About: I have worked at the pet shop in town for almost 4 years. I have learned a lot about nutrition and am here to help with that as well. I have always loved dogs & animals. I have 3 dogs now and use to have cats growing up. I have always helped family/ friends with their pets. My cousins would call me “ the dog whisperer” I am very patient and understanding- a dog sometimes is anxious just like us humans. I think taking time out of the day and using interactive toys is so important for stimulation and keeping them busy. I usually am off on sunday & wednesday. I typically work in the morning until 3pm. Can do walks/feed them/ check in’s on the dogs after work and most likely before work. I have lots of grass outside & a gate inside.I would play with them outside, make sure they have a harness and a longer line ( so they are safe)& take them for walks. I can brush the dogs as well. I do prefer to stop at the clients house. I have 2 dogs at my house - it can be a lot. In the clients house I would first make sure the dog goes outside to the bathroom upon arrival. I would take them for a walk, play with the dogs outside( depending on the gate situation) Make sure they have lots of water, food & i can brush them.

About: As a dog and cat owner, I understand the need for appropriate care for my pets. Caring for my family’s dogs and cats since childhood, and taking care of friends pets while they were away on vacation, has given me firsthand experience with daily pet care routines. Additionally through my volunteer work with Rawhide Rescue, I developed valuable skills in working with dogs from all backgrounds, caring for them during the day, and helping them find loving forever homes. I began working with Rawhide Rescue in 2014. Through my connections with the organization I was also involved in caring for cats as well. I’m a part time University Student studying Computer Science. As a local university student, I am available to care for pets during the following times: • Monday: 7:30-8:00 & 12:30 - 9:00pm • Tuesday: All Day • Wednesday: 7:30-8:00 & 12:30 - 9:00pm • Thursday: All Day • Friday to Sunday: Available all day This schedule allows me to provide consistent and attentive care throughout the week. Route Planning: I select safe walking routes, avoiding high-traffic areas and known hazards, to minimize risks. Weather Considerations: I monitor weather conditions, avoiding long walks during extreme temperatures Communication: I provide regular updates to pet owners, including photos and notes on their dog’s activities and well-being. Vigilance: I stay alert to potential hazards such as other animals, traffic, and environmental dangers to ensure the dog’s safety. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. After losing my closest friend and childhood dog this is a way to extend that love that I gave to her to other pets! My schedule is quite open. I work remotely so AM and PM walks are easily to manage around my work schedule. Feel free to DM for specifics. I do not use anything like cages or other devices. I love spending time with animals, but family allergies have prevented me from owning one. That is why I enjoy giving my love to pets whose owners have their own responsibilities. About: Am always the go-to sitter for my friends and family members whenever they’re traveling! You can count on me to keep your pet feeling loved and safe while you’re out of town! Starting Sept 1, 2024, I will only be available to take at night requests for walks (430 or later) and/or house sit on weekends. I currently work part time in retail but my hours are flexible. About: I have grown up with dogs and cats and have taken care of and trained them since I was young. From German Shepard’s to small cats and dogs, I’ve lived with them all. I am currently getting my masters degree online so I have ample time to be with your babies wherever whenever! All days and times can be made available for your schedule or routine. I have the ability to crate dogs as well as keep them by my side when walking or caring for them. About: I’ve taken care of animals in all shapes and sizes! I’ve always loved taking care of my family and friends’ animals (despite feeling like I’m cheating on my Portuguese water dog at home). If you need a reliable caretaker, I’m always willing to help! I’m currently working part-time so I have lots of free time on my hands! Weekends are typically difficult for me with another job but I’m available any day during the week. Mondays and Wednesdays after 3pm work best for me and any times on Tuesdays Thursdays and early Fridays. I prefer taking care of pets at the clients home as I have pets of my own at my house. About: I am a responsible, active and caring dog lover. I live in beautiful Basking Ridge with my wife and our two male Golden’s, Dunkin and Blue. Walks will always be fun, safe, and exciting. My wife and I are both fun, energetic, young professionals who love animals, I work from home full time and decided to restart my Rover account to get out of the house more and help out other dog owners! I grew up with a dog who was a diabetic, had a heart murmur and arthritis so I have a lot of experience giving medication of any type including insulin with a syringe. Currently, my family has a dog named Baxter who lives back in NJ with my parents. I worked from home when he was a puppy so I have experience with training and a lot of messy cleanups! I will do everything to make sure your pup is comfortable and happy in my home. Air conditioning will be on all day (during the summer), a lot of playtime and belly rubs. Also, you can expect daily pictures/videos to ensure you that your dog is being cared for properly (and maybe a bit spoilt!) I have a very flexible work schedule and can come and go as I please. Having had to deal with issues finding reliable dog care for our two dogs when we were both in the office, I wanted to offer my services to help other professionals or those who need a long term trustworthy and reliable dog lover! I’ve had to find last minute help in the past multiple times for our two boys and it always gives me so much anxiety.
