technician and she taught me a lot about proper training of puppies. I have always been a dog person. I often dog/house sit for my own family members and friends when they go on vacation. I always worry about finding a trustworthy person to watch my own dog when going on vacation, so I know how important providing these services are. Rest assured your loved one will receive the best when under my care. I have always been a very honest and responsible person and look forward to meeting new animals to care for while you enjoy your time away. I have a large fenced-in backyard for your dog to run around in and a large 2 story home for your loved one to explore when inside. My own baby girl Harley, LOVES other dogs and will enjoy having friends over to run around with. I also have a medium sized Kennel available if needed/required and my home has the ability to keep animals separated by room or by floor if needed/requested. Contact me to setup a meet and greet!!
“Jenna did an amazing job taking care of Mason. It is obvious from the photos he was very fond of her! Made our time away much more relaxing. We have no hesitation recommending Jenna...except that she may be too busy for us next time!!!”

About: I’ve had many years of experience caring for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, and a chinchilla. I have two cats of my own, and I also regularly care for my sister’s 14-year-old dog, including giving him his medications and making sure he gets the care and attention he needs. I previously had a husky of my own, so I’m very comfortable with energetic, strong, and sometimes stubborn dogs 😂. My husky was definitely a handful to walk, so I always joke that no other dog could be as challenging as mine! I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m available most days starting at 8 AM, including weekends, and I’m happy to work with different schedules when possible. Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in visit, overnight care, medication, or simply some extra companionship while you’re away, I’d love to help. Your pets are family, and I’ll treat them that way! I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, care, exercise, and love while they’re in my care. I’d love the opportunity to become someone you and your pets can rely on! 🐾 Animals are already a big part of my everyday life! I have two cats of my own who I care for daily, and I also regularly care for my sister’s 14-year-old dog, including giving him his medication and making sure he gets plenty of attention and care. Because I already have pets in my routine, caring for other animals feels very natural to me. I have a flexible schedule and am available most days starting at 8 AM, which allows me plenty of time to give your pets the attention, exercise, and companionship they need. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always focus on keeping them safe, comfortable, and on their normal routine. I follow each pet parent’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medications, and any special care they may need. In a client’s home, I treat their home with the same respect I would my own and make sure their pets receive plenty of attention, companionship, exercise, and love. I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets and administering medication when needed. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, so I take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while their owners are away.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Farmington
I cannot say enough good things about Tricia. I had never used Rover before and honestly never planned to, as I have always relied on friends and family to care for Nash. Nash is nervous around new people and has significant separation, and is currently on crate rest, so his care is a little more complicated than a typical drop-in. Tricia has completely gone above and beyond. She is extremely responsive, follows my instructions, provides updates and photos, and has even made thoughtful suggestions to help with his anxiety. Most importantly, Nash is incredibly comfortable with her. You can genuinely tell that Tricia loves dogs and truly cares about them, so seeing how relaxed my dog is with her, especially given his situation, gives me so much peace of mind. I have already used her several times within the past week and will absolutely continue to use her as my go-to-sitter. If you are reading this review wondering if you should book Tricia, just do it. You won't regret it!

Edimari is extremely sweet and professional when it comes to taking care of your pup! She helped me on short notice when I was leaving the country, and helped keep my anxious dog happy and healthy while I was gone. She went above and beyond for me doing drop in visits while also ensuring my house was in order. She is reliable, punctual and had great communication while I was away. I could not be more happy with the service she provided!! Thank you again Edimari and I will definitely be booking you again.

Lauren was EXCELLENT! Sometimes when I'm not home my little old lady dog refuses to eat, but Lauren got her to eat almost her full bowl every meal! And, bless her heart, I'm worried about letting my dogs out at night because of a skunk in my yard... Lauren went out there every night with the flashlight and made noise to scare the skunk away. She truly went above and beyond! She is very knowledgeable about animals of all kinds and she was super sweet. My dogs absolutely loved her. We will definitely be booking her again. Thank you Lauren!

Aixa, was very responsive and made a special trip to meet me and Luna that Saturday before her appointment. Luna takes a while to get used to new people and Aixa was very patient with her and able to coax Luna into her harness and take her for a long walk. Aixa sent very detailed updates and even video footage! I will definitely use her again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment.
