“I was very hesitant to use rover for the first time but Michael was very kind and answered all of my questions. He really took the time to learn about my pups and make sure they were happy while I was away. They warmed up to him quickly and let out their crazy side. I felt like we were in constant contact so I knew my dogs were being well taken care of which really took a weight off my shoulders. He even went above and beyond by sweeping up the dog hair which with a Great Pyrenees at home really builds up fast. I am so happy with how everything went and will definitely be using Michael again in the future. It was truly a great experience and I can’t thank Michael enough he really did and amazing job!!!”

“Nickie watched my dog during the day for several weeks when I had an overwhelming work schedule. She was always taking him to new and fun locations around Austin. She would let him swim and would play fetch with him all the time. She was always taking him on great long walks. It was so nice knowing that while I was gone, he was getting in lots of exercise and socializing with other people and dogs. He is a rescue and has some random anxieties but after the time that she watched him, I noticed that he was much less anxious around other dogs and new people. I highly recommend her as a dog walker or dog sitter. She did such a great job with my baby!”

About: I've taken care of my own dogs as well as friends and neighbors pets while they are away. I love taking dogs on walks and playing with them. I have taken care of puppies to senior dogs. I work full time but I am available on the weekends as well as some weekdays for check ins, walking, etc. I can stay overnight on the weekends or check in throughout the day on weekends. I can take dogs on walks, potty breaks, and play breaks. I can feed them and clean up after any accidents. I can run around in the yard to play with any dogs or I can play with them with toys or just cuddle if they are more of a couch potato!

About: I have been a dog owner for about 15yrs. I have experience with puppies, adults and senior dogs. I am able to administer medication if needed and can tend to special needs as well. My dog RJ is blind so I also understand the challenges they can experience. I am gentle and loving and can assure you your little one is in safe hands. I work 15mins away so I can come home midday for a pee break and be home as early as 6p. I have a one year old and share custody. I will typically not have him with me when sitting but would prefer dog’s who are kid friendly. This can be something we can discussed when setting up your dog’s time. I will do ever I can to ensure your dog feels safe, secure and happy. I will update you as much as you need. Although I live in an apartment there are a lot of courtyards and ample walking space for your little one. I will make sure they get a lot of play time (or little if that is what they prefer) and give them lots of snuggles as well.
