Failure to contact about a booking before service will result in a cancellation and YOU will be charged a cancellation fee and will take all responsibility for your pet(s). I will clean up if they have an accident and my motto is to “leave the house roughly in the same state you came/found it in”. I will use your amenities like washer/dryer/sink/shower/dishwasher if I am staying multiple days or overnight. Make sure there are no illegal drugs or weapons in the residence (weapons must be away and sealed in a secure location, if any are in the residence) failure to comply with this will result in an immediate cancellation and it will be on YOU.

About: I have watched and have card for dogs all ages, from puppies to senior dogs. I respect the dogs boundaries taking notice of physical signs (tail wagging, whites of their eyes showing, tail between their legs, etc.) and only approach when they look and feel comfortable. I always remember that even if a dog has known me for a while and is comfortable with me, that they are still an animal and their space needs to be respected. I always ensure that they feel loved, cared for and respected when I am watching them! They gets lots of pets, hugs, and (if allowed by both owner and pet) kisses!
