I've had dogs since I was 8 years old and am a lover of all animals. I have had my own dogs since I graduated from college in 2017 and they have been the light of my life. I currently have a 8-year-old female black lab named Nellie, who gets along with most dogs. I would require a meet and greet before boarding to make sure they get along. I regularly care for friends' dogs and enjoy playing fetch, going for walks and cuddling. I have experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs, so I am aware that they may have unique needs. I live with my (male) fiance, who will be at the meet and greet if your pup if sensitive to men.

Kara was an amazing dog sitter for Molly! She was very kind, attentive, and kept us updated with daily pictures while we were away. Molly got plenty of walks, car rides, and attention, and she looked like she was having a great time. It gave us peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. We would absolutely use Kara again and highly recommend her!

This was our first time boarding with Kara and it went fabulously! Rosie appeared happy and well cared for and Kara seemed so pleased with Rosie. Communication was easy as well as drop off and pick up. We will be booking again!
Kara is great! She took good care of my pup Skipper while I was on vacation and sent me updates/pictures everyday. Skipper also loved having Kara’s dog Nellie as a buddy during his visit!
Storm was well taken care of and happy when we picked her up!

Schedule
I work from home 3 days of the week, and on the days when I do work from the office, I am only there for half the day. I have plenty of time at home to spoil your dog and care for their needs.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard and plenty of room to run around the house, as well as a lot of toys. My house is big enough to separate the dogs if they need some space/time to themselves, and I have a crate that I can use if you would like me to. My dog and your dog will not be left together unattended, and feedings will be done separately.

A typical day
We will play games, go for walks and play fetch in the backyard. If your dog is more chill, we will cuddle on the couch and spend time together.
